Excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even offered dinner of chili and crackers (hopefully they will change to a vegatarian chili so everyone can enjoy). The breakfast was great and there were alot of vegatarian options for us - apples and peanut butter, toast, muffins, jelly, waffles, juice, granola bars. Hopefully, almond milk will be an option for non dairy.

I called ahead to make sure that we would have a shower chair and two beds because i an traveling with my mom and we both have mobility issues so it's important to have a shower chair. I was told that all the handicapped rooms have s shower chair and they confirmed we booked a room with two beds. When we got there to check in, i was told that the only room with a shower chair is attached in the shower and that is in a room with one king bed. Thankfully we only stayed there for one night because the decision was between having a shower chair or one bed, so we chose a room with two beds because i need my own bed and can shower at the next place.
As far as the room, the beds were comfortable. My mom took a shower and told me the shampoo and conditioner were difficult to use and the fan didn't work so it got very hot in the bathroom. Also, they're was a big sign in the bathroom that said they only clean the room when we ask for it. Not an issue for us since we only stayed one night, but it seems that would be annoying if you stay a few nights.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the shower had an abundance of soap scum and calcium build up on the shower walls, the shower head and the faucet.

The minute we checked into our room, we seen a french fry on the floor, next to the bed was a piece of toilet paper also food crumbs on the nightstand, The tub had a soap stuck to the bottom of it, which makes me believe they didn’t scrub the tub. I called to speak to a manager and never got a return call or email from the manager, Amanda. The beds were comfortable, so were the pillows, but the cleanliness of the room was a problem.

The hotel is clean and the continental breakfast is very good. The hotel accepts pets which is great. The pool and hot tub were shut down the entier time we were there which was frustrating. There should be notice given if these amenities are unavailable. We actually would have xhosen a cheaper hotel, we picked this one for the very fact that they advertised a hot tub. Additionally the toilet in our room was leaking the first night. When notified they did send maitenece to fix it. The elevaator stopped working and again was fixed but these things were irritating. The hotel.comped some of our room fee for these issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful, just an all.around frustrating trip.

Our is in dire need of rehab! The shower head spits out water over top of the shower curtain, the water has damaged the wall, floor and gets the clean towels wet that are sitting right next to it. The bed needs to be replaced. There is no luggage rack. The carpet is stained and dirty. The breakfast looks good but is only luke warm not hot. A high point the drapes do stay closed. Use to be great place!

I was impressed at the room’s insulation for keeping outside noises muted. What we didn’t like was a non working phone we couldn’t even call the front desk. Also the beds were a little uncomfortable, the bedding was also not comfortable!

My bath had mold at the caulk seem and fully stank like mold. The floors especially the corners of the bath were full of dust from many many months of being unwashed. all the corners in the rooms were so filled with dust. Thankfully the entry way of the hotel and breakfast room were clean! the front office lady wasn't at the desk until I loudly said hello a few times. the Breakfast chef was super friendly.

I got in late, so I didn't have a lot of time in my room before going to bed. The staff was great, check in easy. The room was large and suited my purpose. The bed was very comfortable. My only issue is that the bathroom and near the bed smelled strongly of urine. I didn't complain as I was tired and checking out the next morning, or I'm sure I would have been put in a different room.

Poor Hotel experience.
We had a wedding reception and specifically chose this hotel due to it being new and the inclusion of breakfast and overall cost based on the number of guests. What we found however is a breakfast that was not well taken care of and multiple missing items that resulted in us have to go out for breakfast \"Every day\". The staff was apologetic and once I complained magically the staff went out and got the missing items. My advise, if a continental breakfast is important to you, pick another hotel as their are multiple options within the vicinity.
