Visiting for the Chris Brown Concert.
We had alot of people in my group, ranging from 1yr old baby - 41yr old mom/aunt/nana. Total of 11 all together. We had 2 different rooms that were just a few doors down from one another. And, we hàd a blast. We were all just ready ro get back home after 3 nights at 2 different hotels in Georgia.

The staff that checked me in were nice, and I was unexpectedly upgraded to a larger room upon arrival. The room itself needs updating and the blanket on the bed was stained. I encountered a few roaches in the room, and I had the unpleasant task of killing a very large water bug (cockroach). I noticed the next morning that outside the room door were more water bugs.

I am 99.9% sure this property is government subsidized. People coming in going all hours of the night! So I was continuously waking up throughout the night due to noisy people/guests. The room is OLD & BEAT UP. The bathroom floor was slimy. The ice bucket was covered in white scum. The air conditioner in my room didn't work. Talked with the super nice woman at the front desk who sent someone to fix it. He was also extremely nice, but unable to fix it. They moved me to an upstairs room. (he offered to help me move, but I only had 1 small roller bag, so declined his offer) Upstairs room was better, but light didn't work, some of the TV stations were fuzzy, so couldn't really watch it. I would not recommend it to anyone!

Great location, however poorly kept. Grounds were dirty, covered in small trash debris, cigarette butts etc. More than half of the walkway exterior lights were out. Stairwells we're dirty with trash as well. Room was acceptably clean. Beds were clean. Bathroom was mostly clean. There were drink stains on the sink counter wall and the bathroom tub caulking was coming loose. TV was barely functional. Most of the channels were scrambled. There was a strong smoke oder that would come and go in the non-smoking room probably with the air conditioning filter. I inquired about it with the desk management who said \"we can't help it if people lie\" was the response. All nearby hotels were booked up otherwise I would have requested refund and found somewhere else to stay. Would not recommend.

Just about adequate. Never got WiFi with internet even thought they system was supposedly rebooted. Could not use the general sink as the faucets sprayed water everywhere from the base of the mixer pipe. The hot water wasn’t really hot enough for a shower. The smell in the room was unpleasant. The bed mattress soggy. Good to have a fridge but it froze my hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit salad. The door was missing a rail so nowhere to put tall bottles. The microwave was good.

The room smells like a musty smell combined with a cigarette smell the shower needs fixing the pipes for the shower is loose from the wall. The air conditioning conditioning needs service or replacement had to turn it down to 65 degrees to get it cool in the room

The property is older so it shows some wear & tear; thats to be expected. It wasnt perfect, but it was mosty clean. My only complaint is that the shower didn't work properly. We informed the staff when checking out. They apologized and said they would get it fixed.
Speaking of the staff, they could not have been more friendly or accommodating.

Pictures were deceiving to say the least.
Walked in our room and it smelled like smoke. Found ash and a cigarette butt on the AC unit. Didn’t get cleaned. Was there when we left. Cleaning product was left in our room. Shower drain wasn’t clean when we got there nor clean before we left. The lighting was terrible with exposed wires. Flooring was nasty and peeling up. AC unit was extremely noisy. Bathroom fixtures weren’t secure. Trash/towels all over the parking lot and walkways. Search warrant was served on the premises during our stay and we couldn’t get to our rooms.

The staff are extremely kind and helpful and the best part of this whole experience, especially Bailey, who was so sweet to us. The room was clean but a bit rundown. All of the power outlets were loose and only two of them worked. Not the best hotel experience I've ever had, but far from the worst, and when all was said and done I got a good night's sleep.

We stayed 2 nights for the braves game. The staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. My charger wouldn't stay plugged in and would fall out of the wall. Same with the lamps. Not that big of a deal. I will say the walls are pretty thin because the people next to us had a child that whined and cried constantly for our whole weekend and it was pretty annoying. Price was good though and only a $10 uber ride to truist park.

I booked this last minute as we were passing through. 94% of Atlanta area was booked with graduations, braves games, sports tournaments so this seemed like the best option out of what was left. Reviews are what made it the obvious choice. Well let me just say somebody was lying. Smoke detector was removed from ceiling and wires just sticking out, room smelled of cigarette smoke, paint peeling off walls, corner lamp looked like a dog got a hold of it. Walls were dirty and bathroom floor was not swept. I flushed the toilet and the handle went loose so then i had to remove lid to pull the chain to flush it. Stairways leading up to the room smelled of urine! I usually try and be positive but I just can’t do smelly things and the cigarette room and stairway are what sealed the deal on this bad review. This place needs an update to match the updated floors.

I was having a rough morning that morning because I get to the hotel that I actually had booked and when I pull up people in the parking lot tell me not to stay there.. so I get on Expedia looking for a room that is up to my high standards but not wanting to pay much. I came across the country hearth and read reviews and booked a room immediately. Now check in wasn’t till 2 or 3 pm but I still went ahead over. They got me into a room as soon as i got there. Took all the stress off of me. Staff was awesome.. room was in perfect condition and it’s easy access to the rooms!! Highly recommend this place!

the place is very dirty and stinks. half of the outlets in our room did not work and the overhead light was just not there period. we checked for bugs and thank god there were none. when we went to check out there was no one at the desk even though they were supposed to be open at that time. we waited for 40 minutes for someone to show up to check us out.

