Our room was perfect. Clean and with the amazing view of the zocalo. But even so very noise guarded. Wish our stay would’ve been longer. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful hotel! Very quiet and pleasant despite being right on the square, and staff were very attentive. Room was clean and pretty, and the courtyard and upper terrace restaurant were so pleasant. We didn't avail ourselves of the amenities including the massage, sauna, etc, but we'll be back.

However, that being said, I wasn't too happy with one clerk at the front desk who seemed to not be so nice to me. I felt she was a bit prejudice because of my accent. She wasn't very helpful when I was asking for the massage that came with our stay. We did end up getting our massages but it was as if she didn't want to help with anything else. Additionally, the patio has a seating area with seats and she scolded us for having a cup of coffee and a piece of sweet bread at the table. She claimed management won't allow it? Isn't this what tables are for? It wasn't like we were sitting at a desk. Anyhow, the masseuse lady was nice and gave us a very nice massage. The down side was that we didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub because it took longer than an hour to heat up and we were already going to be leaving the hotel.

Overpriced by 50%. No one to help with the bags
The hotel is ok. Definitely price is way to high for what it is. The rooms are simple. The dirty rag by the bed is simply gross. The beds are very uncomfortable, they put a lot of pillows on the bed and none is comfortable enough to sleep on. The junior suite was nice size, the water gets hot fast and has great presdure. We had jacuzzi bath in the big size bathroom. TV doesn't offer any channels in English, no Netflix or any other premiumchannels( not complaining, just for information only) They advertise pool, which is silly. The " pool" 1 foot deep with cold water. Jacuzzi next to it filled half way with cold water too. On the top restaurant tables stand right next to it, so when you are in the pool you feel like people expect you to perform some synchronized swimming, because all of them staring at you while they eat. The terrace has beautiful views! The free breakfast wasn't good. I had sunny side up eggs with bacon. Ask for no beans, because I am allergic. The dish came with beans all over eggs and bacon. The eggs and bacon were crazily oversalted. Not just a bit, but to the point I couldn't eat it at all. They also came to the table with pastries asking which one do we want. We got 2 small muffins. On the end of free breakfast they asked us to pay $3.5 usd for small muffins. No one ever told us they were extra. It's not about money, its about trying to trick you. Leave the bad taste in your mouth. The parking from narrow street into super narrow door.

On an ald mansion across the main plaza it is a lovely hotel. We liked the breakfast on a terrace from where you can see the plaza and the Popocatepetl volcano. The restaurant offers local and international dishes.

Beautiful volcano view and great comfort
The hotel was clean and the room had a main park view. The jacuzzi in the room was large. The view of the volcano from the roof top was amazing. The girl at the spa was helpful and made our sauna and vapor bath very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

El estacionamiento es nada practico se tiene que esperar mucho uno para entrar y salir por otro lado, se me hizo de mal gusto que la chica de recepción nos cobrara la lavandería de una toalla de mano que se mancho de pepel china en 150 pesos y la forma, incluso le tuve que exigir el comprobante por solo me quería dar el cambio del pago que se le hizo en efectivo, lo que no resulto poco agradable

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, en el centro de Temixco. Muy buenos servicios: restaurante, SPA, alberca. El personal muy amable.
Tiene estacionamiento, pero no tiene acceso directo desde el hotel y hay que salir por la calle, en nuestro caso fuimos a un evento y llegamos muy tarde y tuvimos que salir por la calle y llegar al hotel. Otro detalle es que en el baño, el cual es muy amplio, la regadera está dentro un tina de hidromasaje y por lo tanto tienes que "saltar" para poder bañarte y ciertamente resulta incómodo. Creo que tienen espacio para la reconfiguración del baño y hacerlo más funcional y práctico. Asimismo al tener techos altos, la luz para espejos, resulta indirecta. Esto lo tomo como un área de oportunidad, a que el hotel en general es muy bueno.

Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y muy cómodas. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros, sin embargo, consideramos que hace falta staff en el hotel. Solo hay una persona atendiendo, por lo que los procesos para check in, estacionamiento, cobro, etc. no son muy rápidos. El hotel cuenta únicamente con dos cajones de estacionamiento y no hay valet parking. Como alternativa tienen un estacionamiento exclusivo para huéspedes, pero está a varias calles, lo cual puede resultar inconveniente si vas con maletas. En el cuarto nos recibieron con botellas de agua, chocolates y dulces, y las opciones del desayuno incluido son muy variadas y ricas. En general disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y sin duda volveríamos.

Me parecio una buena opcion de hospedaje , lo unico es q la reserva decia que incluia un masaje y al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que esa opcion solo estaba disponible si se hospedaban de lunes a jueves . Seria bueno que eso viniera especificado en los detalles de la página
