We had a big cockroach in my room two nights in a row and a worm crawling up between the wooden panel of the deck in the shower room one night. So gross! The re-used slippers are gross but I was glad to have them because they’re the only weapon my husband had to kill the cockroach. There’s no shower gel. The towels are of poor quality. The curtain is semi-transparent and there’s a tall building facing the shower room.

The room is clean and cozy with Bali style, very comfortable. There's a glass roof at the center area of the room and we can feel the sunshine in the morning time that is awesome. Motel is hip and modern, room is huge especially bathroom, but the room cannot be locked outside. You have to keep your roomkey with the reception which makes me a bit worried. The hotel had three booking records under my name, in which two have been cancelled, so either hotels.com or the hotel have to update with their notification system.

drove past reception office/window and they handed us the card key wo leaving the car (great on a cold winter nite), then we parked in the garage that leads to the spacious room. we enjoyed the hot tub (w tv) which could fit the two of us and our 3 yr old, complimentary small packs of chips and breakfast bento w steamed bun, omelet, veg, meat and hot milk tea. the only downside was the strong cigarette smoke smell on the bedcovers and in the bedroom.

二訪了，第一次住很舒適，第二次就遇到不好的服務了，203浴室連窗簾都沒有，經由浴室玻璃可清楚看到對面大樓，可想而知對面大樓也可看的一清二楚，我要求換房，服務員竟說晚上對面大樓沒有施工人員不會有人(文不對題)，我就說不管有人沒有人這是穩私問題，後來換了第二間207也是一樣的問題，還說沒有人反應過這個問題，只有我們反應。後來主管出來換了一間浴室有霧面玻璃上面採光照是霧面的才解決這個問題，前後浪費了約一個小時換房，第三間是238才解決問題。附上浴室照片，換成是你你敢洗嗎?整個環境都OK，因穩密性問題延伸服務態度不佳，所以住宿還是要小心。

1月底訂了最貴的房型，結果12月聽說才剛整修完，剛好30號又遇到寒流，結果整個空調暖氣壞掉，想說乾脆關掉空調就好，結果出風口還是一直出冷風，真不知道空調是不是做來好看的，跟客房服務員說，她來看一下也沒辦法修，只拿一台小小的暖氣來，一個房間快要2-30坪拿一台那麼小台暖氣就敷衍過去，整個感覺像在冰箱裡面睡覺，很不愉快的住宿，不會再去了

訂房的時候還特地致電詢問中間的那一天
會不會要我們12:00check out

有職員回覆說一定不用我們就安心訂房了
第一天 大概18:30 到達飯店
他們說指定的房間還有半小時才準備好
我們就駕車出去吃個晚飯再回去
大概20:00回到飯店成功check in
第二天，我們大概1100 駕車離開飯店
入口的女職員詢問我們何時會再回去
稱他們需要預留時間清潔房間
我們回答大概1600 會回去休息再外出
到了大概1600 我們回到房間
不到十分鐘 房內電話響起
是一名男職員 「要求」我們交回房間給他們，因為「突然」有其他客人指定要我們這一間房間
我問他「為甚麼？昨天check in時也完全沒有提及。而且我們還事前詢問了會否需要1200check out，1800才能再check in，你們非常肯定說不會我們才安心訂房間的」
但該職員非常非常無禮！
說「必須」1800 前收拾好行李交回房間給他們！
我問他那我們要住哪裹？
他說有其他房間 要求我們自行去入口處看其他房間的圖片選擇
我再詢問「為甚麼昨天check in時完全沒提及過」
他完全沒有解釋，非常無禮地回答「總而言之，有其他客人訂了你現在住的房間，你們要下來選其他房間的」
我再想，其實我們這天，下午也未必一定會回飯店休息吧？
所以再問他「如果我們今天下午沒回來，你那位客人指名要我們這間房間，你們會怎麼做呢？會強行把我們的行李搬走，待我們回來時就發現行李全不見嗎？」
該男職員回答：「不會，但我們一定會有辦法聯絡你們回來換房的」
簡直非常無理！
幸好我們當地有一位朋友，替我們致電過去問究竟發生了甚麼事
大概二十分鐘後
朋友再致電給我們說 那邊有另一位職員解釋說該名男職員 「只是想‘了解’一下我們‘’有沒有興趣‘’換別的房間 體驗一下不同房格的風格」 著我們不用理會他 總之不用換別的 但事後該名男職員沒再致電解釋任何東西
但是該男職員本來完全不是「了解一下有沒有興趣」，是「要求」我們必須換的
不過難得去旅行嘛
也不想影響本來美好的心情
我們就稍作休息 傍晚就再駕車出去吃晚飯
傍晚駕車出外時 是一名男職員在入口處負責開閘門
我認出他聲音是剛剛致電要求我們換房間的那位

