Last minute booking, we enjoyed a lovely stay. The welcome was very friendly, the room was fabulous, very spacious, lovely view at the front, very comfortable. Fresh milk was available for the tea making facilities in the room. The Restaurant looked lovely, we enjoyed a tasty breakfast served by a lovely lady. All in all we would highly recommend The St Davids Cross hotel, and we will definitely return in the future. In addition it was excellent value for money!

Flawless, can't think of any criticism! Bedroom and bathroom were lovely, they look recently refurbed. Nice surprise to have a bath - I thought it'd only have a shower. St Davids is very small and this hotel is in the middle, with walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. We might stay here again in the summer so we can do a boat trip to one of the islands

The hotel was basically closed, reopening later; it provided bed and a basic breakfast (cereal, fruit, yoghourt, toast, juice, tea and coffee). It’s properly dog friendly. We are well at its sister pub, Bishops, across the square . What made it exceptional was not only its position right in the middle of St David’s but its outstanding staff. Nothing too difficult for them, friendly, good advice.

This was our 2nd visit this year. The hotel is in a great position in St.Davids. The staff are always so welcoming, cheerful and helpful. The food in the restaurant was lovely. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean and very dog friendly.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Cross Inn in St. Davids. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of the UK’s smallest city. The hotel has been recently renovated and our room (4) was very clean and fresh as were the bar and dining areas.
The breakfast and evening meal we had were fine. The location means you can actually walk from the hotel to the coast which, for us, was perfect. The cliff top path is magnificent and we saw seals, porpoises and red kites whilst there.

The hotel was ideally situated with free parking. Itwas newly refurbished and was fresh and clean. Toiletries, biscuits, tea/coffee and complimentary bottles of sparkling and still water were supplied. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant each night and cannot fault the delicious meals or service. The garden was a delightful area to sit out in the beautiful weather.

We recently stayed at St David’s Cross Hotel and were very happy with every element of our time there. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable and the food was exceptional.
We were particularly impressed with how hard working all the staff were, considering the hospitality business is struggling to find staff at the moment. It seemed to us that the staff are going above and beyond and doing so whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.

We picked St. David’s Cross Hotel because of its location. It was a great choice. We enjoyed the on-site dining option - the food was excellent. Our room was very comfortable. Service was very pleasant. Only one caution - this hotel has lots of steps from entry to registration and between rooms so watch your step!

We had a great stay at the Cross hotel. The room was very clean and a good size with all the amenities we required. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice (even steak!) on the menu. The food was freshly cooked and with plenty of continental options available too. We also had our evening meal at the hotel and that was great too. Good size portions and very tasty.

3-Night Stay, late October 2022
Had a twin room overlooking the car park area at front of hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Found that, leaving window slightly open during the night, resulted in the doors rattling a little, but overcame this by jamming them closed with some paper. The food and service was excellent. The staff are professional and friendly. Location is within walking distance of St David's Cathedral, restaurants and some shops. Overall would recommend.

This hotel is amazing and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The decor, friendly staff, location, food and service in general was all outstanding even though they were short staffed. We will definitely be back again as it certainly is great value for money. I would like to thank Jade, Tracey, Alex, Cara, Suzuzi and our room cleaner Ae for all doing such an excellent job. Busy place, only did B&B but saw that it was popular. Friendly staff I met. I had a front facing room which was a bit noisy with customers enjoying a lovely summers evening but that was only until 10pm I believe. It didn't bother me, having a early night before an early start to do a costal walk.
