Nice place! Very quiet! There were ONLY 2 problems: 1. We didn’t know the pool wasn’t available (but pics showed a beautiful setup!) and 2. there was moldy grout in the tiled shower in several places. Everything else was great!

The hotel was conveniently located next to the highway. The room was okay, paper thin walls, very basic. The cold water handle in the shower came right off when trying to turn it. Breakfast was less than the usual hotel continental breakfast. You get what you pay for.

Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh waffles, fruit, Danish, muffins, cereal, yogurt, lots to choose from for a free breakfast. The pool was not open but we would not have used it anyway so that did not bother us.

There was only one parking spot cuz of all the truckers there on the night I stayed. My first room was wide open when I went to check it out and the door did not lock when I was leaving so I had to contact staff and they pleasantly switched my room after checking it out. The ambiance in the actual rooms was dark and dreary. I will not stay here again.

Room wasn't all that clean, pool closed, when showering water smelt, shower handles broken, hard to turn on and off water, you burned yourself, one staff incredibly rude about my kids getting waters for all of us i paid for 3 nights there was four of us 1 water per person so i wasnt able to get a water ...they were getting it for me and my other child. Fridge was freezing all my drinks and food. Remote to TV did not work. You serve breakfast but its always the same nothing different. Will not be staying here again.

Key card would not work several time locking us out during the entire stay. Nobody would pick up the phone at the front desk. Had to personally go find somebody at midnight. Reprogrammed three different sets of keys and none of them worked. Bathroom had mold also. Will be contacting a manager about a refund. Will never stay here again.

The room was decently sized and very clean with comfortable beds and very comfortable pillows. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good! I had eggs, sausage, toast and a muffin with coffee to drink. Parking was easy, free and plentiful! Ive stayed here before and would again in the future!

The staff was great and helpful when needed. I didn’t know our room was outside access only, and didn’t like this. Where our room was located, we had to drive to/from breakfast because there was no access to get to the hallways to walk. The shower wouldn’t maintain the appropriate temperature; I’d have it perfect and within a minute or two it was scolding hot or ice cold and would flip to the opposite when I would try and readjust. The beds could use some updating, they weren’t comfortable and felt like I could feel a spring in my side. I woke up with a knot on my hip which I assume was from the bed. I would go elsewhere in the future.

Just off the highway so super convenient. Right next to a gas station, Amatos and a Dunkin. The check in sesh is clean and inviting, with Halloween decorations. The front desk staff was super friendly. The room is a different story. The walls oringinally looked like concrete which is often more sound proof…they are in fact, drywall but bubbly due to dampness. The bedding looks clean but the closer I look there is hair intertwined into the fleece blanket. Maybe just the sheets are cleaned? I had to dust the top of the head board because it was covered in dust. The bathroom is what you might expect for the price. The taps are shotty. The hot water tap in our shower is loose. Still functions though. I am trying not to think about it…it will do the job.

Another Solid Stay (But Request a Higher Floor!)
This was our second time staying at here for a three-day family trip with my husband and kids, and overall, it remains a safe and comfortable choice for the area.
Room Experience: Comparing Stays
Our biggest difference between this visit and our first was the room location. Our first-floor room this time was noticeably noisier—not terrible, but certainly a step down from the absolutely silent experience we had on the second floor during our last stay. If tranquility is a priority, I highly recommend asking for a room on a higher floor.
The room itself was smaller than our previous one, but still comfortable and well-appointed for our family. The beds are comfortable, though I found the mattress to be on the softer side.
Food and Amenities
We found the food to be decent and satisfying, but the offerings were exactly the same each day. For a four-day stay, a little variety would have been appreciated. That being said, the hotel is well-maintained and we always felt safe on the property.
Overall: A great, safe hotel, but for the best experience, try to secure a room on the second floor or higher to avoid potential noise. We would likely stay here again!

Vinyl flooring falling apart with pieces of plastic peeling off. Sink area fairly clean but one soap and a squeeze bottle of shampoo was empty in shower. GROSS! NO ONE EVER AT DESK!

This is a value hotel with an affordable price point so you need to realize that when reviewing…some things need updating but overall for the price it is a good deal.