訂房的時候還特地致電詢問中間的那一天
會不會要我們12:00check out
然後18:00才能再check in
有職員回覆說一定不用我們就安心訂房了
第一天 大概18:30 到達飯店
他們說指定的房間還有半小時才準備好
我們就駕車出去吃個晚飯再回去
大概20:00回到飯店成功check in
第二天，我們大概1100 駕車離開飯店
入口的女職員詢問我們何時會再回去
稱他們需要預留時間清潔房間
我們回答大概1600 會回去休息再外出
到了大概1600 我們回到房間
不到十分鐘 房內電話響起
是一名男職員 「要求」我們交回房間給他們，因為「突然」有其他客人指定要我們這一間房間
我問他「為甚麼？昨天check in時也完全沒有提及。而且我們還事前詢問了會否需要1200check out，1800才能再check in，你們非常肯定說不會我們才安心訂房間的」
但該職員非常非常無禮！
說「必須」1800 前收拾好行李交回房間給他們！
我問他那我們要住哪裹？
他說有其他房間 要求我們自行去入口處看其他房間的圖片選擇
我再詢問「為甚麼昨天check in時完全沒提及過」
他完全沒有解釋，非常無禮地回答「總而言之，有其他客人訂了你現在住的房間，你們要下來選其他房間的」
我再想，其實我們這天，下午也未必一定會回飯店休息吧？
所以再問他「如果我們今天下午沒回來，你那位客人指名要我們這間房間，你們會怎麼做呢？會強行把我們的行李搬走，待我們回來時就發現行李全不見嗎？」
該男職員回答：「不會，但我們一定會有辦法聯絡你們回來換房的」
簡直非常無理！
幸好我們當地有一位朋友，替我們致電過去問究竟發生了甚麼事
大概二十分鐘後
朋友再致電給我們說 那邊有另一位職員解釋說該名男職員 「只是想‘了解’一下我們‘’有沒有興趣‘’換別的房間 體驗一下不同房格的風格」 著我們不用理會他 總之不用換別的 但事後該名男職員沒再致電解釋任何東西
但是該男職員本來完全不是「了解一下有沒有興趣」，是「要求」我們必須換的
不過難得去旅行嘛
也不想影響本來美好的心情
我們就稍作休息 傍晚就再駕車出去吃晚飯
傍晚駕車出外時 是一名男職員在入口處負責開閘門
我認出他聲音是剛剛致電要求我們換房間的那位

這次住宿快5千元！房間大小還不錯，但清潔度需要加強，因為晚上要躺床上時發現棉被上有幾隻螞蟻，因為幾隻而已，所以我就自行清理了，電視有時看到ㄧ半會停住畫面，需轉別台再轉回來才會繼續播。看VOD電影就沒這個問題了，早餐份量不多，所以整體cp值算低。

抵達時，店家告知打雷造成電梯損壞，房間在3樓須走逃生樓梯，扛行李走到3樓，晚上要拿車上東西，要先請櫃台開車庫門，再走到1樓，相當不方便，一直到隔天check out時，也還沒修好，歷史再重演，扛行李到1樓。
