We all really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We tried their spa services and they were amazing! We got a massage and we also did the group temascal. The temascal is an unforgettable experience, I recommend it to anyone that is looking to heal and ground themselves.

It is a very beautiful old hacienda. The room was very beautiful. The only thing was we found what appeared to be dead water bugs in our room on the day we arrived and more the next morning. They have large gaps on the ground floor doors.We believe fumigation may have taken place before we stayed in the room. I told the receptionist the next morning about the bugs and she said they had turmites do to the old wood beams and they have that same issue every year. I believe she may have thought I was talking about those bugs.

The facility was outstanding! Such a beautiful hacienda. We came across one difficulty. When we tried to use the jacuzzi, they informed us it was reservation only and that they needed 3 hour to light it up??? I have never come across this. So we reserved it and when we went it was cold, they informed us that the could not find the person to start it so it was still pre heating that the would call the room once it was ready, they never called. However, I would totally recommend this hotel, great getaway for couples.

Entiendo que por ser la adaptación de una construcción con historia, las adaptaciones tienen ciertos limites pero a decir verdad el baño me pareció muy incómodo ya que no hay donde colocar los productos de limpieza personal.

Es simplemente hermosa, la habitación que tuvimos es donde está la capilla y nos tocó la que tiene cúpula tiene sala de estar dentro de la habitación es muy amplia y la vista ni se diga es bello despertar y tener esa vista la alberca climatizada muy tranquila y la atención desde que llegamos es genial atentos en todo momento muy bueno todo súper organizado, muy recomendable

La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, te dan la opción de aromatizarla a tu gusto con fragancias que te muestran al hacer el check in, el personal es muy amable, la hacienda es grande tiene una capilla y hasta su propio museo, nos llevaron chocolates de cortesía muy deliciosos, también te prestan gratuitamente bicicletas para recorrer Atlixco y te dan un tríptico de rutas que puedes tomar para visitar los lugares más emblemáticos, el área del baño también es muy amplia tiene su propio clóset, dos lavabos, etc y todos los productos como el shampoo, jabón corporal, crema, etc son L'Occitane me dejaba mi cabello y piel reparada y suave, el pan y comida son deliciosas
