This hotel is a great place to stay in Lannion. It is very close to the downtown area. The recent renovation has really improved the appearance and quality of the hotel.
I skipped the breakfast and bought food at the boulangerie right next to the hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I'd stay there again.

Value budget hotel. Large room with kitchen facilities if required. Room a little jaded. We were cycling and required storage for cycles. We were told we could take them up to the room in the lift. While unusual the room was large enough and it meant we did not have to remove bags until we got to room. If you want a cheap no frills place this is just the ticket. Very good breakfast too.

We went on a Sunday and though the reception will not be there on Sunday, we were surprised to see that they had provided all information for us to check in with the room neatly kept. The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it has a kitchenette!! We booked it primarily due to this reason. For studio, I thought that the bathroom shower area should have had glass boundary rather than curtains since there is no drain. Also the exhaust system doesnt work.

APARTAMENTOS CUTRES QUE ESPERO NO VOLVER
Apartamentos situados cerca del centro de Lannion y con aparcamiento gratis cerca de ellos junto a la estación de tren. Estan limpios y es todo lo bueno que puedo decir para mi gusto porque por lo demás te dan un bajón nada mas entrar en la habitación con bañó y cocina en el pasillo de la entrada, que en realidad es lo que es y no un apartamento... La decoración no existe , ni siquiera la cama tiene cabecero y los pocos muebles que tiene son antiguos horrorosos y diferentes estilos. Si valoras un ambiente agradable en tus viajes este no es tu sitio. Nosotros solo estuvimos 2 noches y deseando que pasasen. El personal de recepción al menos las dos chicas que me atendieron en el check in fueron de lo más secas y eso que una sabia algo de español pero les pregunté por una playa cercana que fuese bonita y casi les tuve que indicar yo para que me dijesen una y ni siquiera se molestaron en darme un plano de los que tenían fuera y mucho menos indicación alguna. Nunca más volvi a preguntar nada por supuesto. En fin no volveria nunca a esos pabellones llamados apartametos.

- Petit Déjeuner à 12€ (ce n'est pas un self service) avec possibilité de se le faire déposer en chambre
- Set de vaisselle, couverts est à notre disposition afin de nous restaurer en chambre et ça c'est vrai que particulièrement apprécié (Frigo, Micro-onde, machine à café, toaster etc...)
- Salle de bain très agréable avec cabine de douche
Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un très bon séjour, je n'ai rien à redire sur leurs prestations, excepté LE gros point faible de Cerise Lannion.
Celle de devoir payer un surplus (pour 3 nuits comptez 30€) pour pouvoir accéder à notre chambre AVANT 15h, oui car en effet, on ne peut y accéder qu'à partir de 15h uniquement et contraint de quitter l'établissement AVANT 10h30 (contre midi dans d'autres hôtels/résidences Hôtelières).
Je me déplace tous les mois dans différents établissements du plus sobre au plus prestigieux et c'est bien la première fois que je vois ça.
Finalement on m'a \"exceptionnellement\" permis d'accéder à ma chambre à l'heure que je voulais et sans surcoût sous menace de renoncer à ma réservation...
Pour finir, je dirais que ça reste tout de même onéreux pour ce que s'est, il m'arrive de payer le même prix pour 2 nuits de plus sur Bordeaux Centre

J'ai passe un week-end dans l'hôtel avec une amie pour visiter la Bretagne. Chambre spacieuse avec 2 lit jumeaux par contre côté rue à eviter pour les personnes qui ont un sommeil très très léger comme moi😅 part ça, accueil sympathique. La ville Lannion est tres agréable à visiter, je recommande l'ensemble, l'hôtel et la ville.

Le petit-déjeuner buffet n’en porte plus que le nom puisqu’il faut faire la queue pour être servi (soit disant pour raison Covid) et une fois assis si on veut autre chose c’est fini.
Aucun service en chambre, vous devez faire le ménage en partant… bref ne vaut absolument pas le prix… heureusement que la literie est bonne.

Très cher tres cher pour les prestations et l'état général du batiment et de la chambre. En rentrant dans la chambre, heureuse de découvrir une petite terrasse avec notre logement mais j'ai tres vite déchanté car celle ci etait verte et donc impraticable (vraiment tres verte). Quand j'en ai parlé aux personnels ils m'ont répondu \"oui qu'ils allaient le faire\" mais vu l'état de la terrasse ça fait un bon moment qu'elle est dans cet état et n'est donc jamais nettoyée. De plus la cafetière etait tres sale et les résistances de cette dernière sans protection juste à coté du lavabo. De plus, un des membres du personnel n'etait pas accueillante du tout (elle nous parlait froidement, ne disait pas bonjour quand on la croisé...)

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, in die Altstadt von Lannion sind es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg, aber auch an einer der Hauptstraßen der Stadt, so dass es nicht sehr ruhig zugeht. Es verfügt über eine sehr unpersönliche Atmosphäre, da es sich auch um kein richtiges Hotel handelt, sondern mehr um eine Art Wohnresidenz mit Studios und Appartements, was auch den fehlenden Zimmerservice erklärt. Unser Appartement war zwar geräumig aber teilweise etwas spartanisch und unpraktisch eingerichtet .
Das Frühstückbuffet war für französische Verhältnisse in Ordnung und umfangreich.

Rezeption nur bis 8 Uhr besetzt, kein Reinigungsservice - das Zimmer wurde kein einziges Mal gesäubert in drei Tagen Aufenthalt, das Bad stank nach Abfluß, die Wände sind dünn und man hört alles im Haus, Transfer zum Flughafen ist quasi unmöglich. Immerhin war das WLAN ok.

Le personnel était très disponible et la chambre très propre par contre pas de clim donc un peu bruyant mais proche du centre ville et des chemins de randonnées, grand marché animé, facilité des déplacements grâce à une gare routière qui rayonne dans la région et pour la somme de 2,20 euros.
