Shower water ended up covering the whole bathroom floor. Balcony door didn’t lock. Other than that loved our stay here. Very close to water front and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful with advice. Breakfast was awesome

The property is very economical and cheap for budget travellers like ourselves and was in a great location just outside the main old town of Fethiye by a lovely walk on the waterfront promenade or short Dolmus bus. our kids loved the pool, and were also entertained by the playground. Our room was quite large, with 2 air conditioners and the bathroom clean and renovated.

Overall however the property and rooms were fairly tired and run down and in need of some fixing and updates in areas. But if on a budget it is an easy base to explore Fethiye and Oludeniz.

dont look at the photos . very old style apartments. poorly maintained . but again its what you pay for . less rentals . breakfast same every day and you pass it on the 3rd day as you cant have boiled eggs everyday . nothing interesting . difficult to ask questions .as harldy anyone spoke English .asked them for a nearby restaurant and after 20 mins to explain them \" I want to eat outside tell me a place \" they gave me silly directions to a crap restaurant near by which was difficult to find . since it was the first day I had no internet . i later found out there are 100s of amazing restaurants 5 mins away . surprised they didn't knew . should have told me take left and there are 20 restaurants . it was as easy as that . they should have a paper there at reception for nearby restaurants guide and also places to visit near by. will make it so much easy for tourists .

This place had a simple room with a tiny balcony. The bathroom was nice with a big showerhead. The sheets and towels were plain. There was lots of parking. The location was not within walking distance of very much. The breakfast buffet in the morning was set up next to the pool. It was a basic breakfast.

Stayed here a few times, room ia spacious and clean. Beds are reasonably comfortable , pillows acceptable. Breakfast is functional and pleasant. Staff are friendly. Location is about 10mins from promenade. Outside you can get a bus to the beach. Note , however it is about a 25min walk to the town centre and old city.

Good and comfortable stay

It was a nice stay, the room were good sized and had the basic essentials. There was no drinking water in the rooms but you can always ask at the reception and they are happy to help. The breakfast was good and much better than other top end hotels.
The room floor was a little dirty, we had black feet of walked barefoot in the room. The WiFi was very very weak, we barely got any WiFi in the room but it was ok in the main reception downstairs.

Our favourite place to stay. We will be back

Our stay was over the top, it’s not a 5 star but a beautiful and safe family run accommodation. The swimming pool was huge and clean. The breakfast was lovely. The reason we would be back is because the owners and staff were efficient and kind! They allowed me to put our goodies in their fridge as we needed a very late checkout. They even sent me away with their own pressed delicious olive oil. I would come back and ask for a long long stay. 4 Euro taxi to the city centre. Or the local bus, close to supermarket with shopping and it had everything we needed.

A very good hotel in spacious ground with apartments and two swimming pools. The room stayed at was adequate with a small balcony overlooking a pool. Although on a main road, the actual hotel is located well away from the road and is quiet. Good dolmus transport options are available outside the entrance.

Everything was very clean, from the room, sheets, towels and even common areas like the pool that sometimes are neglected in the low season.

Spacious room with a small balcony. Good bathroom with rainfall shower, plenty of very hot water and good pressure.

Small very silent refrigerator. Old looking AC that turned out to be a gem. It was silent and kept the room temperature constant at night. Mattress with very good consistency and actual duvet, not those uncomfortable hybrids between a blanked and a sheet that are common in Turkish hotels. The most comfortable sleep I've had in Turkey.

Large wardrobe closet with plenty of space for bags.

Good location in a quiet residential neighborhood, right across a bus stop, 5 minutes on foot from a medium size supermarket, the oceanfront and 20 minutes to the city center.

WiFi was OK and the signal in the room was strong enough.

Staff that speaks good english and is always ready to help.

An excellent choice at a great price. I'll probably return.

It was fine. The internet in the room wasn't the best. barely worked actually. I had to make video calls from the lobby. Aside from that the room was clean and the staff was helpful. I would recommend staying, however, get a bus pass as the bus station is 2.3km away from the hotel.

Stayed in ideally located Kilim Apartments Hotel for 4 nights which which is what I wanted between Calis beach and Fethiye. Unfortunately it is a 30mins walk to either centres and in the hot weather you might find it a struggle. The hotel has 2 bus stops outside and with frequent buses of around 10mins in both directions you will find it an easy ride costing less than 5 lire per person or 50p. The hotel has 2 pools and 2 sets of apartments one older than the other. The rooms are basic with a small balcony in mine but clean. The plants around are a little overgrown and needs to be cut back which the owners obviously cannot see if there are there daily. The service is fantastic from the day time manager who speaks English and very helpful but lousy from the night staff. He ignores that you are there when he answers the phone sometimes for long periods so just walk away as the calls are more important than you. There is an urn for hot water and tea with paper cups which is always at reception. A dream for us Brits. You have to buy your own milk but there’s a fridge in the room so it’s not a problem. The room is small unless if you are lucky enough to get one with a double and single bed. There’s no hot but only warm water at times and bed is very comfortable. I would return for the quiet location and price. The management also replied to my email which is amazing for a no star rated hotel apartment. Well done Kilim! Note location is far away from the centre.

