The breakfast variety and service were excellent. Also, Waiter service at your table for Tea or Coffee. The hotel and the staff service were also excellent. The only comment on room for improvement was that the breakfast bar food area was a little congested, making it difficult to move around other guests even when the room was not too busy. But altogether a very enjoyable stay and only a 5min walk from the main station, which had many food outlets and a 15min walk from the main Christmas Market.

From check in to check out the staff at this hotel were wonderful. The room was large and quiet despite being beside a train station. The hotel is centrally located making it easy to discover old town and easy to navigate with the nearby train station.

The breakfast was wonderful. It was open for a while in the morning making it perfect if you needed to sleep in or leave early. There were hot and cold options as well as an egg station should you want something more custom.

The pool/sauna/steam room/spa was a great way to wind down or take an afternoon reprieve. The staff were extremely friendly and remembered us throughout our stay !

The hotel property was great; however, our room had a left over roll-away bed left in it (that we easily got resolved). The big issue we had was the bathroom that had black mold. The water and humidity from the shower created a breading ground for this and it’s only going to get worse.

We stayed one night and wanted to see the history of the town. Hotel was 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the town centre.

Beautiful little town. We also found a great italian restaurant hidden away in the centre if the town.

The hotel was okay for a one night stay on our way to Frankfurt airport. It was within walking distance to Nuremberg old town. However, the facility was old and worn. the cleaning staff were using the same elevator as the guests to go up and down. The front desk staff were not friendly or knowledgable. They forgot that we had valet our car and we waited for 30 minutes before asking them again about our car status.

My only complaint was that our room wasn’t cleaned very well when we left for the day. They took the cups and saucers etc and didn’t replace them. We had to go out and request cups and coffee to replenish our room.

A beautiful property close to the train station. Convenient to the area and trams its a great base camp point.
The staff was exceptional, attentive, and very thoughtful ready to help with whatever we needed.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay in Nuremburg

Lovely hotel 2 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and 5 mins walk from the old town. The hotel is modern, well furnished and decorated. The room allocated was clean, comfortable and spacious. The room was cleaned and fresh towels provided each day. The room has a wellness suite. I used the gym and the pool area and these were very good. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with hot and cold options. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and courteous. I would stay in the hotel again if visiting Nuremburg.

If you like customer service, this is the place to go!
My wife and I are early risers, so we asked if the gym and pool could be opened early. The staff was more than accommodating. The front desk personnel would even go up to the floor and open it themselves! We also asked if we can get breakfast early and they brought out some coffee and croissants even though the restaurant was still closed. Most of our encounters were with Fabian and Francesca, who were fabulous!

Close to train station, close to old town. Otherwise no-frill hotel, for business travelers rather than for vacationers. We booked a suite for family. Upon arrival, no bathrobes, had to call, was told the hotel was short on them. Did not replenish hand towels, facial tissue, tooth brush and paste after second day. Toilette bowel has a smell and a stain. Carpet old and dirty. No extra blanket in closet. Had no hotel brochure or info, bare desk. Our room had business lounge access, but front desk did not tell us business lounge had dinner. When we enquired about dinner on Christmas eve dinner, another staff told us the wrong hours for the lounge. Some staff are nice, like the ones working at the lounge on Christmas eve and Christmas day, but some are surly. Breakfast was ordinary. Had to ask for coffee/hot chocolate repeatedly (3 times for the latter to get it). It is the worst hotel for 700 dollars a night we have ever stayed in.

Great Hotel Value

This was my second year to stay at the hotel. I continue to be very pleased with their facilities and the level of attention by the staff. It is convenient to transportation and access to the old city area. The only concern was when a tired family member requested carry-out food from a local restaurant. As it was raining when exiting the hotel, I asked staff at the hotel restaurant if I could order a plate of food to take back to the room. This caused confusion and required special permission that was not addressed. Room service was available but I was already at the restaurant entrance. The confusion may have been due to language differences.

Our second stay there. 3 nights this time. Large comfortable clean rooms and bathrooms. I remember the staff being especially nice when we stayed there years ago and they still are. Receptionist always greeted us by name. Breakfast and bar are both pretty good

The top floor indoor pool looked awesome. Terrace at the 8th floor lounge was nice. A reason to book a more expensive room

Nice hotel with lovely helpful staff. In a good position within easy walking distance of main square. The work that is being undertaken can be disruptive, banging can be heard early morning and we were on the second floor. Once the work has been done it will be absolutely fine.

3 days in Nurnberg

The hotel is ideally situated about 100 metres from the Hauptbahnhof and about 5 minutes to the old town. The room allocated was very comfortable and spacious. Very nice and no complaints. The staff were very courteous particularly the staff who assisted at breakfast. First class thanks. The breakfast options were many and provided a good start to the day. There was a wide variety of TV channels including Bundesliga coverage, which for a football fan was great. I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel to be told that the spa, pool and gym facilities were all unavailable. Given the recent weather in Germany - very warm I had selected the hotel on the basis of the spa and particular the pool facilities. There was nothing on the hotel or Expedia websites advising that these facilities were unavailable. Having said that I enjoyed my 3 days in the Nurnberg area.
