They were open at 2am when I arrived and I was able to take a sandwich and a couple of beers back to the room.

When I was checking out they added on 70 reals of expenses I didn’t do and they thought I would pay for it. I caught on and stopped it. The manager tried to pull a fast one on me that it must have been 4 separate human errors that caused it, but I know they were lying and trying to steal my money this way. Then the bread at the breakfast has a problem. The one in the front is always old and they hide the fresh rolls in the back. The manager said he would address the bread problem. But I am so upset that they tried to rob me. Incredible.

A vantagem da rede Ibis, em termos gerais, é que você sabe o que esperar das hospedagens. O Ibis Palmas não é diferente: o quarto não é exatamente espaçoso, mas acomoda bem quem esteja com 1 mala de mão. Tudo em bom funcionamento, exceto pelo ar condicionado do quarto. Não cheguei a pedir a troca do quarto, pois fiquei apenas 1 noite.

Durante minha primeira estadia, esqueci meu kit de shampoo e imediatamente notifiquei o atendente. Ele afirmou que iria verificar a situação, e como eu estava saindo para um passeio e retornaria para o mesmo hotel mais tarde, confiei que a questão seria resolvida sem maiores problemas.
Infelizmente, o que seguiu foi uma experiência frustrante e desgastante. Não recebi nenhum retorno sobre o item esquecido, e, ao tentar obter informações, fui mal atendida tanto pelo gerente quanto pelo atendente Ariel. A falta de interesse em resolver a situação, somada à má postura dos funcionários, fez com que a minha estadia fosse marcada por insatisfação e constrangimento.
Definitivamente, esperava um atendimento muito melhor de uma rede de hotéis como o Ibis, que sempre preza pela qualidade e conforto dos seus hóspedes.

Razoável para ficar um dia, no máximo dois. Colchão é bem fino, costas começam a doer na primeira noite já. Quarto e banheiro tem tamanhos ok, mas a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar já que achei sabonete do hóspede anterior em cima do shampoo/condicionador.

O quarto e o banheiro são um pouco apertado, mas são bons. O café da manhã tem variedades e é bom. Só não gostei porque chegamos de madrugada, não tinha chave para os quartos, e eu pedi a NF no nome da empresa e eles emitiram a NF para min e no valor a menor do que eu paguei!

Excelente hotel. Porém, não supera um hotel de Vila Velha, onde fiquei hospedado, em agosto. Água (purificador) e café (expresso e na garrafa) à vontade, 24 por dia. Bolo o à disposição o dia todo.