Stayed during winter for 9 nights. The hotel is located by the main road for the convenience of the bus which will take you to Fethiye or Calis beach or if you like a walk it’s approximately 20/30 mins either way. Rooms are big with basic furnishings, bathroom is new and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. The traditional breakfast was enjoy. Would recommend and return myself.

This was a great value stay for 3 of us. It was a nice walk to the waterside and the food areas. A market close by. The breakfast is lovely down by the pool and the pool was fantastic in the hot period (we were there in October). Would highly recommend and love to be back at some stage!

It is a family run small hotel.
It has two nice swimming pool, cats and fruit trees.
My room was excellent for the price. Small but very comfortable bed, a/c, tv and nice bathroom.

Location is regular but it has a dolmuz stop just in front. The breakfast is good, they serve tasty Turkish cheese but awful coffee.

Great family run hotel

A great, family run hotel, with wonderful staff and a good chef.The rooms have been revamped this year and are so much improved, especially the new swanky bathrooms. I stay here regularly and its a gem of a place. Not near the beach but Calis beach is easily accessible by dolmus which stops outside the hotel. Easy access to Fethiye centre too. The main promenade which hosts some of Fethiye's best restaurants is only about 5 mins walk away.

Nice hotel recently refurbished with helpful staff a nice half hours walk away from the centre of town via the seafront where you will find many decent bars and restaurants many with live music at night not heard from the hotel. No fridge or kettle in the rooms but flat screen TV with some English sat channels. I will most likely return.

The staff were amazing and really welcoming and friendly. They helped us organise a scooter rental for the day and arranged it to be delivered which was really helpful. The only down side was that the WiFi wasn’t really available in our room which meant we couldn’t plan as much as we wanted to but that is the only thing we could really fault. The breakfast was great and fresh! Thanks for a great stay!

We chose Kilim in Fethiye as a change from staying in the beach resort of Ölü Deniz. Upon arrival, it was rather a surprise to find the reception/hotel building undergoing refurbishment; however, although the hotel room booked wasn't ready, we were instead, given an apt in an older block. Very pleased to now have unexpected kitchen facilities, 2 balconies and lots of space. Although not modern and in need of refurbishment, it was pretty clean, hot shower and comfortable bed. Our booking included Turkish breakfast, and it arrived promptly on a tray to our room every morning at the time agreed. Fresh, delicious and most adequate. The management were most helpful in meeting our needs, despite the building work that was in progress. Upon our departure, the refurbishment of the main building and reception was in its final stages and looking extremely welcoming. We viewed one of the modernised rooms which appeared fresh with a gorgeous new bathroom. One of the large, clean swimming pools was open and looked very inviting; the other pool was just having its re-tiling completed. The accommodation location is only 1 block away from the waterside and close to amenities. Local buses are nearby to take you into the town, or you can have a pleasant walk along the promenade by the water.

Nice clean place. Mostly Turkish family vacationers. Expect kids being kids at the pool. If you're single and looking for a party, this isn't for you. Good breakfast! Just outside the foreign tourist areas, but easily accessible via minibus routes. WiFi was not accessible within our apartment, but worked ok in the common areas. Staff is very helpful. Staff will handle your laundry for10 Lira, but inventory your items before and after to ensure you have everything back.

Nice to be slightly away from the main part of the city and it was quieter along the water front, however, there were still some quality restaurants nearby. The place itself seemed more of a family oriented establishment with many guests with children playing by the pool. The breakfast was a little average and not too exciting.

Great family run hotel

A great family run, small hotel. The manager speaks excellent English and is so helpful. The chef is good too and prepares excellent 3 course buffet dinners for 25 lira. Fantastic food and value. The hotel is well positioned for getting into Fethiye centre and Calis, the dolmus stop is outside the hotel and runs v frequently throughout the day and evening. (2.75lira per journey in either direction). There is a large pool which is usually quiet as many of the guests use the hotel as a base for going off on trips. There is very little in the local area but it is easy to get into the centre by dolmus so its not a problem. It is also just a short walk (5min) to the main promenade , a pleasant seaside walk all the way to Fethiye centre and harbour, with loads of good restaurants lining the route. I've been returning here for quite a few years, says it all really.

