Beds were small, definitely not queen. The lights outside were really bright, the curtains could’ve been a little longer to make the room darker. One of the beds (or mattresses?) was broken, and I kept rolling down to my left. It was a rough night. The room looked clean.

Room was just ok for a one night stay for a tired traveller. Motel is old and in need of remodeling. It’s been awhile since room had a really good cleaning. I moved the nightstand to plug something in. There was a beer bottle cap and a big wad of hair behind it. Very gross.

To behonest when i first arrived i was like, oh no this is ghetto. From the looks of it, but that was me judging a book by its cover. Even though the outside looked alittle old, the comfort, safety of your personal belongings, the cleaniness of the rooms are above the average type of motel, or hotel i been staying at. The staff was great, knowing that my car and property were safe is what made me want to stay again later in the future. Thank you Motel Oasis for your hospitality. I will come again!

Live and dead little beetles in our bathroom and room throughout our stay. Coffee and ice offered. Breakfast isn’t available, but I knew that upon registration. 1/2 of the building has rooms facing and next to the freeway, so it is loud. The staff is very friendly and owned by a sweet Eastern Indian family. They did renovations, but there needs to be more work done to make it more comfortable. $150 a night for a family of 5. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for.

It is a simple motel, but the rooms are huge and the owner are so friendly!! The room is so comfy, and cozy, and our room had a little sink in the \"kitchen\" and a mini fridge, which helped us a lot with our breakfast stuff. Room was really clean. A great Motel, we will go back next year for the Memorial day again

Nice budget motel.

I stayed at this property. Maybe six or seven times. The management is very nice, and the location is quiet and convenient.

The setup of the rooms is a bit odd. They have a front and a back door, and the back door opens onto a courtyard. There's often something going on in the courtyard--kids from upstairs, people having conversations, etc. It usually dies down by the time I go to sleep.

The rooms could use some refurbishing, but I think that's why the price is so low. I've never felt unsafe there, and that's more than I can say for a lot of the budget motels I've stayed in.

It was close to the highway which made it easy to access but also noisy. It is quite old and the area around it is somewhat messy. It was inexpensive and the room was large. A positive if we were to stay there in milder weather is that the rooms open into an inner courtyard that looks as if it would be pleasant.

This property has gone through new ownership. The people that run it are kind, friendly and attentive! The new paint job looks good and the rooms are slowly being updated with new flooring, painting, and bedding. It's still very dated, but a decent room for the price we paid. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub are gone and the free breakfast is no more. It's too bad because the breakfast area was a great place chat with fellow guests and the pool/grassy area was like an Oasis, but not any longer. I'd stay here again if the room rate was similar to this years with breakfast and the pool, but the quote I received for next years stay was 30% more! Too bad.

Everything about my stay was horrible, the room and entire property is in shambles, no service to room, half a roll of toilet paper, 2 towels, 3 pillows for king bed. Brown splatters in bathroom and near sink area, concern for what it was. Unknown brown product smeared in carpet. Both entry doors wouldn’t close right- could see light around frame. Very difficult to get warm shower in morning, and flashed cold frequently.

The building looks like half of it is condemned and the half that isn't wasn't much better. Smoke detector was beeping super loud at 4am while i was hungover trying to sleep. The whole dead was NOT worth $100/night after fees.

Staff was friendly. The room was clean. No Kleenex. No way to make a hot beverage as there were not any cups for hot liquids. There was no coffee or tea in the room. The TV was fuzzy. I did not try the internet. Exterior needed a lot of work. No breakfast. Did not know until I was checking out that there was coffee in office. Overall a very poor value for my $246.

The room was not very clean. The furniture and furnishings were very aged and worn. The bathroom door did not close. The front door deadbolt did not work. Walls and other items needed maintenance or repair. It appeared as if unskilled employees were responsible for this work and had done the best they could.

I thought I could trust Expedia rating and comments ... they had nothing to do with reality in this case ... did the owner buy comments..??! I don't know but I am questionning the differences between comments, rating and reality...
Bed sheet were clean and mattress was ok but the room itself ... holes on the wall, don't know if the carpet has ever been washed, very old furniture ... god, too long to describe all... if I knew the state of the room, I am not sure I would have paid even half of what I paid... one thing is now sure ... never again at the Oasis Motel in Mose Lake, Washington...

Service was good during our stay however when bites began to appear approximately 24 hours later, the owners took less than 5 minutes to “check the room” and tell us there were no bed bugs (the bedbug bites all over me beg to differ..)
Otherwise great motel for the price, good service and great location. I hope they’re able to get this sorted :(

Based on the outside, we were a little nervous when we pulled up to check in. The lady at the front desk was very nice and cheerful. We went to our room and it smelled like an old 70’s hotel room that had been smoked in. You could also see daylight around the doors. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. This place is very outdated but it did the job for our 2 nights we stayed.

They put us in a room where there was construction all night . Very loud until almost 11 pm. Watched us go in our room . Cops magically drove around twice in the back where we were staying. As if a grandma & her grandson were some type of criminals. Than clld at 1030 to see if we were staying again. I asked check out is 11 right? Than asked for a deposit when it wasn't written on the website. Watched our room when I was bringing stuff in like I was smuggling in a pet or a person. Bcz women don't stay on their own I guess. Didn't have on website there was construction going on. Every time we left they watched & then watched us go in our room. Door had no safety lock from the inside . Back door had no type of safety lock on but a chain but the door itself didn't lock. I carry my own protection but other ppl may not. So if u want to feel safe I prob wouldn't stay there .

Property was good for the price. It is a motel so don’t expect anything fancy. They really need to notify customers that lobby closes at 11pm. So if you arrive late, there’s no way to check in until next morning. Also, Wi-Fi is really slow. The tv kept buffering or losing signal at certain times. I like that they have a continental breakfast. Breakfast choices were simple but decent. I like that the room had a mini fridge. All furniture was pretty outdated. Shower water was cold at first but I find the longer you run it, the warmer it’ll be. Place needs to be dusted, like the walls and corners. But again, at their price point you can’t complain much. Decent for a night or two.
