The rooms were great, the location was perfect for catching the subway into the city. The only problem was they offered dinner but didnt have a real kitchen. They could only cook one single pizza at a time that took 20 minutes each. Most of their menu items were unnavialable. There werenyt many restaurants nearby except kebab shops in the more sketchy area. Plan ahead if with family.

Staff are not very well trained. I tried to insist that I had already prepaid my reservation, however, the staff refused this explanation and proceeded to demand payment again. I provided this, as I planned to immediately dispute the transaction with the card issuer, only for the hotel staff to finally realise their mistake after taking payment for a second time. I then had to be refunded (which, by the way, takes 5-7 working days to process). Not a big deal normally, but it took 35 minutes to get to that point and not even a \"sorry\" from the staff. I also now have a 400 euro block on my card for the next week. Never again, holiday inn.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to a train and bus station. We were able to use a free transit parking lot close by when we ised the piblic transit to explore the city walls.

We were also able to check in early.

To be fair, checkin was smooth, room as advertised, clean, bed was springy (so so for me), water pressure moderate, breakfast was okay. I really didn’t like the leopard/lion cubs in the bathroom (I don’t get it), as if I was being watched while doing my business in there. 1 night is okay, I won’t stay longer. Parking costed £17 overnight and we could only get into the basement parking after checkin. Lots of parking bays at Rewe opposite the hotel, but overnight parking not allowed. Train station 2 mins away.

Ridiculous pricing .

TV wasnt working .. didn't fix. Then next day they changed my room.. the costing is stupid.. the same room /facilities for 3 nights . £70 sat , £70 Sunday.. but over £200 Monday... How can the identical room be priced over 3 times the amount.. makes no sense.. won't stay again for that reason..

The hotel is very close to the U-Baun. That helps a lot with traveling around the city. They let us check in early. They were always willing to help. You can't use the elevator without a room key. Very secure!
The beds were very comfortable & so were the pillows if you like soft.

A great stay right outside of the city centre. Very easy to get into town by ubahn (3 stops- 9 mins). Would recommend to anyone, buffet is one of the best I’ve seen in Europe!

Hotel was very clean and basic. Close to the old town. Easy to walk too. Loved the grocery store across the street. Hotel parking was sparse. Very limited spots. We were able to park across the street to the left at the free bus station parking. It worked out in the end to save some money. It was safe. Staff had limited English. Breakfast onsite was incredible. Great coffee and the most comfortable beds. It’s nothing like a North American holiday inn. It’s not even branded as that when you arrive. It’s a lot nicer with lots of business clientele. Would stay there again!

Nice hotel 2 minutes walk from u bahn station. Supermarket across the road with instore bakery.
Disappointed with hotel website as doesn’t tell you which train to catch or the nearest station. Emailed them with no reply but found my own way there with help from a guy at the train station.
Rooms are big and clean.
Booked a double room as I am a big fella. Was two beds pushed together and during the night would roll on to the mattress ridges where both beds meet and was uncomfortable.
Also only bedding for one of the beds was put on the bed.
There was spare bedding for the other side on a rack but when I took off the pillow and cushion it was dirty and stained.
Would understand them making up one side of the bed if I had booked a single room but booked and paid for double.
However, it was in an excellent location for access into the centre and only 3 stops from central station.

The hotel was nice and in a good neighborhood. Grocery store right across the street and 2 min walking to metro station. Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave, no coffee maker and no phone in the room, need a coffee maker! Bed was very uncomfortable and couldn’t adjust the temp in the room, would get hot so had to open windows and where our room was outside smokers right below our window. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

We liked the hotel, it was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the old town, with it being only a 15 minute walk. The beds were nice and comfy, however the pillows were not. The head pillows were the only thing that let this hotel down, they were really uncomfortable and left us with neck ache in the morning, this would be the only thing to improve upon. Overall a really good hotel and would stay again.

Modern, cozy and clean Hotel

The room was very clean and designed very modern. All the amenities in regards to tech were given such as new TV, Bluetooth speaker and touchscreen toilet.

They have a parking Garage, which cost 10€ per night. Unfortunately I was very unlucky and the whole Garage was booked. Luckily i found a parking space near the hotel, so plenty of free parking space around the hotel.

Das Hotel ist praktisch, Preis/Leistung ist okay. Im Bett waren viele Haare, im Bad war beim betreten des Zimmers eine Schabe andere Decke. Am Ende bekommt man die Leistung zu dem Preis welchen man zahlt. Die Erreichbarkeit mit Auto und Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist hervorragend.

Gostei da localização, perto do metrô e do supermercado. Os travesseiros e o edredkn do quarto eram horriveis e desconfortaveis.
Os receptionistas deveriam todos falarem inglês e terem conhecimento dos pontos turisticos. Perguntei a dois recepcionistas como chegar à Rothenburg e não sabiam que existia uma cidade turística chamada Rothenburg ob de Tauber. Uma grande falta da recepção do hotel não saber as cud as es da Rota Romântica da Alemanha.