It looked like they rented rooms to low income people. The door to room 3l,our room had been kicked in and painted over. The washroom door had a punch hole in it. The young people sat outside with radio's blaring. The address was wrong, not Windy Hill Rd. We checked with several people who didn't know. 1 hr. later we phoned motel and was told the address was Leland. Not impressed. The ony thing positive was room was clean. Room did not look the picture. Definetly not DELUXE. Do you not check the properties you recommend?

One of the best and nicest places we have ever stayed at! We had a bad experience at a motel 6 in town and this place made up for it above and beyond. From letting us check in early to get a shower and clean up from feeling dirty from having to stay at the other place. Front desk was beyond nice and understanding.

The staff was super friendly, and we had no problems with check in or check out. When we got to a room it appeared clean, but after settling in, we noticed that there were dirty towels still hanging on the shower curtain rod. There was also food left in the fridge from the previous occupants. The people beside us also kept their door open, and had people coming in and out throughout the night. We were not told that there was a connecting door between us and the next room either.

You get what you paid for

You definitely get what you paid for. Lower expectations and adjust because this hotel is only good enough for short stays and nothing more. No amenities, house keeping is not frequent and not good, no security, no manager or owner present at property, wi-fi was slow almost unusable, room was not clean (there were dead bugs and spider webs on the corners of the room and caked on dust on the counters and some appliances), and terrible noise problems from other people in the middle of the night.
I would suggest this \"Hotel\" to anyone who has no other choice but to end up here. One the plus side, beds were comfy and front desk staff were friendly.
This hotel should be called \"Last Resort Hotel\". I would recommend owners to step up their game and invest in some serious renovations.

While the staff was very nice and accommodating, the brick & mortar property was very \"cheap\" and dreary. There was no phone in the room, fixtures were in various states of rust and disrepair. The room felt very small, yet the bathroom was of ample size (this was a \"handicap\" room). The bathroom tile was rusty & moldy. The rooms lighting was pretty awful. There were only very bright fluorescent - type lighting fixtures. The addition of lamps would help. No eating options. To sum it up, this hotel is \"Cheap\" - in value AND accommodations.

When we got to the room we noticed that it was dated, smelly and the furniture was beaten. After we came back from lunch, we got neighbors that were smoking and the smell went through the divider door. We asked for a room replacement but ended up deciding to leave. The owners were so very nice! They made every effort to accommodate my requests and made sure I was happy. They even put me on the preferred guest list for future visits at a great rate. The room itself is an average motel. Clean but not sparkling. The TV made a buzzing sound that made it unwatchable. There could be more plugs and usb outlets. It was generally quiet and I felt safe.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was kinda close to the stadium and it’s what I could afford. Room smelled bad but we sprayed Lysol to help combat the smell. Shower water pressure was awesome! AC wasn’t working too well but we survived. People live at that hotel so it’s pretty busy. Night time was also busy in terms of law enforcement having to come to the hotel for whatever reasons but overall it was a good comfortable bed, nobody bothered us, and the price was great!

Hotel is in a good location in Marietta. I thought the bed was comfortable. The property seems outdated and needs better upkeep. Lights in bed part of room had daylight LED strips. Not all TV channels worked. Some of the nev’r do well crowd hanging out in front of room smoking. This place used to have breakfast but not anymore. I think the Extended Stay across the street and Best Western are better choices.

So overall the property was very underwhelming. There was dead roaches in the room, and signs of someone smoking in the room. It smelled like cigarettes and one of the drawers had ash in it. That same drawer had the roaches. The lights in the room were all plug in lights there was no actual built in lighting other than the bathroom counter one. The bathroom was super small as well. When walking up the stairs and down the hall to our room the corners smelled like pee. Also there was a lot of clutter by the stairs, a table full of paint cans some ladders and even someone's bike just all shoved into the corner. The lady at the front desk was super sweet though. Overall the property itself left me very dissatisfied, honestly wish I could get my money back.

The first thing that you realize when you arrive to the hotel is just how outdated it looks, we already knew it was going to be somewhat bad, but it was just for a last minute booking.
But oh boy, the motel it’s extremely bad, first thing you see coming in, crackheads right around the corner, extremely weird and questionable people staying at the hotel and the absolute worst part, the room.
First thing coming into the room, there’s a really bad horrible pee smell in the entire hallway outside the room, when we went in it wasn’t that bad as it was cold and it smelled ok, but turns out the ac was broken and you couldn’t change the temperature, it was stuck in cold, cold, the room was missing the main bulb in the ceiling, so since they didn’t have bulbs what did they have, led bars, for which there were 1 in between our beds and 1 by the tv, the one by the tv didn’t work because 2 of the 6 outlets by the tv didn’t work, the desk to do work looked okish, but guess what,it’s really hard to do any work because there’s no lamp close to the desk, the floor was damaged and the wood was coming up. The noise reduction in the rooms it’s non-existent, you can hear everything that’s going on in the the room next to you, in the on one top. This is a really long review but the motel it’s probably the worst if not one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed, at least the beds where clean and staff seems ok, Very likely everything faults into management. We didn’t die so ig it’s not horrible

First check in was smooth.Beds were exceptional in comfort and clean with good sheets and pillows. Room smelled good and it had been recently updated with nice flooring laminate. Now the bad. There were no lamps and had florescent light hanging on wall that would blind you. The type you would put under a cabinet with no dimmer, not a good look and seriously obtuse! Also no coffee pot that had been pictured in hotel website. There were a lot of guests hanging out in parking lot around cars , and I actually saw a man hit a woman in the parking lot. I felt unsafe. They were loud and drinking! I would not stay here again! Beware
