it's perfect amenities that everyone will love. It's outside the city but not a problem because public transportation are just a few minutes away. Resto inside serve a palatable meal. Our room was spacious and cleaned up every day. Staff are kind and approachable.

Great Hotel Outside of Central City

Wonderful hotel located outside of the city center. A car is recommend as there is few dining options in the immediate area except the onsite restaurant and bar. Several historic spots are in walking distance such Zeppelin Platz and the Documentation Center. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The pool and spa are is very nice!!

I’ve stayed in this hotel for almost 15 years. It’s getting older but the upkeep is stellar, the service impeccable. Its location is only good if you’re visiting anything nearby like the Meistersinger Halle for shows and concerts. Huge park adjacent. 3-minute walk to buses and tram for a 10-minute ride to the central train station and the old city for all the restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions like museums and Royal Castle.

Everything is very old and run down. Staff not friendly and short. The pool was closed and they were not flexible to cancel the stay because we were not told the pool would be closed when we arrived.
The second day the pool was open and my daughter cut her ankle on a screw by the ladder. Staff again didn't care much but handed a first aid kit. She has a scar to this day.
Will never show up there again!

The Night manager/worker came to my room twice and told us to keep the noise down. The first time we comply and turn the music down, then he came to my room a second time he completely burst into the room telling us we were too loud after we turned down the music and lowered our voices. I sincerely apologize and ask what did I do wrong but he continued to be rude, treated my female friends rudely and planning to kick me out, telling me I won’t be getting a refund and treated to call the police.

The hotel is conveniently located near historical sites and Volksfest. At check-in identification wasn't verified which can cause security issues. Amenity locations and hours weren't given. For the hotels rate, parking should be included. The rooms are a work in progress, it's clearly an older hotel that they are trying to modernize and update. In my room the bathroom and foyer were fairly up to date but the room itself was dated with a mismatch of old furniture and lighting fixtures. The room didn't have many outlets available to a traveler and the WiFi required a ticket for login with a limit of three devices. The headboard was stained and the shower hose was fraying and leaking slightly. The hotel staff were friendly and polite.

Left my MacBook air by mistake when checking out and discovered this when i reached berlin. Front desk reached out to me and are mailing the item back to me in New York!. That's good service!!

Ramada is a really nice hotel that I prefer when I travel to Nuremberg.

It has a sauna and a pool which are really in good condition and mostly nobody is there.

Breakfast is great and restaurant and breakfast staff are really nice.

Location and rooms are really quiet although it is practically next to city.

I have stayed in this hotel several times with my family, kids love the pool and breakfast too.

We went mainly to stay in a place that had AC and a pool. Everything was great! The staff is very nice and the room very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of items and the hotel is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. We love staying here when we visit Nuremberg. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and included in the reservation. It is close to public transportation. In addition, there are little things that distinguish the hotel from average hotels. For example, the attendant at the reception desk recognized that we had stayed with them before and told us \"Welcome home\". Also, the host in the breakfast room remembered us by name. One day during our first stay, we went downstairs for lunch, but the restaurant was closed. The bar attendant offered to make us burgers and fries from the menu. They were delicious! These are the little things that make you feel important and special. I highly reccommend staying here.

We chose this hotel because it is near train and bus stops with convenient access to downtown, and because breakfast was included with our stay. It was a very good breakfast buffet. The food in the restaurant was also excellent (We dined there many times during our stay). The staff is multi-lingual and very helpful. Since we were there at Christmas, they delivered a free gift plate of treats to us on the 24th. We will stay at this hotel again when we visit Nuremberg.

Expedia made a mistake and hotel had to fix it.

Expedia failed to list 2 children on the reservation and that caused the hotel to fix it ....

Thank goodness we called the hotel to confirm the stay,..... that is when we noticed the Expedia mistake.

Expedia listed in the remarks only but not the up front listing of adults and children

When I tried calling Expedia to tell them.... I was then placed on hold for over 3 hours.

Great location for the city.

Less than 5 mins walk to the tram stop & then approx 10 mins on tram to city centre. Hotel is on the edge of a large park with several lakes, we hired bikes from the hotel for €8/day. Also close to the marching grounds & museum. Hotel very nice, excellent breakfast, we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but it looked very nice. We visit Nuremberg to see our daughter but I would highly recommend it for a weekend city break.

First time visit - business trip to the Toy Fair.
Great, friendly staff,and an excellent shuttle bus service to and from the exhibition centre.
Room was fine with a decent shower.

The staff were clear in explaining which transportation to use to get downtown, and they were helpful in arranging an early morning taxi to the airport, as well as providing me with a complimentary meal (since I left too early to enjoy the breakfast). The sauna and pool were very clean and well-maintained, the room was tidy and comfortable. All in all, a very relaxing stay.

Beautiful Park Setting

The hotel was set in a quiet lush park yet not too far from downtown Nuremburg. A bus stop was just a few steps away from the hotel if you wanted to go to town. However we chose a taxi which arrived within 5 minutes of the staff calling one for us. We had to get our boarding passes printed and the hotel's computer/printer center was just off the lobby. The Google site was in German and since we didn't understand the language the staff was very helpful in getting our passes printed off. We had reserved a twin room but was pleasantly surprised with a spacious king room. We ate in one of their restaurants and the food was wonderful and the service couldn't have been better. We only stayed one night because after cruising the Danube for a week we were flying home the next day, but would definitely recommend this hotel for a longer stay.

