Great French seaside hotel. We had a sea view suite which had a shared deck looking out over the gardens and the sea. Hotel immaculate and great breakfast. Gardens are really pretty and a convenient location to walk into town for supper. Carpark and electric hookup. Would return. We walked along to coast path to see the pink granite rocks.

Excellent hotel ,SPECTACULAR sea view.

Wonderful taste of France , the hotel is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean rooms and linen. The most perfect location for visiting small a typically French seaside resort . The hotel gardens are well maintained and look out over the sea.You can stroll through the seaside town with many lovely shops, cafes or walk the truly magnificent coastal path. The local beaches are clean and safe for children. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed a hearty breakfast each morning before venturing out.The only negative was the price of said breakfast a little expensive at £30 for two but I was travelling with a grumpy old man who prefers bacon for breakfast. Only an hour and a half short drive from Dinard airport , this hotel is definitely good little treasure for a relaxing French weekend getaway.

with a magnificent view, very kind and helpful staff , parking on the plot, and 100% silence this hotel gave fully what was promised.
The breakfast was the best on our trip. Only the bar was often unmanned, but we could call for service......All this for a tree star hotel.

Fabulous hotel great rooms lovely garden great place to chill,out. Town was about 15 minute walk down a steep hill. I suspect that later in the season dinner may be provided which would be very welcome. Breakfast was provided in room overlooking the ocean I need to return !

Peaceful location for great access to Granite Rose

We enjoyed a relaxing 3-night stay at Les Costans this April. We had a superb sea view from our room and access to a small table and chairs and deckchairs on the terrace. The hotel is small and friendly, with a personal service. The continental breakfast was a good spread, with delicious fresh orange juice and hot chocolate.

Our shower room was a little tired and would benefit from a re-fresh, if not a whole refurb, and there aren't many local restaurants open for dinner (at this time of year, at least). If you have a car it is quick to drive to the beach or marina area for dinner, otherwise a 15-minute walk.

Superb access to the walks along the beautiful Granite Rose coast and excellent boat trips to the islands to see puffins etc..

Cozy hotel with warm service and gorgeous view

Adorable back facad with garden and ocean view. Rooms small but well kept. Bar open until 11pm in an sleepy town was very convenient. Walking distance to 2 beaches and town center. Courteous, hardworking and helpful staff. Hard to find Main Entrance. Breakfast was of excellent quality and service. Unfortunately, the staff told us the breakfast was no extra cost at checkin but we were charged upon check out.

We got an upgrade to a bedroom with access to a shared deck overlooking the islands and although the weather wasn't too kind, this was great. Had it been raining, we could have used the lounge downstairs. The room was modern, lovely shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and staff were all very good even if English sometimes came slowly. Free parking and wifi. Would definitely stay again but be aware they don't do dinner

an excellent stay with a great rate from Expedia. The views of the sea were fabulous, a lovely hotel bar and an outrageous breakfast with local organic products at a very reasonable price. Beautiful town of Perros Guirec - we would stay here again in a heart beat.

Nice hotel in a quiet location of Perros-Guirec

I stayed overnight in this hotel. The room was comfortable but not as glamorous as expected. If you travel with your spouse you would need another category of room when booking, not just \"standard double\". The parking is a big plus ! The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, including pancakes and all possible pastries you can imagine. Excellent !

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff who are all very keen to help and advise. Spoke superb English. The rooms are basic but clean and quiet. Nice being located in the town but a good walk down and up steep hills to get to the beaches. We loved it here and would definitely use this hotel again. Perfect location to explore the granite coast.

I loved the interior design in this hotel it is so beautiful and zen, so peaceful. Everything was clean, the grounds are so sophisticated. I recommend the breakfast, it was of high quality and the staff kept refurbising it, very attentive to détails. The Manger (or owner??) gave us amazing recommendations on what to vistit where to eat, what didn't need to be seen, etc.... he was so nice and helpful. It was an amazing experience and we loved our stay there.

Excellent location to explore the area. Great view

The hotel is situated nicely on a hill overlooking the sea. The rooms were smaller than we expected but the bar and dining area are very nice.

The service was disappointing from the bar service. We had to ask to be served on all occasions ( we stayed for 3 days) and it wasn't just us this happened to. To make matters worse, our champagne was brought to us by the rim of the glass with fingers prints. This was not acceptable.

They also charged us for 3 breakfasts whenwe only had one. They did correct the bill when we brought it to their attention.

Overall, the staff seemed to not like their jobs and the season was just starting...

I was in the region on business but will return to this hotel for a vacation with my wife.
Plenty of secure parking. The staff, room, food and rooms are a delight, the traditional building and grounds blending in with the location and are sensational.

Superb hotel, very comfortable

My wife and I stayed at the Costans during a short tour of Brittany, and were extremely pleased with our selection. The hotel is situated in a beautiful spot above the north shore of Perros-Guirec, with fantastic sea views. The interior looks like it has just been totally refurbished in a clean modern style, and the rooms are very comfortable with all amenities. Breakfast was also extremely good with high quality French produce. All in all a great stay.

We read about this hotel in one of the other review sites and I even checked it out on Google Earth. Great location, wi-fi, parking, proximity to town and management. Everything quite nice, but avoid the connecting rooms and possible sound transfer from the next room. I'd stay there again without hesitation.

Wow!!!

