Low energy, everyone seemed upset, down or sad. Need better music in casino. More food options! Average at best.
John

First night there was a very loud commotion going on outside, back of hotel. 4 people in a heated discussion at 330 to 415 am. It woke us up on the 3rd floor. Nothing was done about it. Also absolutely no breakfast options.
Susan
Room was fine. However couldn’t get tv to work. Called front desk at 9:15pm, had to call again at 9:45 as no one had come. Finally showed up around 10:20. Fixed about 10:35…very annoying

james
Just a place to sleep while at casino. Nice rooms nothing else.
Ed
Everything was fairly clean. Both elevators were broken and we needed to use the stairs. Not the end of the world but would have been nice to know before booking.
Gary
Nice hotel and have stayed there multiple times. Clean rooms.

Elevator broken. 4th floor room. Casino allows 1 drink max per 30 minutes and they won’t bend that rule. Bar closes at midnight and no alcohol after that. Security rude
Cheryl
The elevators were broken!! We should have been notified
Robert
Clean rooms. Great staff. Elevator broken.

Pros: clean, large room (king), large bathroom. Food and service was wonderful at the pub!
Cons: no maid service for a 4 night stay. You want fresh towels? Hunt down the cleaning cart on your floor between the hours of 9am and 2pm. I requested the front desk to leave housekeeping a note for clean towels and conditioner that was empty when we checked in, as we were not going to be at the hotel between 9am and 2pm. Towels were graciously left in a bag outside of the room door. Hassle of having to go through security and having to get my purse checked just to grab something from the express café every single time. One elevator as the other had an out of order sign, but NO elevator when leaving the facility at 5:30am resulting in dragging our belongings down 3 flights of stairs.
Hotel is not bad, but not real accommodating to guests.

Shower door loose on its 2 hinges. Refrigerator missing door rod that holds drinks in door. Toilet paper holder falling apart. Door missing on refrigerator cabinet.
Nicholas
Casino was lively.
Timothy
We had a good stay, room waa very large, unfortunitly it was at the roof top of heating and ac elements,so noisey and doors close hard and quick if not held onto so we heard a lot of slamming doors. Room needs renovating, old furniture that is falling apart and wood chipped. Shower wall had a pourly done repair to it. Shower wall was patched and caulking it turning color. Ceiling must of had a leak and repair waa done poorly. We are in the construction field,so we see these things. Floor had some chip and waa dirty upon arrival and sink stopper didnt stay open so water filled constantly. Elevators, only 1 working and it smelled horrible to the point i got nauseas everytime taking the only one operating. Employees all seemed kind
Donna
I didnt have breakfast. Room was comfortable

Very nice receptionist, fast and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Casino was fun and the restaurant was very good. Will be back and do it again. Can’t beat the price for a 1 king bed room and nonsmoking I loved that.

Rooms were clean , nice place to stay especially because of casino attached !
Janet
Room walls were very dirty and with lots of scuff marks. The bathroom sink was completely plugged and the tile on the shower floor was nasty the grout was dirty and moldy looking. Also the piece of furniture underneath the TV was in horrible condition.
Linda
Easy parking and access.
Crystal
The stay was great! People were friendly. Food was good. The slots were fun.
Leisa
The property was clean and well maintained. The rooms were quiet and sound proofed well. The food at Oxbow was fantastic.
Benjamin
Our room was dirty, there was a bandaid on the floor and the coffee maker was disgusting.
Janet
We arrived at noon and were told that we would have to pay and extra $30+ to check-in early, even though there were rooms available.
Food was expensive based on the quality.

To be honest the Casino was fun
......
I hadn't been a guest at the hotel until last night and ......
Im not very impressed.
They wont allow you to charge food to your room.
The food options are lacking...
I also did not really enjoy that.I wasn't able to call down to the restaurant and have someone bring it up to my room for me...
Honestly, you would think that a hotel that prides themselves on people literally blowing their money in their casino would amp up their customer servicee.

Make sure you have ID and it’s not expired. They won’t let you in if it is.

No microwave in the room???? Ridiculous
William
Everything was fine.
Timothy Robert
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable not enough pillows, and where they knew we had three people staying in a 2 Queen double room. It would have been nice to have more than 2 paper coffee cups to have coffee in the morning. Otherwise, it was nice. would definitely stay again
Kate
Stay was pretty good. Room was not as clean as i would expect- specifically the fan grate in the bathroom was really dirty and the tufts in the benches at the end of the beds had collected debris. The bed skirts were very disheveled- but the beds were clean and we had a nice time.

Well the rooms are nice they’re clean as well but the walls are thin at least in the room i stayed in the couple in the next room were going at it all night and it was like they were in my bed and the alarm on the other side was going off so needless to say I didn’t sleep at all

Very convenient with the casino. Excellent air conditioner. Room very clean except the shower had black in between tiles on the floor. Free breakfast is not available or included. They do have a restaurant and a food place for like sandwiches and soups, drinks etc. not a lot of options. The bar was great. The casino was great. They have a reward program, I got $70 worth free plays for my birthday and 1st time there. The staff was good at the hotel reception but the staff that works in the casino was awesome.
Charles
Enjoying it

Room was nive and clean!
Donna
All pretty good except the mattress was super squishy and crunchy like there was plastic or some on it.
Skylar
The property was beautiful. Definitely should have brought alcohol for the room because they are done serving at 11 at the restaurant but other than that, it was quiet and peaceful.
Sandra
Enjoy this hotel very much, staff very accommodating
Debbie
Friendly staff at front desk
Ray Lincoln
We had a very nice stay.Room was clean.Outside and inside was very clean.I just wish you could have hotel parking section only.We had to walk quite a distance with our luggage.Yes we could of dropped it off at the hotel but we prefer to keep our luggage with us.We noticed many people parking as Close to hotel as possible which were not spending the night.
michael saffin
Enthusiastic reception staff
Lina
I didn't know that it was not a family friendly hotel. I had no idea that you had to be 21 to even eat at the restaurant, couldn't even use the bathroom. Security was a joke. Hotel inside was old and dingy.
Karen
One elevator was out so made it slow getting to upper hotel rooms.
Megan
Nice hotel
Nice hotel, very comfortable! The restaurant was good but the service was terrible. There was a bit of construction going on, but I wouldn’t ding them on that. I would stay there again. Friendly hotel staff, very comfortable beds.
Stephen
Parking was easy and secure. The rooms were clean.
Matthew
Captive audience
Parking was easy, not many people staying. No breakfast available. Front desk was terrible. I needed to stay another day, but, despite the few cars in the lot, I was told I couldn’t stay in the room I was in.
patricia
The woman that checked us in that day was so patient and so helpful
John
Parking was plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Carol
Room was very nice. But long lines for check in.
Angela
Said had restaurants but it was more pub. Nothing close for fine dining as it was our anniversary. Ended up two towns away at a cute pub
