Perfect for what we needed but only downfall was in the adverse temperature for August there was no air conditioning, which made it somewhat uncomfortable but this couldn’t be helped. Opening the tilting window helped very little.

Would definitely stay again.breakfast excellent value.but if visiting at busy time better to book breakfast before arrival so their bakery delivers enough as can run out.laundry service daily if required for clean towels etc.even left mini eggs on bed at Easter.

Do not book the family room with young children, it’s too dangerous. No air conditioning. Main light switching crackling on use and the shower cubicle flooded through the wall into the room overnight. Very poor response to this.

The accommodation was fine, but check in was complicated. I had the booking clearly shown on my phone and on paper, but staff took a good ten minutes to find it and initially offered only one room whereas we had three booked. It wasn't a reassuring arrival.

The stairs in the bed room (46) were a little steep. My son slipped down them. It was late when we arrived and i just brushed him off and he was fine, i cant remember if there was any grip to them, but if not, maybe something to help grip

Do not come too late after reception working hours
They provided access codes to enter the rooms via self service machine as reception is not 24/7. The codes didn't work and we couldn't get into our rooms. The 24/7 addistance via intercom never answered at all. Spent the night in the parking lot and lobby under coats and towels. Also no any reply to 2 of my claims in writing. Terrible service!

We arrived quite late and would have been even later had it not been for a stroke of good fortune as the hotel does take a bit of finding. The lady on desk was very nice as was the room that was clean and tidy. However, it was very humid that day and we did not have air con. The mezzanine area was accessed by quite a steep set of steps. We felt it was a little unsafe even for adults let alone children despite the warning of under six's not to use the mezzanine....We had booked for a 3 yr old and a 6yr old so we had to adjust sleeping arrangements accordingly Otherwise it was more than sufficient for our needs....

Very basic facilities fro an overnight stay.
Ok for an overnight stay on the way to Roscoff ( only about 25 mins) away. Family rooms, but are small and dark. Rooms is arranged with a mezzanine floor with 2 single beds, but the stair case to it is is small and steep. However, there is a stair gate at the top, for child safety. The bathroom, is very tight, with the toilet under the eves of the staircase, so if you are tall or large, it is very difficult to use. Would recommend for a quick stopover, but not for longer! Mortlaix is about a 10 minute drive away and is a lovely twn, with beautiful architecture including an amazing 'Via Duct' which dominate the town centre. Lots of good places to eat.

Convenient Stop off from late ferry crossing
Comfortable easy to find and clean. No hotel staff electronic entry system and information about what to expect and the code numbers needed should have been made clear at point of booking. We contacted expedia with request for further information and subsequently received an email from Hotel group which did not explain fully. We emailed again a week before we were due to arrive but did not a response until after we had left home. Fortunately we checked emails whilst on ferry by chance and found the information we need. It could have been problematic and on arrival we met other customers with same problem. Advise you get full information on entry system and codes well beforehand!.

Booking in was a problem as we have not booked in this way before. We did not have all the information we required and were helped by the handyman on site.

Decided to stay here to break journey home on way to Roscoff Port after fantastic stay in Brittany. Very nice welcome but hotel really poor. Didn't expect much for the price, but 2 main issues:-
1) overwhelming smell of bleach, couldn't work out why until a few hours later when bleach smell wore off and bathroom sink (with no plug mechanism) began stinking of a sewer. Fairly clear they just poured a bucket if bleach down it to hide smell. Awful.
2) room horrendously hot. The top floor where my daughter slept was an oven, she didn't sleep a wink and had to come downstairs with us, so none of us slept. Window downstairs did open (to noisy road) but made no difference. Knew it would be basic but stay was awful. Don't go, much better budget hotels out there.

What you think a good deal is not always the case.
We arrived on the evening of 13/08/15 I had to use my debit card to access a room as it was automated & there was no access to reception,although we were told to bring local currency.We went for something to eat,on returning went straight to bed,it had been a long day.In the morning we discovered there was no plug for the sink in order to have a wash & the toilet was unstable,there was no room to swing a cat in the room itself,which was dark & dank & smelt as if someone had been smoking in there,despite a no smoking policy.My wife & I weren't happy.On leaving the room my wife,who was a housekeeper for a prominent hotel in England a while ago noticed that the clean bedding brought around that morning was the same as that left outside the night before ,albeit under cover,still damp.I proceeded to reception & informed the young lady there that although we were booked in for 12nights we would be leaving to find alternative accommodation,which we duly did & were most happy we did so.Found a smashing place only a few couple of euro's a night dearer but miles better.