Park Location

Just returned from 9 days here. As we were arriving late on our first day, I E-mailed ahead to ask if they could keep a quiet room with a park view for us. This is exactly what we got. The room was excellent, with a balcony looking over the park at the rear. Excellent service.

The welcome was efficient and courteous.

The room was clean, bathroom spotless, air-conditioning worked very well. There is a minibar, and a safe with a nice touch - it contains a power socket so your phone or iPad can be both secure, and re-charging at the same time.

The pool area is small but very clean. Breakfast was varied. Hot food was only very lukewarm, but tasty. The restaurant serves good food, but the prices are much too high for the type of meals available. Bar staff were very friendly and attentive.

WI-Fi was free, and a reasonable speed at most times.

If you're attending a concert or event in the adjacent Meistersingerhalle, there is a connecting door near the bar so you don't have to go outside.

There are 2 Tram stops within a few minutes walk of the front door - the line (number 9) is 5/6 stops away from the Main Railway station - a journey of about 10/15 minutes?

There seems to be good on-site parking, though we didn't use it.

As it is close to a trade hall of some sort, there seems to be a lot of business-orientated clientèle, but I feel it is quite suitable for the tourist traveller who doesn't mind being a short distance away from the Altstadt.

There are some lovely walking paths in the parks to the rear, and the area is interesting historically.

A very good hotel, which I would be happy to recommend.

The staff was nice and accomidating, they even spoke Englisch. The accomidations are more than what I expected clean and very reasonable room service. The heart of Nuremberg is a short bus ride away and there is a tram that can easily get you from the train station to the hotel! Which i recommend vs the taxi. The pool and spa are clean and my children really enjoyed their stay. Only thing we wwould change is the size of the down bed covets a bit small.

Stayed for two nights with my 5 year old. Have a small, but lovely indoor pool/spa area. Our room had a balcony overlooking a huge park which was lovely. The hotel looks dated from the outside, but, is very comfortable and well-equipped inside. I had free wi-fi, which was great. Everything was very functional. The bathroom had good lighting, the shower was great. The room was a great size. The breakfast was just okay. Sufficient, but not as nice as some I have had. The location on the park is lovely, especially with a kid. There was a huge play area which was a great bonus. The location of the hotel itself was just a little outside of the center and also a distance from the PlaymobilLand where we went. But, still, it was a very nice stay. The people were also great to very busy boy. Definitely will stay there again if we head back to Nuremburg.

Ramada Hotel - The best I have been for long time!

i staid at This Hotel for one day only, but I have to say that the time i spent at the hotel was amazing, the lobby service, the bar and restaurant service was perfect, very friendly and outgoing staff. Good prices at the restaurant and the bar, and the breakfast buffé was very good. The room was really nice and it iincluded everything you need and more. Very nice Spa at the hotel wich i unfortunately did not use but I saw everything, and I look really forward going to Nurnberg after 2 years, when the Fair I always go to will be held. After 2 years i will spend longer time there for sure. Perfect hotell that i warmly recommend!!

A few minutes from the city with quick cheap and efficient tram or bus links.Good location for motorists as well.

We enjoyed the quietness of the hotel even though fully booked when we stayed. Staff, bedroom, restaurant & bar all top notch. Would definitely stay again and would recommend others to do so.

The swimming pool and the fitness center were under construction but we still got our exercise by jogging on their jogging trail which we enjoyed doing.

In diesem Hotel spürt man die gelebte Gastgeberrolle der Betreiber. Alles ist darauf ausgelegt, dass man sich als Gast willkommen fühlt und es wurde auch an Details gedacht. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr professionell und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig in der Auswahl. Kompliment an die Betreiber, man spürt das Herzblut und das Engagement der Mitarbeiter. Besonders auffällig war dies bei den beiden jungen Mitarbeiterinnen an der Hotelbar. Toller und professioneller Service!
Besonders bei Veranstaltungen in der Meistersingerhalle ist die direkte Nachbarschaft des Hauses zum Veranstaltungsort ein unschlagbarer Standortvorteil. Umso erfreulicher ist es, dass „trotzdem“ dieses hohe Qualitätsniveau geboten wird. Für uns ein rundum außergewöhnlicher und schöner Aufenthalt.

Bei der Ankunft fragte ich nach den Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants. Es hieß, es sei heute geschlossen, in der Bar seien Sandwiches oder andere Kleingkeiten verfügbar. Leider kein Hinweis bei der Buchung oder auf der Homepage des Hotels.
Eine Mitarbeiterin der geöffneten Bar, die ich darauf ansprach, meinte? daß sei nicht ihre Sache, es sei ein Schild an der Restauranttür und im Übrigen gebe es genügend Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Die Betten waren in Ordnung, aber es fielen noch einige andere Kleinigkeiten auf, die durchaus verbesserungsfähig würdig sind, die ich Ihnen - wie auch dem Hotel - gern mitteilen werde.

Alles gut schon etwas älter. Wellnessbereich sehr schön.

Leider kein Stuhl am Balkon.

Frühstück für 20€ pro Person zu teuer. Bei dem Preis würde ich etwas mehr erwarten. Brot war aus meiner Sicht entweder aufgetaut oder vom letzten Tag. Etwas angebrannte Semmeln. Pancakes hab ich bei dem Preis auch vermisst.
Normalerweise bin ich nicht so kleinlich aber bei dem Preis dann schon.