Cet établissement devrait être retirer des listes, il n’offre aucun service ni confort digne de cette géographie. Le seul service fiable c’est le wifi . L’état des chambres ressemble aux écuries de l’Est du pays. Pas de téléphone pour contacter l’accueil, pour chaque problèmes faut se déplacer . Pas de cendrier , pas de bacs à poubelles, les mégots et déchets sont à même le sol aux alentours. Douchette au plafond condamné !!! Circuits électriques représentent un danger de mort évident pour les occupants. Quand on demande le pourquoi, ils nous disent on ne sait pas ça fait longtemps que l’ont est pas rentré dans cette chambre !!!!! Le balcon supérieur est au bord de l’effondrement maintenu par un pilier support bancale.

Havuzu da gayet temizdi ve küçük değildi.Odalarda gördüğüm eksiklik çamaşır kurutmak için hiç bir düzenek olmaması. Yataklar biraz yıpranmış ama aile fertleri olarak herhangi bir fizyolojik rahatsızlık hissetmedik. Tekrar tercih eder misin diye sorsanız elbette tercih ederim.

Fiyat performans olarak çok memnun kaldık,açıkçası yorumları gördükten sonra gittiğimde şaşırdım beklediğimden iyiydi,klimalar yeni ve sorunsuz buz gibi çalışıyordu. Onun dışında buzdolabı da çalışıyordu. Ailecek geldik. Fiyatına göre bedavaydı. Sabah kahvaltısı da oldukça yeterliydi. Teşekkürler

Kötü hizmet,

Otele giriş yaparken resepsiyon hizmeti çok zayıftı. Resepsiyona geldiğimde görevli benimle ilgilenmek yerine sadece önündeki ekrana baktı uzun uzun (Benim orada olduğumdan haberdardı) Güleryüz olmadığı gibi normal bir şekilde ilgi de göremedim. Havuz manzaralı oda rezervasyonu yaptırmıştım. Tek kişiye o odaları vermiyoruz dedi ve bana çok kötü konumda bir oda verdi. Gürültü çok geliyordu odaya, oda da temiz değildi. Biraz daha yüksek rakamlar ödeyin ama bu otelde kalmayın tavsiye etmem.

Benim ziyaretim sezonun başlangıcına denk geldiği için otel yeni hazırlıklara başlamıştı.Gecelik gelip giden turist gruplarının geç saatte yaptığı gürültüyü saymaz isek,huzurlu sayılabilecek bir mekan.
kahvaltı yeterli,oda temizliği için önceden resepsiyona anahtarınızı bırakmanız ve bilgi vermeniz önemli,yoksa servis alamıyorsunuz.

Stort hotell med poolområde

Large hotel with both rooms and apartments. In need of renovation, the toilet smelled of sewage, the lighting in the apartment was a bit dim and the beds were similar to travel beds and were very hard. Okay location, close to a long and nice beach promenade with lots of restaurants. Far to the nearest beach approx. 4km.

Ailenizle birlikte veya tek olarak güvenle konaklayabilirsiniz. Kahvaltıyı biraz daha kaliteli ve pratik sunumla servis etseler gayet güzel olurdu.

Otel eski olmasına rağmen, derlenip toparlanmış ve bir tasarım eli değmiş, bu halini avantaja çevirmiş. Tam bir fiyat performans örneği.
Sessiz, sakin. Ulaşımı oldukça kolay ve merkezi.
Bazı yorumlarda temizlik ve kahvaltı ile ilgili olumsuzluklardan bahsedilmiş,otele ve odaya girer girmez temizlik kokusu karşıladı bizi, oda ve eşyalar tertemizdi. Kahvaltısı da gayet makuldu. Bir daha ki rotamızda yine konaklayacağımız kesin. Tavsiye ederim.

Resimlerde göründüğü gibi değil, eşyalar çok eski ve geçmeyen kötü bir koku vardı. Ayrıca beşik kullanışlı değil, hareketli bir çocuğunuz varsa direk düşer o beşikten.

Temizlik banyonun gideriz vs iğrençti. Biz oda kahvaltı şeklinde konakladık. Kahvaltıda simit ve haşlanmış yumurtadan ileri gidememişler. Patron o kadar cimri olmaliki yarı susamlı simitleri küçücük doğramış ne kadar az yerseniz senenin sonunu o kadar kaarlı kapatıcak sanırsam. Havuz başında bar var fakat barmen ve küçük bir müzik dahi bile yok. Ruhsuz ve sinir bozucu idi. Sadece bi kere havuza girdik duşu daha keyifli diyebilirim. Sadece odada konaklamak ve fethiyeyi gezmek isteyenler için fiyat gayet iyiydi tabiki ben kışın aldım :)
