We arrived very late in the night, but Akos at reception was very kind and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, clean and breakfast is great. Members of staff are always helpful at reception and in the breakfast room. Easy parking. We are regular guests at this property the last 15 years even ownership was changed.

Unfortunately it seems as if they’ve taken out all of the hanging chairs out of the rooms but it doesn’t reflect that on any booking sites. Also, the lights in our bathroom above the sink were completely out. Despite it all we made the best of it. Wish they would at least add maybe a mini fridge or something to the rooms because they’re a bit bare; especially for the prices.

Hoping it gets how it use to be

We usually always enjoy staying here but this trip was a bit different this time. Unfortunately when we got into our room we did not have a swing and their was just a hole from where it use to be. Also, we were in town for a friends birthday and when we tried to go into their room before heading out for the evening: we were even able to go to any other floor aside from the one our room was located on. Also, the stairwell doors were all locked so we couldn’t access other floors that way either. It became such a hassle and would have to have them come and open the stairway door for us in order for us to access their floor. It was truly an inconvenience… also, we asked the night attendant regarding late check out and he simply brushed us off stating he doesn’t do that.

No iron, ironing board in the room, as I was travelling for business and having clothes for meetings in my case I needed and iron. Typically hotels provide these in the room. Little to no information regarding room service, or any other services the hotel offers. Very high price for the stay also. Basically over paying to sleep. If someone is travelling a long distance, be sure to eat before you arrive. If you arrive late there will be nowhere to get food apart from confectionery and ice cream.

Nice receptionist, the breakfast was amazing and the decor of the room was interesting, liked the hanging chair and many points for charging devices. Free parking was an important plus.

Some areas for improvement: our upstairs neighbour spent the night pacing and moving the furniture. This is not the hotel's fault, but just when we fell back asleep early in the morning noisy cleaning started next door around 7 am and carried on for quite some time. Waiting until a little later would help. Secondly, when we asked the receptionist whether it would be possible to have gluten free options, he had no idea. Having enjoyed the breakfast there once, I now know the you can ask for gluten free bread (which we found out once we had finished) and that allergens are listed for every dish, which is great! Finally, there was a lot of rubbish outside the hotel when we first arrived. It was cleaned up the next day, but did not give a great impression on arrival. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and ate very well.

We stay here minimum twice a year. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is always great. We like the area for a big walk.
The only thing we first experienced is that one of the bath towel had a big hole, it was torn in the middle.

The moment we stepped in around 2pm the receptionist was very rude, arrogant and without even a “hello” told us to come back at 3pm. One night we decided to have a drink at the bar. One of the drinks we ordered was red wine. The wine served was like vinegar. Upon informing the bartender of the inferior quality of the wine, he proceeded to suggest that we shouldn’t order wines we did not like. In all our encounters with the staff (except breakfast crew) we were treated rudely. Needless to say, we would avoid this hotel in the future. A word to the wise.

Very tired amenities, bathroom door was sliding and very noisy and awkward while using. No kettle in the room. We stayed over 1st of November (day off in Germany) and no restaurant or bar was open…. It hasn’t been made clear on the website. We could only get chips/crisps and chocolate bars for dinner…. Definitely will NOT STAY EVER AGAIN

The hotel is very clean and spacious, as is the room. The room however did not have a desk or a chair. It had only a small round table and a hammock chair that you cant move. So the table has be placed by the hammock chair. It wasnt very comfortable. There was no mini fridge or coffee maker in the room either. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and there are several restraunts near by.

Seminaris is a great place with easy access to highway. This is a conference hotel in the outskirts of Nuremberg. Combined with sport facilities and soccer fields around the hotel. Plenty of free outside parking, very nice gym, lots of space in reception and common areas. Rooms were nice and updated; we loved the hanging relax chair. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of cold and warm choices. Freshly cut fruit and healthy selection. Great friendly staff. We would stay here agin. Clean and special considerations for COVID with hand sanitizers, single use gloves and very well organized to maintain social distancing.

The best part about this hotel is breakfast. It offers a good variety, is fresh and nicely presented. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. There is an odor in the hotel building that could stem from sewer issues. If you can get a room that had a \"soft\" remodel it shows a slight improvement over the one that didn't. Overall the property makes the impression that it ran out of money. Hopefully somebody sees the potential and brings the \"Hilton\" quality back.

I have booked a room for one night for Jan.2 of 2020 in stead of Dec. 2 of 2019 by mistake. The rate was non refundable. The manager Mr. Mueller was kind to give of full refund. The hotel is very clean and has enough parki ng spot for free in addition to the free good breakfast. The hotel is not far from the city centre and it has an easy access to one bus that take you directly to downtown.