Our front desk lady was so helpful. She took extra time to find us adjoining rooms even though we had booked 2 separate areas of the hotel. My sister had booked the econo lodge and I had booked the quality inn side. She found us 2 great rooms together. She was just sweet.
Easy access. Breakfast was better than most motels of this level. Never ran out of food even though they were booked full. Quiet on a weekend.
Cons: motel side bathroom out of date. Water pressure ran hot then cold. Sink and tub drains were so slow, the tub filled up taking a shower. No convenience items like shampoo or lotion.
Really good value for the price.

STAFF was extremely polite - friendly - even had a sense of humor when I expressed to them, I stayed there for 2 yrs- 5 yrs ago- liked the upgrades- the convenience of the Donkin being built-
The only thing I did not like- and you really could not help it - when the Motorcycle Barcade pulled into the same hotel- all you heard was motorcycles revving the bikes- but there was a RALLY going on down he road ---so that explains that---

Multiple clumps of hair (not ours) and just general run down conditions in the tub area with a build up of scum and hair. We chose not to use the tub/shower as it just felt too unclean. We arrived late, and check in was easy. Our rooms were on the 2nd floor, and there was no elevator. Difficulty finding the room. Once in the room it appeared clean but small. My room mate discovered that her bed was vibrating, we could not find the cause of it. Then we read a review stating there were bedbugs which freaked us out. I did look at the mattress and the was no indication of them fortunately. The breakfast was better than expected.

We arrived to check in and had to leave immediately without checking the room, due to working an event in Lewiston. We got to our room at Midnight. The blankets smelled like body odor, the bathroom had dirty handprints in the shower, ceiling and doorframe in the bathroom, the floor was not swept in the bathroom. I cleaned the tub myself with the bar of soap provided and a wash cloth and most of the prints came off. The tip envelope left on the desk was the insult to injury. Is there a quality check in place for cleaning? There needs to be if there isn’t… and if there is, it isn’t being done. Most expensive hotel I’ve ever paid for and it was by far the nastiest. Listen to the bad reviews on this one.

The room reeked of smoke, the TV remote did not work and took two visits to the office to fix, the stairs near our room were loud with patrons night and morning, the cleaning staff chose to clean our room while we were washing the smoke smell off of our clothes in the laundry room and-still using the room and had not checked out yet. It was not even near the check out time.

Bathroom was terrible. Floor in terrible condition. Pool was advertised as an amenity’s, which is why we chose this hotel. When we checked i. There was a sign on the counter that the pool is temporarily out of service. When looking at the pool has not even been opened for the year and we are now in July unfortunately, we were not able to use it therefore. We would have gone to another hotel that had an as advertised amenity that could be used while we were staying there.

Doesn't look as good as the picture. Run-down, truck-stop area. The cost is deceptive as there is a huge \"resort\" fee for a pool that is never open, one treadmill as a gym, and no housekeeping services. The \"free\" breakfast is actually charged as part of the resort fee.

Cleaning was done half a**. There was still washcloths from the previous person in the bathroom and the shower had hair in it. Said something to the front desk on the way out for the evening and nothing was done to correct it. The first night it sounded like the guy next door was passing a car out of their backend because of the moaning and groaning. Shower would go from boiling hot water to ice cold water in seconds back and forth.

Usually stay on the suite side or efficiencies and I 100% see why I do that. The price is fluctuate so much on here that sometimes it’s kind of hard to figure out what room to get, i’ve paid a lot less for rooms to be honest that we’re better than the one that I just had stayed in and it wasn’t even remotely soundproof hence the reason why late checkout was asked for then proceeded to tell us we had to pay 60$ to stay till 1-2 lmfao when you should accommodate guests that are unsatisfied with their stay because I didn’t get enough sleep because of the neighbor, It sucks coming her like 2-4 times a month and you guys not care at all, because it really usually is so peaceful and the housekeepers so nice so even having to write this sucks. You guys also don’t tell anyone that the keys don’t work if you put them next to a phone. I’ll post pictures next time because the suite we got had wet cigs in the window, hair on towels and the fire alarm was covered in plastic like what, you also like to leave used dish soap and rolls of tp on the roller and fold them like it’s new and it’s gross I don’t want to use the last persons toliet paper I don’t pay for that. Because as a cleaner myself I was not happy this was the worse experience ever.
