Should not be listed as Adults Only. There were kids and a baby staying there. Diego was very friendly. The other staff, a bit cold. Overpriced compared to similar accommodations nearby. Paid more for “adults only” which is a lie. Also, I hit my head 3 times as the entry way and the lights at the desk are so low. Bed was comfy. Room not large enough to open regular sized suitcase.

The property is definitely a boutique style hotel. Small and charming but could be a little lack of privacy with your windows open. Our room had only a bathtub with a shower attachment, again Charming but had some challenges. The staff was some of the nicest people we met during our month long travel through Columbia. And this hotel was probably the cleanest. Great location also.

Todo muy bonito, el hotel en decoración y estilo es bello pero lo malo es que haya puertas en los baños… nunca antes visto! No debería promocionarse como baño privado porque no lo es en realidad, terminé haciendo uso del baño general al lado del jardín, deberían arreglar este tema, además que yo reservé una habitación donde en las fotos eso no se veía… de lo demás el personal muy amable! Mejoraría también el desayuno.

La habitación al lado del patio no tiene nada que evite el ruido que se hace afuera a la hora del desayuno o durante el día. Así que es difícil dormir y descansar hasta mas tarde porque se escucha todo.

El servicio muy bueno, todo el personal muy atento y servicial atento a las necesidades, fallo la descripción de la habioal momento de reservar, la fotografía de la habitación es solo de una de las del hotel. Estuvimos en una habitación doble 'pequeña', en realidad es demasiado pequeña, no tenía mueble para guardar ropa, ni donde poner las maletas, no tiene TV, demasiado pequeña la habitación
