The room was ok, cleaning could be better. Some splatter on the wall that I was able to wipe off and counter was sticky. Seems like a spill was not wiped. Bathroom is a weird concept, no privacy when you are taking a shower. Amazing breakfast kind of made up for it. Lots of option and food quality. They make your eggs for you.

Bed linen was dirty, the staff was extremely nice, offered immediately to change room, the staff also gave a bottle of free wine. At the end we asked only to change the sheets and stay at the room. Overall room was OK. Not dirty but also not 100% clean. The breakfast had a nice variety but not tasty..

Located outside of the main town center this hotel is placed right next to a very nice park. The room was clean but laid out strangely. The shower is located right next to your bed and located around the corner from the main bathroom. The shower however did have amazing water pressure and gave me the best shower for my whole 12 day trip to Germany. Parking was very easy for those guests with a car. We were there for the Christmas markets and found the location was ok. It was about a 20 minute walk through the park to get to the main town center. This did require walking back at night through the park which some people (or women travelling alone) may find disturbing but with all honesty, we never felt threatened or unsafe. The staff were ok. They did their job and were efficient but I wouldn't say they went out of their way. Maybe this was due to a language barrier. I've stayed in Nűrnberg twice, once in the NH and once here and although the NH is a nicer property, the parking was a lot easier at this hotel and a lot easier to get in and out of. Would we stay here again? Yes! It was located in a good spot and the was a very pleasant stay. For people with mobility concerns or elderly individuals, it might be a tad to far to walk to the town center.

When we arrived on our honeymoon it turned out the we had two single beds although I booked a double. The receptionist said we could push the beds together and were lucky because it’s nice and quiet in that area of the hotel. I had to practically beg to get the double room that I booked. When we left my wife forgot a silk bathrobe that was probably lying on the bed and was the same color as the sheets. I sent an email asking that they keep it until we get back to Nürnberg in 2 weeks so that I can pick it up then. Supposedly neither the cleaning woman nor the laundry found it. There is literally no possible way that it could be left anywhere other than in that room because she was wearing it that morning before we left. The only possible explanation is that either the cleaning woman or someone in the laundry did not turn it over to the reception. Since it’s real silk that doesn’t surprise me. But since it was a wedding gift it‘s sad.

Very nice hotel in a business-oriented part of Nuremberg, a bit of a hike to the tourist focused area of the city. While we enjoyed the hike through the city park to get there, be aware of the location if there for leisure travel. Fantastic buffet breakfast with an attendant available to make eggs or omelets to order. Good bar with an impressive gin selection. Need towel hooks in the bathroom, would have appreciated a hot water pot in the room for coffee/tea.

Good solid hotel for the business traveller

This is not my first stay on business. This is a good solid hotel for the business traveller. The room (on the inside) was quiet and spacious, the desk was suitable for working at. The staff were friendly and helpful, and all spoke good English.

My only niggle was the pillows. I think they were probably down pillows, but I didn't find them comfortable.

Incredible breakfast choice - loved it!
Use of mini bar whilst limited, was still a nice touch.
Good location - really close to train station (5mins), nice walk through park (about 10-15mins) to old section of city, nice lake to walk/jog around and easy to access to hotel if you have a car.
Comfy bed - not soft and good pillows.
Nice shower.

Wonderful breakfast! Very modern hotel. Big rooms by European standards. No laundry but there is an ironing room. Not really the best spot for tourists as it is about a 20 minute walk to the old town. Very convenient to the tram stop though. Not many options if you did not want to eat at the hotel. Provided fruit punch, fruit cup, coffee and tea 24 hours. Also loved that the mini bar was free and they restocked it daily. They provided a bottle of water, one beer, one Pepsi and one apple juice. The room layout was a bit odd as the shower opened directly into the room and the sink was separate from the toilet and was also in the sleeping area, but we got used to that. Overall, good value for a very nice, clean hotel.

The hotel breakfast was very good and free so you can’t beat that. But the service at the bar was very slow. No one was behind the counter and it took 10 minutes for someone to finally come out and take are order. Complementary drinks in your room with free tea and coffee in reception to take out or to take to your room.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. Each room has two different types of pillows. The bathroom is also clean and spacious. Showers are lovely.