L'établissement est ancien, et peu acceuillant. Le systéme d'enregistrement en cas d'absence n'est pas opérationnel, et malgré l'intrevention du service d'aide, les numérfos communiqués ne fonctionnent pas. Enfin aprés avoir attendu j'ai pu prendre possession de la chambre. La chambre est froide et sans confort. La literie est douloureuse, et les rideaux laissent passer la lumière. La salle de bain est cependant, acceptable.

Hotel disponible dès 14h. Sauf q'il est impossible d'avoir le code d'accès la réservation n'apparait pas sur la borne. On nous dira que c'est un bug du système. 3/4 d'heure tout de même pour pouvoir avoir le numéro de la chambre et le code d'accès. Vers 16h, un employé entre dans la chambre !!!!!!! le lendemain matin les femmes de ménages entrent dans la chambre dès 08h30 alors que la chambre est réservée jusqu' à 12h. Horrible !!! Nous avons fait une réservation sur le site de l’hôtel le matin. Arrivée à 23h avec ma famille et mon nouveau née d’un mois. Je récupère la réservation à la borne, on nous donne la chambre 50 avec sont code. On arrive à ouvrir la porte avec le code et on ce retrouve nez à nez avec des clients qui avaient réserver la chambre pour 4 jours. Après un contact de 45 min avec un personne à l’interphone, on nous dit que tout est déjà réservé, s’en nous donner une solution pour dormir dans la nuit ! Et le téléphone de la directrice était sur répondeur!! On nous a laissé dormir sur le parking avec mon bébé d’un mois, ma fille de 6 ans, ma femme et moi !!! Inadmissibles, heureusement que j’étais avec mes enfants sinon je pense que ça se serait très mal fini, heureusement j’ai trouvé un amis à 2h de route qui a répondu à notre détresse à 4h du matin pour nous loger !!! Et pour l’hôtel, j’y suis retourné, je n’étais pas le seul dans ce cas !! À part un désolé on va vous rembourser, rien tout va bien pour eux ! J’ai garder mon calme, mais je ne vais pas en rester là. Un hôtel a fermé au plus vite ou virer les incapables qui le gère !!!

Obligé de trouvé un autre hôtel et de payer de nouveau 116e à 1h30 du matin avec deux enfants dont un de 2 an et ma femme malade (traité pour un cancer du sein).
Le lendemain je me présente à la réception un pour me faire rembourser mes 108,20e et là rien ne fonctionne. La responsable au téléphone est désagréable, méfiante et incompétente pour gérer ce genre de situation. Plus d’une heure d’attente à l’heure où je vous écris et encore aucun remboursement malgré toutes les preuves en photos et facture.

Soit 1h50 pour accès et règlement des chambres !!! Pas de wifi, plus de viennoiseries à 9h30, lunette WC cassée, aucune poignée dans la douche… réservation pour la seconde nuit annulée avec risque de ne pas pouvoir dormir…. Hallucinant. Bien évidemment, aucun geste commercial malgré toutes ces mésaventures.

Accueil trop longue et bien triste avec une attente interminable de 45 minutes pour enfin avoir nos passes, l’hôtesse nous dit que nous n’avons pas pris de petit-déjeuner tout les matins alors que si. Le ménage reste à désiré, surtout quand on vois des traces sur les murs ou des moumoutes énormes sous les lits. Dès sachet de nourriture oublié. Pas de fruits frais au p’tit dej. Des vis dépasses de la tête de lit à côté de l’interrupteur. A fuir !

Bon hôtel. La chambre était propre et assez grande. La salle de bain est correcte mais le rideau de douche ne protège pas beaucoup le sol de la salle de bains. Il manque seulement l climatisation car il faisait chaud dans la chambre avec aucune possibilité de régler celle-ci. Hôtel bien placé.

Personne à la réception à notre arrivée à 18 h. L’automate nous a attribué deux chambres très éloignées l’une de l’autre dont une qui n’avait pas été faite. Le problème a été résolu en trois appels au service téléphonique et nous avons procédé à un échange. Cette fois nous avions deux chambres quasi voisines. Comme quoi c’était envisageable !