客室は寒かった。暖房は小さなセントラルヒーティング一つで、温度が上がらなかった。フィットネスを使いたくてレセプションに行くと、ルームキーを取られて、ジムのアクセスカードを渡されたが、その後、ルームキーを返してもらえず、ジムのカードで入室出来ると言われたが、案の定、部屋が開かず、またレセプションに戻って説明しても、「おかしい」と言うだけで説明も謝罪も無し。。接客がイマイチかな。。。

Unpraktische Zimmerbeleuchtung.
Bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt mussten täglich die Zimmerschlüssel neu codiert werden, weil sie jeweils nicht mehr funktionierten.
Das Frühstück war qualitativ alles andere als hochwertig - sowohl die Nahrungsmittel (Brötchen, Wurst usw.), als auch die Darbietung (ab 9.00 Uhr sah immer alles \"recht wüst und geräumt aus\") - man wurde aber satt.
Hotel ist insgesamt stark auf Seminare ausgerichtet - weniger auf Individualreisende.

Unser Zimmer hatte wohl ein Problem mit den Abflussrohren. Es hat dazerhaft sehr unagenehm gerochen. Außerdem hatte unser Zimmer eine Verbindubgstür, durch die wur jedes Wort unserer Zimmernachbarn hören konnten. Das Frühstückspersonal war wohl mit dem Andrang an Gästen überfordert, das Buffet war fast komplett leer. Ich würde da nicht nochmal übernachten. Beim Auschecken habe ich das die Dame an der Rezeption auf den Gestank im Zimmer hingewiesen und die Lautstärke. Irgendwelche versuche etwas gut zu machen kamen von ihr leider nicht.

Sauberes Zimmer, jedoch mit Wanne als Dusche👎, Personal in der Bar sehr nett.
Das Frühstück war eine Katastropge (es gab n u r Schinken, welcher immer wieder nachgefüllt wurde) keinerlei andere Wurst und Käse, Butter fehlte während unseres Frühstücks ( 1 Stunde). Statt Freundlichkeit bei Aufforderung reagierte das Personal mit patzigen Antworten.
Beim Check-out auf die Frage, ob alles in Ordnung war, der Hinweis auf das schlechte Frühstück, der Hinweis, es kann nicht sein, denn die anderen Gäste waren sehr zufrieden. Geht gar nicht!

Ebenfalls das Publikum, Kinder rennen und bedienen sich mit Hand am Bufett und legen dann die Käsescheiben wieder zurück. Eltern schauen nicht nach dem Kindern und sind laut. Es wird vielzuviel auf den Teller geladen und halbvoll zurückgelassen, dafür aber Neue Lebensmittel wieder aufgeladen.

Wir waren jetzt seit 2021 insgesamt 6x im Seminaris Hotel. Das alleine sagt ja schon einiges aus. Als Exilnürnbergerin mag ich die Lage sehr gerne denn man ist schnell auf den Autobahnen und meine Familie ist auch schnell erreicht.

Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Design ist mal was anderes - uns gefällt es. Leider fiel uns a6f, daß die Qualität und Auswahl des Frühstücks nachgelassen hat was für uns tatsächlich ein Grund ist, beim nächsten Besuch in Nürnberg mal Alternativen zu suchen.

Die Bar ist gute sortiert und hat auch eine gute Auswahl an Bier, Whiskey und Cocktails.

Wenn nicht gerade der Club spielt, sind auch genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.

Alles in allem ein giter Kurztrip nach Nürnberg.
Was mich persönlich aber enttäuscht hat war das Frühstück. Die gekochten Eier waren kalt, Rührei gibt es nur gegen Zahlung von 4,40€ und die Auswahl fand ich für ein 4* Hotel etwas dürftig.

Aber das Hotel war klasse. Super Lage, sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist sehr gut gelegen zur Messe, Stadion oder Rock im Park. Die Speiseauswahl nach Küchenschluss ist mangelhaft. In der Umgebung hat außer Burger King nichts geöffnet.

- Sehr freundliche Leute, gut organisiertes Hotel, Frühstück und Bar-Bereich prima, Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. An Steckdosen und USB-Buchsen fehlt es im Zimmer auch nicht. ;-)
Ja, und die prima Verkehrsanbindung zur Stadt…!
- Aber was GAR NICHT GEHT:
Kopfkissen im Zimmer ein dicker harter Sandsack, - vielleicht zum drauf Sitzen, niemals zum Schlafen…!!
Boxspring-Bett, Matratze ziemlich hart, - Vorschlag: Dem Gast einen weichen Topper anbieten!
Im Zimmer kein Tisch, nur ein rundes (stylisches) Eisengestell, wohl um einen Laptop drauf zu stellen.
Im Zimmer auch kein Stuhl, nur ein (!) stylischer Metallhocker, vielleicht auch der, um nach vorn gebeugt am Laptop zu arbeiten…
Dass noch ein stylischer Hängekorb an der Decke hängt, hilft auch nicht weiter, - allenfalls ein Kind kann sich da gemütlich einkuscheln…
Dass sich der lärmende Entlüfter im Bad nicht mehr ausstellen ließ, sorgte auch nicht für Schlafqualität…

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip gerade wenn man zu einer Veranstaltung ins Stadion oder Arena Versicherung möchte. Ausstattung in Ordnung allerdings hier und da ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Personal hilfsbereit und nett. Kleiner Minuspunkt es gab keine Möglichkeit einen Kaffee (Nachmittag) im Hotel zu trinken bzw. zu bekommen.
