Very limited facilities , tv channels advertised didn’t work, only a few paper cups, no other drink making facilities. Only one plug on one side of the bed. Beds had a mattress topper on but this frequently moved and was uncomfortable. Only one pillow which is very uncomfortable and lumpy. The additional one we asked for was the same. Have been in less expensive premier inns which where much more comfortable with better facilities. Not worth the money per night

Poor customer care
We were not actually able to stay at this property. I booked the room one day early by mistake. Within minutes of realizing my error I contacted Hotels.com to try to change the date of arrival by one day. The hotel refused to make the change under the reason that it was a non-refundable rate. I did not want a refund, I wanted the date of stay adjusted by one day. We tried a second time with Hotels.com, refused again. We asked our family in Germany to call the hotel directly, refused one more time. We will not again make a reservation at a B&B property anywhere.

Okay for 1 night's stay but I wouldn't want to stay any longer. There is a vending machine in the lobby for snacks and hot drinks. Access is via code for main door and room. Staff were helpful.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the U-Bahn ( direct tube to the airport) and across the road from the city walls. We arrived in the morning and we were offered luggage storage. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom smelled like antiseptic. There were no tissues and even though we booked the room for 3 people, we only had two towels. The place has ceiling tiles down on the floor in the hall. It was just a cut and fry hotel room with no frills and weird smells.

This was a lovely hotel and excellent value for money. My room was an excellent size with a huge and very comfy bed. The shower room was a good size and a good shower. In all, the room was very modern and one of the nicest places I have stayed in two months travelling Europe.
I didn't have the breakfast so can't review that, but the hotel was just 10 or 15 minutes from Nuremberg Hauptbahnopf and just across the road from entry to the old town. The view from my room window was of the walls.
The only little issue that comes to mind is the hotel's green policy. There is a sign on the shower room door about saving energy by only having towels washed if you put them on the floor. It's a great policy that I have seen in some other hotels. Sadly at B&B the cleaners washed my towels and bedding daily. I was only there 4 nights. Whilst the hotel might have a policy, I am not sure they have told their cleaners.
The above didn't detract from a lovely stay though. I would look to chose B&B hotels again.

Rooms are very small but extremely clean. If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep, this is it. The only problems I ran into was access to parking garage is not available until after check in. This is understandable, but you will have to find a place to park your car while you do the check in. Secondly, the stairwells were locked from the inside. Meaning, you can walk into the stairwell but you can't get back out on another floor. I was on the fifth floor and my other party was on the fourth. Taking the stairs would've been more convenient than trying to utilize the one elevator.

This hotel is perfectly functional, but is definitely at the lower end of the market. The lack of a full-time reception is a difficulty for the business traveller. The breakfast buffet is quite basic. The reception staff try to help, but lack authority to fix problems (an accidental overcharge of my credit card could not be reversed - it had to wait for a more senior person later in the day).
