Would’ve like some hot food ( good boiled eggs tho ) for the breakfast BUT the choice was superb and it was still excellent.
The staff were great, and very professional. I’d certainly come again. The restaurant next door was superb at night aswell, lots of choice and great staff.

When I checked in and asked for the parking reservation I made earlier when I booked the hotel, the staff seemed not knowing anything about it. It didn’t just cost 6 euros per day as advertised, but 13 euros as I have to park in the garage and no above ground parking space was available. The wifi is only good for 3 devices even though I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children…. And it barely no wifi signal at all for most of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh, staff served for the breakfast were very professional and friendly.

The only problem I encountered was the slow and unreliable internet connection. Apparently there’s not enough bandwidth to support all room late afternoon and nights. That’s a little hindrance for business travelers like me.

Nice stay outside Nurenberg

Comfortable stay near the main road, but quiet and clean stay. With a basic breakfast included, well priced and professionally served, overall a good feeling here. Easy parking in the hotel (to pay 4e/night) or just in front for free (some space available even arriving late).

Soooo comfortable and an outstanding breakfast too

The mattress was incredibly comfortable. Pillows too!
Our breakfast was great! They even had gluten free muslii available and amazing fresh baked gluten free bread.
This meant so much to my daughter and granddaughter. Thank you for the wonderful amenities!

Unprofessional receptionist

Tired after a long drive we checked in here at midnight. We would drive a long distance the following day and some sleep was necessary. Early in the morning, several noisy cleaners try to open the door to clean the room. one-after-the-other. We couldn't sleep, wake up tired and checked out. When we tell the receptionist, an inexperienced young girl, she answers quickly and nonchalantly that they want to clean the rooms to the next guest... without understanding that we had the room until 11 and why it was important for us to get some sleep . Very unprofessional way to treat their guests.

Although the hotel stays 13 miles from Nuremberg downtown, it was perfect for us! Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast and 247 laundry. For sure I’d stay there again.

Hotel was up to Holiday Inn standards

Hotel is very convenient for the Autobahn and also only a 10 minute walk to the train station for nuremberg. The breakfast in the hotel was also very good and the staff attentive.

fantastic hotel - well worth the money

This is a great hotel with wonderful - no fantastic reception staff. so friendly, and professional. the room was spacious and clean.. fantastic washroom - lots of towels. breakfast was good also. they had self-service laundry facilities in basement - it was free you just had to buy the detergent - dryer didn't work but that was ok as it was there which was good. business center was a great asset. limited parking on site if none than had to park on street or if you wanted to park in the hotel underground parking there was an additional cost.

Clean and convenient hotel next to the autobahn

The business-type hotel is ideally located near the A6 outside of Nürnberg. It is clean and quiet although there is major construction on the eastern side of the building. From my room on the western side, there was no extraneous noise at all. Free parking is a problem, as it is everywhere in Europe. But I found a spot on the street across from the hotel, so even that was not an issue for my visit.

Hotel next to the motorway. Quite noisy. Windows cannot be open. WIFE is extremely slow. No fitness possible. Location in an industrial area. Breakfast was good, rooms are so so .

It's a shame the website and questionnaire are only available in German. We are loyal customers of this hotel, but this time the check-in reception was very unpleasant. The gentleman who worked there in the evenings really needs to take a course on how to welcome guests. For example, I asked if he knew what the weather would be like tomorrow, if it was going to snow, and he told me to look it up on Google.

It's a shame because we really like this hotel.

Wir haben eine Nacht als Familie mit kleinen Kindern im Holiday Inn Schwabach verbracht.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut, was mit Kindern wirklich angenehm ist.
Das Zimmer ist eher klein, aber für eine Übernachtung absolut ausreichend. Das Bett war sehr bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen.
Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker, besonders das gekochte Ei war perfekt auf den Punkt, genau so, wie ich es mag. 👍
Sehr positiv fanden wir auch die späte Check-out-Zeit um 12 Uhr, das ist mit Kindern ein großer Pluspunkt.
Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Das Reinigungspersonal hat morgens gegen 8 Uhr und noch einmal gegen 10 Uhr an unsere Zimmertür geklopft, obwohl wir am selben Tag ausgecheckt haben. Das sollte im System eigentlich bekannt sein und besser koordiniert werden.
Außerdem gibt es leider keinen Pool, was für Familien schade ist.
Fazit:
Ein solides, sauberes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder eine Zwischenübernachtung mit Familie. Mit besserer Organisation beim Housekeeping und einem Pool wäre es noch familienfreundlicher.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent, wie immer.
Dieses Mal war das Hotel recht voll mit Gästen, was eine bisher nicht gekannte Geräuschkulisse um das Zimmer herum ausmachte.
Der Frühstücksraum war so voll, daß wir unser Frühstück verschieben mussten.
Letztlich war der aufgerufene Preis, plus gestiegener Parkgebühr, schon grenzwertig für uns.
Eigentlich Schade, denn wir waren sonst immer gerne dort.

Werde es nicht mehr buchen

Komplett demotivierter Empfangsmitarbeiter der um 22 Uhr Filme auf dem Mobiltelefon geschaut hat und weder Dienstleistungsorientiert noch engagiert war.

Das Frühstück ist sehr rudimentär gehalten, mit den klassischen hart gekochten Eiern, Salami und Gouda. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Betten hingegen sind bequem, allerdings liess sich die Klimaanlage nicht regulieren. Dass man das Fenster nicht schliessen konnte, ist schon fast absurd. Zu bedenken ist, dass das Zimmer zur Strasse hin zeigte, somit kein Wecker benötigt wurde.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter im Restaurations- und Zimmerbereich.


Nüchtern betrachtet entspricht der Preis nicht der erhaltenen Leistung & ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war gut. Der Frühstücksraum war überfüllt. Man musste auf einen Platz warten. Ich habe Warmteile, wie Spiegeleier oder Rührei und die typischen Frühstückswürstchen vermisst.

Preise für Parken snd nicht mehr aktuell bei Expedia. Dafür ist W-Lan kostenfrei, nicht 6,- wie angegeben.
