The hotel is well located, just off the beach, walking distance to some front water view restaurants, great hiking trail, and a fairly short walk uphill to the city center.
The rooms are cute-ish and comfortable.

Close to the beach

Hotel had excellent close parking, plenty of good restaurants to choose from within five minute walk. Also near to many nearby coves and harbours. Lovely area.

Excellent Choice, especially if Traveling by Train

This hotel has an excellent location and is well maintained. It is the perfect choice for those traveling by train as it is easily accessible from the Lannion train station by bus or taxi. The regional bus stop and local shuttle share a bus stop just steps away from the hotel. There is a spa onsite, however, we did not use those facilities. There are two optional breakfast offers - - a full buffet or a continental breakfast. We felt the buffet was reasonable if you l like a full breakfast (bread, pastry, cereal, eggs, meats, cheeses, fruit, etc.). The beach, restaurants, tourist information, Sept Isle excursion, Brehat excursion (once to three times per week depending on the month), and coastal footpath (GR34) are all within a 5 minute walk. The inexpensive \"Puffin\" shuttle bus routes provide easy transport to area beaches and towns. In all, this is an excellent accommodation choice if you want to experience the Pink Granite Coast.

Really great location, great staff

Our stay was great, location was perfect. fabulous staff, so helpful. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely.

Had to open window as no aircon so it was noisy early in mornings about 6.30am bin lorry came everyday about so shut window then, i'm not that much of an early riser.

Could be better

I booked this hotel because it was a Best Western and you generally know what you get when you book this chain. However, this hotel was very amateurishly run. The policy of a 3pm check in with no flexibility was ridiculous and we eventually managed to get our room 30 minutes early after basically settling into their reception area with all our stuff. Given that we'd had an overnight journey on a ship and a drive in the morning, there was very little sympathy for this situation. The room itself was fine and the local area was lovely.

Amazing location!!!

Great hotel in a great location minutes away from a lovely beach and great restaurants. We stayed in a family room which was spacious and clean. One large double bed for adults, 1 double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. All beds were very comfy.

Would highly recommend this hotel and area

Disappointing Room - Great Staff

I paid extra for a junior suite! Unfortunately the room was a disappointment. It had two loft hatch windows and the view of sea was only a slight one. The staff were very nice though.

Nous avions réservé un appartement, mais il s'est avéré qu'il était situé dans un bâtiment distinct de l'hôtel principal. Dans ce contexte, il pourrait être plus avantageux d'opter pour une réservation d'appartementclassique, qui offrirait un coût potentiellement inférieur, d'autant plus que l'accès au spa n'est pas inclus dans le tarif de la nuitée.

Concernant notre arrivée, le personnel de réception de nuit a fait preuve d'un niveau de courtoisie que nous avons jugé insuffisant.

Néanmoins, nous tenons à souligner l'excellent accueil que nous avons reçu le lendemain de la part du personnel de jour, qui s'est montré très agréable. L'appartement, quant à lui, était impeccable et décoré avec goût.

Nous regrettons que ces désagréments aient terni notre expérience.

Le spa nous a bien détendu, encore merci au personnel de l'acceuil mais aussi pour leur discrétion sur une surprise que j'ai faite à ma femme. On a pu croiser les femmes de ménage, souriantes et drôles... on sent une bonne ambiance dans cet établissement.

Hôtel magnifique pour votre séjour

L'hôtel est super bien placé et surtout les chambres sont magnifiquement décorées et très propres. Vous aurez un super accueil avec un personnel très attentioné et gentil, ça fait du bien.Merci pour le conseil du sentier des douaniers, une ballade extraordinaire jusqu'au phare à deux pas de l'hôtel..Et merci de nous avoir parlé de Trégastel avant de partir..un petit paradis, en plus on a vu l'Ultra Tour des Côtes d'Armor 🤗😄

Overordnet fint. Men vi boede på 5 sal. Og med det fulgte 3 udfordringer.. Elevator går kun til 4 sal. Så vi skulle tage trappen med bagagen af trappen den sidste etage. Og den ene side af værelset var med skrå loft, så min kæreste slog hovedet flere gange. Og værende øverste etage, så var der meget varmt og der var ingen aircondition. Det var dog stillet en gulv ventilator op, men den giver jo ikke kold luft..
Det var dog et mini køleskab, så det har trukket op. Udover de skrå lofter i den ene side, var der iøvrigt fint plads og der var fint rent. Sengen var til den bløde side, men ikke noget problem for os, da vi kun skulle være der en overnatning.

Mauvais séjour

Sejour désagréable. En choisissant d'aller à best western Perros-Guirec, je pensais bénéficier des avantages de ma carte gold best western, les hôtesses d'accueil ont été désagréables et m'ont privé de ce droit. Dans un autre pays européen, qui j'ai visité dernièrement, je n'ai eu aucun problème.

