We arrived at the hotel around 10pm. We were tired and cold, but as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest receptionist named Yaiza (if I wrote her name correct). She was really helpful, professional and very courteous. She made sure that everything was fine with our stay. She made our stay very pleasant. THANK YOU!
Great room was very clean and nice size bed.

I will recommend anybody to stay at your hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent because it is close to the train station and close to the historical center.
The room was clean, has a good size for two persons, and had some amenities which were good for our stay. The availability of two chairs in the rooms of the Premier Inn network is particularly interesting for medium to long stays.
The staff is very friendly. We arrived there around 1PM and the receptionist immediately found an available room for our checkin at that time.
We did not eat the hotel breakfast, so I cannot evaluate this point.
I consider that the price was very good for the quality of the hotel and of the room and would stay there again in other opportunities.

Don’t get room by the train tracks

Nice hotel, close to city center, but the room was extremely hot and told front desk about the blower was not working, and possibly due to language barrier said ohh well, open window and it will cool off. Problem was the window was literally right next to train track, screeching brakes,
Horns, and locomotives kept us up all night. My children had the room next door and their room was cool. Their air handler was

We arrived after taking the early Ryanair flight from Stansted.! We received a warm welcome and given our rooms straight away, which was a blessing as we are no longer in the prime of life. The breakfast was excellent, beds very comfortable and big shower and safe with sensible safety rails, but modern. Great location close to City Walls and Railway station. We travelled to Bamburgh by train.

Close to train station (could just roll luggage on sidewalk to it; no taxi needed) in a row of hotels. Just a block or two from many restaurant/shopping options (the city center area), and a 10-15 min walk from \"Old Town\" The room was very small for my family of 4. But even though it's on a busy street they have amazing soundproofing and it was the quietest hotel room I've stayed in in a while.

Lovely hotel.

Very short walking distance from train station and entrance to city loads of bars ,places to eat. The hotel is very clean rooms good size just enough for a long weekend. The corridors are quiet and have good double glazing.The breakfast is tasty and lots of choice. Drinks at the bar wasn't too overpriced. The reception staff were polite and friendly. I've stayed here before , isn't the cheapest for an express but a lovely comfortable stay.

Very basic Holiday Inn

It's only amenities in the bathroom was a hair and body wash dispenser. It had adequate breakfast. It was pretty close to the old town. I don't know why some people rated it 4 stars at Trip Advisor because it didn't even have a restaurant. The cab driver couldn't even find it and took us to the one in old town. We had to take another cab back to this one. You can walk it with wheeled luggage from the train station.

Nice but hot hotel!

The hotel was very well placed for the train station and entrance to the old town approx 5-10mins
. . The hotel was bright and clean, fast lifts, friendly efficient staff breakfast area managed well tables cleared quickly and no waiting . The hotel corridors flooring was quiet so we heard no one . The bedroom was a decent size with a,safe and tea/ coffee making facilities, we didn't use the tv as it only had the news in English. The shower was powerful the ' bath' towels very small needed 2 each .
The 2 criticisms I had of my stay was the room was very hot and difficult to get the room cool .We had the window open till late at night but heating/cooling system not effective . We were so hot and stuffy during the night in December! Once we got to sleep we were woken by the trains which started to run at 5 am! So despite a comfy bed we didn't get much sleep during our stay.

I stayed for a few nights at this hotel and I had an overall good experience. The breakfast (included in the room price) was nice, gave enough choices for most tastes and was rarely crowded (even during the busy time of the Christmas Market). The facilities look great, the room is well-designed... There is also an offer to get a free drink (including beer) if you don't need your room cleaned the next day.

However, the wifi (while free and included in the room rate) was quite poor. First I think that if you go all the way to bother to make a login, you should use some decent security (and not an open network). The second is the speed, limited to 2Mbps. The peering to servers outside of Germany is also quite poor, looks like they really took the cheapest ISP. Such a shame. If they had good internet, it would be a 5/5.

Good hotel next to the old town with close links.

Very helpful multi-lingual staff. Excellent breakfast in the mornings. The beds were very comfortable and the room had an excellent shower. Cleanliness and comfort was also good.
The only downside was our room was positioned at the rear of the building, which backed onto
the railway tracks, so we did experience some noise throughout the nights. However, we did
enjoy our stay at the Holday Inn Express in Nurembuug for the Christmas market. Overall, we had a great visit, again, to another German city.

I stayed in triple room, however room was very small. Room was just large enough for 3 bed. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean and everything was in working order. Wifi was very weak. Breakfast was delicious. Breakfast room is large, but there were lots of guests, so plan your time properly. It's near the main train station, so you can get to anywhere in the city very easily. Train station has supermarket, so you can shop like local instead of getting ripoff.

We have requested to reserve a parking lot for us, but when we arrives, they told us the hotel parking is full and ask us to go to the Novotel parking which is next to Holiday Inn's parking garage, saying that they are the same. However, it is not true, and we paid a doubled price for parking. To conclude, I would say the staff are not well-trained and unwilling to even take a look at the customer's request. Further, with the same price, it is likely for us to stay in a better hotel.