What an amazing place to stay! Immaculately clean and newly decorated - our loo even had the price tag still on it! Very friendly staff and the restaurant looked amazing, although we didn't actually eat there as there were a number of restaurants by the beach. The whole place is very tastefully decorated too. Our only criticism would be that our 'classic garden view' was a view of the hotel carpark. Next time we will definitely go for a sea view as the view from this part of town is amazing. We definitely recommend this hotel - excellent for the price.

Je pense que les chambres vue mer sont bien.
Mais nous avions une chambre côté parking.
Chambre petite avec lit de 140cm
Aucune prise pour la bouilloire. Je l’ai posé parterre. La salle d’eau très exiguë avec les toilettes devant la douche (peut-être 10 cm)
Quand vous êtes assis sur les toilettes, vos genoux touchent le mur.
Pour 1 hôtel 3 étoiles c’est juste.

Hôtel très charmant, la chambre était confortable avec une grande douche à l’italienne dans la salle de bain. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et nous avons profiter des conseils avisés de l’hôtesse pour dîner et se promener.
Le petit déjeuner était un peu décevant mais la vue était imprenable sur la mer.
La localisation est très pratique pour se balader à pied et profiter des activités locales.

die zimmer waren sehr heruntergekommen, extrem klein und vor allem hellhörig. am morgen klappern die schlüssel in den türschlössern und türe werden geöffnet - ich hatte flashbacks vom militärdienst, da praktisch jeder furz aus den anderen zimmer gehört werden kann. das bett ist entsprechend klein und unbequem und der teppich in dem zimmer war eklig und schmutzig. wie sich das hotel als ort der ruhe bezeichnen kann, ist mir ein rätsel.

Tres bel hôtel calme et reposant. Vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la salle du petit déjeuner (la vue de la terrasse du haut est réservée a certaines chambres ... dommage!).
Petit dejeuner très bon
Chambre tres bien, lit confortable. A noter une petite douche par contre...

Nous etions venus nous reposer, nous en ressortons reposé !

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a very queit place. But the room is small, espacially the shower room, wifi is a problem, it was really hard to connected,espacially in the room.

Further, there is no shuttle bus served between train station and the hotel. And no room clean service provided during the stay.

Man betritt das Hotel und fühlt sich sofort wohl, sehr nettes Personal. Unschlagbar ist der wunderbare Blick auf die Bucht von dem Frühstücksraum und von der Bar.
In den Ort ist man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, zum Strand sind es ca 10-15 Minuten.

ce que j'ai le moins apprécier , c'est l'état de la salle de bain .C'est une douche aux normes handicapés , ce qui est très bien mais lorsque que vous avez fini votre douche , la salle de bain est entièrement trempé....et il est alors difficile d'accéder au lavabo .

Déçus par notre séjour

Chambre spacieuse et salle de bain dédiées aux personnes à mobilité réduite, donc absolument pas pratique pour des personnes non handicapées, en se lavant on innonde la salle de bain.
L'hôtel indique un parking, on a du se garer dans la rue assez loin de l'hôtel car pas assez de place sur le parking, donc pas genial.
Seul le petit déjeuner nous a plu et l'accueil par un jeune homme qui nous a présenté notre chambre et les environs.

Les plus : la vue sur la mer, le petit jardin coquet, la belle salle de petit-déjeuner. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement dans les chambres. La literie est bonne. Plusieurs places de parking permettent de stationner facilement la voiture pour la nuit.
Les moins : il faut reprendre la voiture pour rejoindre (en quelques minutes seulement) le coeur de Perros-Guirec, la plage et le sentier des douaniers.

Une chambre vaste est un lit King size. La salle de bain est est grande et très fonctionnel. Relais silence prend tout son sens dans les chambre, ou il règne un calme reposant. Un parking gratuit se trouve à l'arrière de l'établissement. Les salles communes et le parc donnent sur les 7 iles. Je vous recommande cet établissement.

Ruhige Unterkunft

Das Relais de Silence Les Costans in Perros-Guirec liegt sehr ruhig abseits lauter Strassen. Es ist sehr gut renoviert. Zimmer sind o.k. Leider gibt es das 2015 geschlossene Hotelrestaurant nicht mehr, so dass wir 25 Minuten an den Strand in ein Fischrestaurant gehen mussten. Andere (gute) Restaurants sind nur mit dem Auto errreichbar.

Chambre spécieuses propres et confortables. Super vue mer au petit déjeuner à 2 pas du centre ville et directement sur la cote.

Hôtel décevant.

Hôtel décevant pour un hôtel 3*. Chambre petite pour les chambres côté cour. Porte de la douche cassée. Manque de lumière dans la sdb. Petit déjeuner cher pour ce qu'il y a mangé, c'est à dire pas grand chose.

un hôtel avec une superbe vue, chambre correct et bonne literie. par contre salle de bain ou le carrelage ne tient même pas, les joints du carrelage s'en vont carrément. bref sur ce point là un 0 pointé. pas vraiment de coin bureau, chambre qu'on essaye d’optimiser mais bon 12m2 feront toujours 12m2. un autre point négatif, le parking trop petit, et mal pensé. bref déçu.

Traumhafter Blick, schöne Lage

Schönes Haus, großzügige Räumlichkeiten der öffentlichen Bereiche (Restaurant, Bar etc), wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer, hübscher Garten.
Man sollte darauf achten, ein Zimmer zum Meer zu nehmen. Ein Seitenzimmer (Terassenblick) kann zur küchenseite gehen, wo es zu den Stoßzeiten recht laut \"klimpert\".
Frühstück etwas spartanisch für das Haus, insbesondere da das Restaurant sehr gut sein soll.