Bon séjour, attention le spa n’est pas compris dans la réservation, il n’y a pas d’indication lors de la réservation et cela ne semble pas interpeller le personnel. Comptez 15 euros par personne supplémentaire pour l’accès au spa.

Wunderbar mit einigen Fragezeichen

Gutes angenehmes Hotel, beste Lage 100m vom Strand. Als wir ankamen, war grad viel los in der Umgebung (internationale Sportveranstaltung). Hotel hat nur wenige eigene Parkplätze, wir mussten auf der Strasse in der Umgebung parkieren. Konnten dann aber ab dem zweiten Tag einen privaten Platz bekommen.

Internet im Hotel ist durchzogen bis sehr schlecht, meist extrem langsam, oftmals Verbindungsabbruch und einige Male, so zur totalen Überraschung, dann doch kurzzeitig richtig schnell. Offenbar wird sehr tiefgreifende Netzwerküberwachung gemacht, die sich dann in Zertifikatsproblemen äussert. Darum funktionieren VPN- und SSH-Verbindungen nicht wirklich. Schade, aber so einem Netzwerk vertraue ich nicht. Zum Glück habe ich ein 5G Abo und bin daher nicht aufs Hotel WLAN angewiesen.

Ebenfalls schade war, dass für den Spa-Bereich täglich separat Eintritt bezahlt werden musste, davon stand auf hotels.com nichts. Wir haben dann darauf verzichtet.

Viele gute gute Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung und wunderschöne Spaziergangsmöglichkeiten entlang der fantastischen rosa Granitküste. Traumhaft.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, mit dem Hotel und mit der Umgebung. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Vraiment rien a redire. Le personnel est professionnel, discret et à l'écoute. L hôtel est moderne propre. Dans le hall d 'entrée il y a des collations. La boisson dans la fontaine citron concombre excellent. Il y a un spa 5 monde ! La chambre spacieuse, propre. Bouilloire avec the ou café.
Sans oublié que l holel est situé, juste à côté des restaurants et bord de mer.

Un havre de Paix et de Relaxation a PERROS GUIREC

Grâce a une arrivée tardive, j'ai été accuilli chaleureusement et efficacement par le veilleur de nuit. Nuit parfaite, chambre propre et spacieuse. Le Veilleur de nuit vous acceuille au Petit dejeuner dès 06:30. petits bocaux de charcuterie, fromage, Oeuf battus...
Pour la clientele Business qui ne reste pas longtemps un accès au SPA de une heure gratuit est proposé par le personnel de jour qui est a votre écoute.
Le SPA et offre plusieurs espaces de relaxation a découvrir.

Nous avons séjourné dans l appartement - à notre grande surprise il était situé en dehors de l hôtel dans un immeuble d habitations/ l accès et les communs du niveau d un HLM!!! Quant à l Interieur de l appartement il était très bien et conforme au descriptif. Pas correct pour le client pensant loger dans un hôtel et de se retrouver dans un immeuble !!!

Hotel agréablement situé. Chambre correcte et propre ( quelques taches sur la moquette et le mur) . Flexible douche trop rigide. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Très bien pour le petit déjeuné , un peu de tout pour tous les goûts avec un personnel très sympathique.

Les règles COVID sont excellentes au niveau des petits déjeuner.
Par contre il n’est indiqué nul par sur le site internet qu’il y a un supplément parking de 10€ et supplément animal de 14€.
L’hôtel est idéalement situé près de la plage et des restaurants.
L’accès au parking est très étroit pour les voitures longues

Emplacement privilégié pour cet hôtel situé près de la plage de Trestraou avec restos en bord de mer.
Chambre très confortable.
J'ai juste un doute pour les jours de fortes chaleurs (pas tous les jours non plus), car il n'y a pas de clim ou alors je ne l'ai pas vu. Il y a bien un gros ventilateur et la possibilité d'ouvrir en grand 2 larges Velux équipés de stores intérieurs+volets roulants extérieurs.
Sinon parfait, literie parfaite, ménage nickel, petit frigo pour stocker des boissons au frais.
Difficile de trouver à redire.
Petit plus : une magnifique balade ou sortie course a pied pour les sportifs sur le chemin des douaniers accessible rapidement sur la gauche de la plage... Magique

La contrainte nuit au plaisir

l'hotel est vraiment bien, je trouve cependant, que au pretexte des mesures sanitaires, le ménage ne soit pas fait est pour moi une bizarrrerie!!!
Le prix des prestations n'a pas baissé, donc toutes doivent être mises en place.
pour le reste, rien à dire, l'établissement est très bien situé, les chambres sont agréables.