Great hotel with centra location. We stayed only 1 night before catching the bus to Prague. Was very clean, new, modern, close to the Station and sights of the old town. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Would have preferred a Queen size bed over the double, as it was a little small for 2people, but a minor thing for 1night. Would book again for sure!

Avoid this hotel! Here is the list:
Terrible bed! It was so hard we couldn't sleep! Should have been replaced years ago!
Small hard pillows
Thin, tiny towels!
Tiny room....tiny bathroom....ok for a single....too small for a couple
Fan was very noisy and didn't cool the room....
Had to ask for toilet paper! twice!
Ran out of soap!
Air conditioner didn't work properly and we absolutely roasted every night! No maintenance service over the weekend!
Breakfast was a small step above a continental snack....
Hotel staff ok, but not customer service oriented....
Couldn't leave this hotel fast enough....

The surrounding area is very clean and safe, excellent transport links, although the hotel is on a major road the glazing was able to screen out any noise. Room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was really fresh and good. The hotel is not in the old city but is only ~20 min by foot to the Kaiserberg. We would definitely stay here again.

Good value hotel for buisness or pleasure

The hotel is in a good location near to the central station and the old walled city. The rooms either face onto the railway or the busy street so do not expect a pleasing vista. My room faced the railway but the hotel is not too close and the windows were very well glazed so I had absolutely not problem with noise (and I am a light sleeper). The room was very pleasant, clean and with ample room. The staff were helpful. I had a problem accessing the wifi but this was quickly resolved without any fuss. The continental breakfast was what you would expect.
This was the third different Nuremberg hotel that I have stayed in and it will definitely be my first choice when I return.

Great stay and price even during Toyfair.

I stayed for 3 nights and eventually had to extend my stay due to business. The price was great considering it was during Toyfair week. Staff were more then accommodating and helpful, and after a while it felt like more then just a hotel. The beds are really comfortable with a choice of hard or soft pillows. It is a 5minute walk to Nuremberg Central Station (That has it's stores open on a Sunday), where you can practically get anywhere you need to go via underground, overground or taxi, plus it is close to a variety of restaurants and a short walk to the centre of Nurenberg where you will find more shops. Great Hotel and Staff.

Regarding our stay at the Holiday Inn Express, we were dissapointed to not have a minibar in the room and no room service at all. After requesting for a minibar, we got told to use the Hotel's canteen refridgerator. There is also no restaurant facility indoors, you can only have breakfast in the mornings and that is as far as it goes. The room itself is comfortable. The staff is helpful but not quite well informed about the vicinity. It would be nice to have some Nuremberg locals as part of the team. Generally it is a safe and comfortable hotel but it fulfills only the very basic needs.

This is a perfect hotel for seeing the Christkindlmarkt. We arrived by train and it was a short stroll to the hotel. The christmas market starts right accross from the train station so this is a perfect hotel for that. At other times of year the hotel is a short walk from the old town. Location is 100% great.
The hotel is new and the rooms are clean and modern. Try to get to breakfast early since the breakfast area is a little small for the number of rooms.

This was the first time staying at thia hotel. We normally don't stay at a \"Holiday Inn\" while traveling in Europe. Very good hotel. No complaints. It is located within one block of train station. We stayed here during the Christmas market.
We had trouble logging onto wifi so the receptionist personally came to our room and solved our problem. Great service. We will definitely stay here next year.

Great hotel until the fire alarm went off at 2:30am. We all had to go outside and stand in the street. There was a handicap person that was stuck on the second landing that couldn't get down. His wife was frantic, but no one helped. After about 20 minutes we were allowed back into our rooms. Obviously a false alarm. I asked about some type of compensation, and the front desk guy just laughed.

Quite standard holiday inn.

Nice comfortable room with everything you'd expect and more (coffee!). Wifi did not work very well. Breakfast was ok-ish. Location right by the Hauptbahnhof and just a short walk into the old town. We had the room with an extra sleeper couch and the bed was really quite small to fit the couch in. I would recommend a room without that because I'm sure the bed will be bigger. Staff was friendly. Overall a good stay and would go again.

Now that was fun!

I was in heaven when we checked in, this is the hottest Nuremberg has ever been. And I was so happy for the air conditioning. Was a beautiful clean room on the forth floor. But the best was yet to come! At 2:54am we were startled awake by a voice screaming attention this is an emergency you must leave the building immediately!!!! Over and over again and again and it was in Germany of course. After running down four flights of stairs and in to the street, we waited for the firemen to clear the building and went back to bed. Over all a very special stay. Oh, breakfast was very good! Never did hear what the problem was.

Very convenient location and always at excellent quality for price of this hotel chain. Cosy room but sufficient space and comfy.

Very comfortable and relaxing accommodations

This was an excellent hotel, very close to the main train station and a decent walking distance to everything that I wanted to experience, had a great complimentary breakfast, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that I know as place to stay when visiting Nuremberg.