High quality service and nice extras. We would definitely stay here again. Spotlessly clean, one of best buffet breakfast selections I have ever seen and some nice touches like free welcome drink from the bar and a couple of freebies in the mini bar each day. While outside the old town, there are train tram and bus stops right outside although we chose to walk the 10 mins along the river. Staff were super helpful, letting us check in early and sorting us out with an emergency umbrella. We were here for the christmas market (which did not disappoint) but were glad we made time for a wander round the castle and old town and the Nuremburg courthouse and rally grounds. Nuremburg has lots to offer.

One of the finest and best value hotels in Germany

Fantastic hotel. Breakfast included in the price is rare nowadays, and very welcomed here - and it was a fantastic range of food.

A free minibar and a welcome gift also says that this hotel cares about its customers, and they have assured that they will likely be the top consideration for return visits to the city.

Try the Keller Bier in the bar if it is available - very tasty.

Had a fantastic stay, wouldn't have changed or added anything. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Reception ladies were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Exceptional high standard of cleanliness right through the hotel. Loved the free mini bar and hot drinks in reception. Very nice breakfast with something for all tastes. Very central and transport links right outside the door.
Lovely added gesture of a bottle of wine in the room to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and my 50th birthday.
Would definitely return to Nuremberg and this lovely hotel.

Very clean and modern hotel, and friendly staff. It’s about a mile from the centre of Nuremberg - we walked into the centre each day. We felt safe walking at night, although the surrounding areas aren’t exactly pretty! There was a good selection of food for breakfast too. Would recommend!

Friendly reception with lots of info. Comfortable, clean room. Restaurant/bar on site. Complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of selection. Underground paid (14E/day) parking. A 20 minute walk to downtown through the island park where we felt safe. Not much close by for food or entertainment. After a long day of sight-seeing, it was wonderful to return to the lobby to complimentary juices and fruit. Also there was fresh coffee in the lobby each morning.

The hotel is situated just outside the old town with a pleasant river/park walk taking just 15 minutes or you can take a tram from outside the hotel just two stops to the centre. A modern clean hotel with an excellent budget breakfast and complimentary mini bar restocked every day. I would definately use the hotel again. Can't fault it.

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Novina Hotel. This hotel looks good in the pictures, but is poorly maintained. Bath fixtures showed rust and the room was full of bugs. The wifi was slow. We only received towels and bed linens for one person. The air conditioning for the hotel was not working. The only exception was the breakfast.

And nice to have a variety of refreshments in the room with no additional cost - something I have not really found in many hotels in Germany.

this hotel can be reached from wohrder wiese station on the u2 metro line for 3 euros then a ten minute walk through a park which is nice there is a river with plenty of ducks and birds around. I arrived late in the evening though I could here youths shouting and migrants hang around this park Maybe a better idea to do this if you arrive in daylight hours as it can be intimidating at night.

The rooms are not dissimilar from those of British chain hotels, such as Premier Inn or Travelodge; however, they had extra levels of comfort. For example, a mini-bar, lots of wardrobe space etc.

Breakfast, which was included in the price for us, was fantastic. Very varied, tasty, and staff were very helpful.

Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel. It was, however, a bit overpriced in my opinion, but this doesn't take anything away from the hotel's quality.

My wife and I had only one night in this hotel, which wa fortunate, because the bed was so hard it was difficult to sleep. We had travelled down from Berlin, where we had an absolutely fantastic hotel for about 40 Euros less than this one.
The staff were both pleasant and helpful.

Der Empfangsbereich war sehr schön. Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Warme Getränke -Kaffee, Tee (auch Glühwein) gabs kostenlos. Allerdings war am Abend alles leer und wurde nicht nachgefüllt.
Die Zimmer sind ok, allerdings gefällt und die Badaufteilung nicht, WC, Dusche separat, Waschbecken im Zimmer. Der Frühstückstaum war sehr voll, zu Weihnachtsmarktzeiten aber erwartbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
