Do not check in before 3:00pm. Even though we did, and were given the key cards, they wouldn't unlock the bedroom doors until 3:00pm. The room was spotless with what appeared to be newer carpet , beds, and bathroom . The room felt quite large also. The breakfast was enjoyable with two types of scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, breads, yogurts, bagels etc. Plenty of food and drinks for anyone. We would stay here again.

What a delight to enter a room that is super clean and pleasantly warm and inviting. Impeccably made bed with WHITE coverings. Let me tell you they were Snow White. Sounded like doors slamming but in sure it was they just closed loud unless you purposely slowed the movement down. Shower head was low. I’m 5’7” and I had to crouch down to avoid hitting my head. We had a deluxe 2 queen bed room with two recliners. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. Check in was smooth. Parking was plentiful and the area very safe. This was the 2nd time we've stayed here and both times the hallway noise was distracting. I noticed that the door to our room had at least an inch and a half space at the bottom of the door. The hallway/foyer is huge and it echoes and any noise would be loud in our room while we were falling asleep. And I really feel that people in the hallway or going bye could hear what's going on inside our room. And alot of times a couple wants privacy and intimacy without the world hearing it. Just an FYI. Throw a couple of pillows on the floor against the door. I just don't understand why they cut the door's that short. Very annoying 😒

The room was spotless once we found it. We got off the elevator with no visible directions and wandered around for awhile before we found directions on the backside of a wall. Sad the pool was closed, and the breakfast bar was excellent however a long way from our room. Never did see the front desk again till we drove to the other end of the complex upon our departure.

Nice hotel. Staff needs improvement.

The room itself was great, but I was not happy with the check in and check out period and hotel cleaning staff. My wife and I arrived around noon, and I know that check in is suppose to be at 3pm but I received an email from them stating that my room was ready and waiting for us. Due to that email I assumed my room was ready and I could check in early. When we got there, they said my room was not ready so my wife and I had to kill time until check in. I was also woken up before 8am by the hotel cleaning staff knocking on doors to clean the rooms on top of the rude hotel guests making noise when signs are present saying \"quiet zone\". During the check out process, all they cared about is getting the room keys. They didn't care about how my stay was.
