No breakfast no pets not even service dogs. Staff argue and say your wrong. Thought customer always right. Claimed dogs were in room cause dog hair on dresser off clothes. But did not. No pool nothing for kids. Cost more then what should for what you get.

This motel is conveniently located and accessible, and the staff are helpful.

Breakfast is available on weekends, but not with any coffee, so I come back to make it in the room. There is good WiFi strength in the rooms, but the data rates are very slow.

We arrived late afternoon during a snowstorm, and found the suite we had rented would be fine for a one night stay. We were also glad to see that a Chinese restaurant was just steps from our room. While everything appeared clean, the suite definitely could use some renovations. There were several damaged places on the walls that had been repaired, but not yet repainted, and there were some very noticeable carpet discolorations. Other than that, all else was fine, and check-in and out was easy.

The lady of the front desk was very nice and welcoming.
Breakfast….what breakfast? The outside look needs an update. The electric open sign is tacky. Hot water took forever . Bed was nice.

Room was clean, looked like it had been renovated and updated. No hot water for shower only lukewarm then cold, continental breakfast was disappointing. If these two issues were fixed I’d give the whole experience 4 stars. Glad there was a Dunkin Doughnuts just down the road.

The room was clean and modern. Actually enjoyed the stay. The property appeal is lacking due to deferred maintenance outside. Curb appeal is not good. Once we got past the outside appearance and the terrible parking lot access by the Asian restaurant, it was fine. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

When we arrived, the room is full of flies. Could not get a hold of anybody to switch rooms. We stayed the night. Talked to the woman at the front desk the next morning and she informed me that they have problems with flies in that room every time they clean it. They still continue to rent it out.

I feel badly to provide a bad evaluation, but it was obvious that there were repairs, easy ones, that should be done - for instance, all the base board heating covers were dismantled. The clock radio was broken; we had one towel set for the two of us, no soap, shampoo in the bathroom - generally there are small ones for customers to use on the outside chance they didn't bring their own. Just not up to par, really. I realize the price was low, but that shouldn't be in indication of attention to detail.

Disappointing! From the moment you arrive, it’s obvious that the aging inn has been badly neglected for many years. Its deteriorating facade has noticeable cracks, chipped paint and rust and the disrepair continues inside with old stained carpeting, dated furnishings and a musty smelling, drab room. It fell to one hard working woman to clean the rooms while working the front desk checking in guests. She did an admirable job under the circumstances and seemed to be the one thing the inn has going for it. Also of note, the door to the room didn’t have a chain lock for added security, there was a keurig machine in the room but no coffee canisters to go with it, the dated TV remote wasn’t working right, the ice machine was broken and breakfast was very limited, consisting of cereal, yogurt and tangerines, nothing hot.

The room was spacious and clean. But the visual aesthetic of the motel is very poor. Very rundown and dated. Locks on doors are still keys which is fine but not typical, television was extremely small. No ironing board or blow dryer. No hangers for coats. But they did have hooks. Staff was kind.

It appears that the hotel has some staffing issues but without a call, someone showed up to check me in about 15 minutes of waiting (must have seen me cameras.) Other than that, when I'm staying somewhere for a night for a ski weekend, I just want a shower and a bed so this place checked off all my needs. After reading other reviews, I think some people expect too much from motels like this. This isn't a five star resort, it's a place to wash up and lay your head.

This motel is being purchased by the state of Maine and turned into housing for the needy. They are trying to run it through the transition with very little help. Not a light on at the place. Had to turn around because we went right by it. There was no one to check us in when we arrived. I called the motel and left a message for the manager. She left a voice mail for me fairly quickly and told me that she could be there in about a half hour. By then we were up the street looking for a place to stay(all booked or too much $$). We went back and she showed up with hubby to let us in. Went to check out in the AM. No lights and nobody in the office. Called the number at the counter and listened to the phone ring. I left the key on the counter and off we went. Anyway...Don't go here!

I arrived to find the front door locked. The receptionist had gone to another motel to do checkins. Neither phone numbers left on a note on the door worked. Apparently one was forwarded to the receptionists cell phone as she called me back. I had about a 30 minute wait for her to come. Everything else was fine.

We stayed at the Colonial Valley to do some ATV'n with the family. The hotel is a little dated, however, it is clean and the staff is super friendly. We had no issues and would for sure stay again. Close to the ATV trail and many amenities within walking distance or a short drive.

Unfortunately I was not able to stay at the hotel. This was due to an event that we were going to attend today was cancelled last minute due to inclement weather. (a Ski race at Sugarloaf Mountain ski resort). When I called to let them know I couldn't come the front desk person rudely said \"well you know there is no refunds\". I said yes I was aware but could they make an exception due to the inclement weather and the race being cancelled. They said no. I will not make a reservation at this location ever again

Horrible motel. Room was dirty with disgusting rug, smelled, and bathroom was old and tile was crumbling. There were long term tenants in other rooms who smoked outside my room. Cars/trucks were coming & going, visiting long term rooms for short visits. Was not a safe environment. I will never stay there again. Disappointed with Expedia, have lost alot of faith & trust with Expedia. Wonder if any representative of Expedia has ever been to this dump of a motel.

The reason for our trip was cancelled but the Motel has a strict no refund policy and refused my request when I called to explain. So watch out for that. We ended up going anyway rather than being out what i thought was a rather large amount for pretty basic accommodations. The room was clean and quiet though.
