Very nice and kind gentleman working in the evenings. Lady working in the morning is clearly not a fan of guests - though maybe she's better with Germans and just doesn't like foreigners.

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Alle hatten ein einzelnes Zimmer. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden auf Anfrage gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preis Leistung stimmet durchwegs. Das Frühstück war überaus reichhaltig, frisch und schmeckte. Die Sauna wurde auf Wunsch eingeschaltet. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators.
The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me.
Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all. Even at check-out, they simply ask me to put my card on the box, even not a small 'sorry'.

Die einzige nennenswerte Adresse in Roth, moderne Zimmer in grundsätzlich gutem Zustand. Leider sind die Vorhänge ein Dauerthema, sie sind JEDES MAL aus den zu schwachen Schienen gerissen. Die Kissen sind deutlich zu labbrig. Die Sauna war auch an zwei Tagen defekt, Duschgel war alle, zu wenig Handtücher vorhanden. Die Maintenance lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Parkplätze sind dankenswerterweise gratis, leider sind nicht genügend für die Hotelgäste reserviert.

Das Personal war äußerst Freundlich und Zuvorkommend. Gegenüber (etwa 50m vom Eingang entfernt) gibt es eine kostenlose Garage mit sehr viel Platz. Die Räumlichkeiten sind hübsch, wirken gepflegt und ansprechend dekoriert. Das Frühstück lohnt sich.

Checkin: 1. Satz Schlüsselkarten funktionierte nicht. Licht im WC des Zimmers ohne Funktion. Nach Mitteilung an der Rezeption - Zimmerwechsel. 2.Zimmer: Duschwanne mit Silikonresten in der Duschtasse, TV schaltet im Gebrauch nach 10 min Bild weg, 2 min später hängte sich der TV komplett auf. Neustart dauerte jedes Mal 8 min!

Funktional für einen Zwischenstopp
Für einen Zwischenstopp ist das DOMERO in Roth ausrecihend, vor allem weil die Buchung und das Check-in sowie Check-out unkompliziert war. Das Hotel hat allerdings schon schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Es gab leider gleich einige Mängel zu bedauern und die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr als funktional. Positiv ist unbedingt das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal zu erwähnen, wie auch und die gemütlichen Betten, die freien Getränke in der Minibar und die kostenlosen Parkplätze gegenüber im Parkhaus.

Vi rejste 2 alenemødre med et barn hver på 6 år. Opholdet var tiltænkt, at være til en god nats søvn, på vejen hjem til Danmark fra kør selv ferie, men opholdet blev alt andet end en god nats søvn!!
Vi fik 2 Værelser, og det ene stank så meget af tobaksrøg, at det var ubeboeligt, særligt med små børn. Vi var ankommet sent, med trætte børn, og endte med at stå med et ubeboeligt værelse til det ene hold, hvorfor vi måtte slå sengene sammen på det andet værelse, og sove 4 mennesker på et værelse til 2 personer. Vi måtte køre videre, hvor vi voksne ikke havde fået andet end et par timers søvn!
Vi blev lovet morgenmad og penge retur for det ene værelse som kompensation, men her 9 dage efter udcheckning, har jeg stadigvæk ikke modtaget mine penge retur!

Vi var ankommet sent, med trætte børn, og endte med at stå med et ubeboeligt værelse til det ene hold, hvorfor vi måtte slå sengene sammen på det andet værelse, og sove 4 mennesker på et værelse til 2 personer. Vi måtte køre videre, hvor vi voksne ikke havde fået andet end et par timers søvn!
Vi blev lovet morgenmad og penge retur for det ene værelse som kompensation, men her 9 dage efter udcheckning, har jeg stadigvæk ikke modtaget mine penge retur!

The Hotel has been selected by us due to a concert that has been close. Overall good stay. The room was initially not completely clean, which has been instantly resolved by the hotel service - very friendly. We did order in addition the continental breakfeast. Variety was excellent, however warming plates eg for the scrambled eggs did not work and warm dishes have been cold.
