Generous amenities, staff are polite and professional, airconditioning is centrally managed and set quite warm. Your options are off, low, medium, high and for airflow only, not temperature, so we turned it off and opened the window. Lots of scuffs on the wall but did not affect usability or comfort. Bed is very soft and slightly sags in the top half.

The room was tiny, but that's to be expected at an APA hotel. The bathroom felt a bit dated, but everything worked fine. There wasn't much of a view, but I mostly kept the curtains pulled anyway. I was able to plug my Switch into the TV, so that's nice. Plenty of places to eat nearby. There were two elevators, and I almost never even had to share one. I didn't find an electrical outlet in the bathroom, so I had to use an extension cord to use my electric shaver. The coin laundry was a hugely-overpriced waste of time; it cost 100yen per 10 minutes to use the dryer, and after an hour the clothes had barely reached the point of \"at least they're not damp anymore.\" (So that's 500yen for the washer plus 600yen for the dryer.) Compare that with the laundromat I've been using lately in the US where the dryer is free on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, takes 11 MINUTES and gets things VERY dry. APA hotels: There are FAR better coin dryers out there, if you'll look for them. (Google \"Wavemax.\")

For early check-in, we need to pay 1,000 JPY for one hour. The earliest was 3 hours before with additional 3,000 JPY.

The washer and dryer were small, and expensive. Washer 400 JPY, and dryer 100JPY for 10mins, and I needed to spent 2,700 JPY to wash 2 days clothes for 2 people.

Okay, not amazing

Compared to other APA hotels, this hotel room was smaller and downgraded in every aspects.
First, the room was smelly like tobacco even non-smoking room was chosen. A front desk person kindly changed to better room, which was at least good. I had to park offsite parking and discount was not so good either.

Good location, small room, excellent service.

I stayed one night on a business trip ion Sagmihara.
This hotel is conveniently located for Hashimoto station.
Check-in was friendly and efficient.
The room was small and in reasonable condition.
The bed was comfortable and clean but the wallpaper and curtains were damaged.
WiFi is free, and good speed.
This hotel doesn't have any breakfast facilities. For a similar price consider the Toyoko Inn nearby which has similar rooms with breakfast included.

Almost perfect.

As a whole it was a great hotel in a good location, walking distance to the train station. Near food, supermarket and malls.
I liked that i was put on the 2nd floor, my only complaint was that my room was beside the ledge of the hotel which had the aircon compressor and a larger electrical box. I don't know which is making the noise every 10mins but is was really annoying in the middle of the nite.

Nice View, Little Bit of Ride to Tokyo.

Great place to stay. I booked late and only got a smoking room, but it wasn't terrible. Good place to kick back for a few minutes before the next adventure starts.

The staff was very helpful despite my lack of Japanese. I locked my key in my room and through a bit of pantomime, we got the message through. Inexpensive but great. A bit far from Tokyo if you're looking to explore in that area.

Great location if you want to go local and away from tourist area.
Only downfall is it took 3 hours by train from & to Narita airport please allow enough time when departing so you won’t miss your flight and prewarn staff that you’ll be arriving late if travelling from Gold Coast flight (if you know anyone to translate as NIL speak English)

All staff were friendly and amazing would highly recommend.

Nice inexpensive hotel near Hashimoto station

We booked a hotel stay at this hotel for an unexpected family event, so we were mostly concerned with location (close to Hachioji) and affordability.

Based on those criteria, this hotel was great.

The staff was incredible too. We needed to borrow an iron for a shirt, and despite the fact that another customer had already borrowed it, after we explained our situation, the hotel employee was able to borrow it back for us for 30 min, which was plenty of time for us.

We got a smoking room and even getting up to our floor, the whole floor was so strong of smoke. It was disgusting. The walls were filthy and hadn't been cleaned at all and stained with smoke. You couldn't even open a window to air out the room a little. I had to go and buy a can of air freshener so I could stay there.

No ac in the room. Slept with the Windows open. Uncomfortable with that.

No one speaks English,Tagalog, Italian or Spanish..... very nice people. We have decided that we need to learn Japanese better :-)

Overall good facility, professional staff, clean room and we would stay there again. Great value for the price

Small no frills room but very convenient location.

This hotel is conveniently located 2 blocks from the Hashimoto JR Station. That is the best thing about this hotel. There is a 24 hour convenience store on street level, which is also very convenient. You can stay here at a very reasonable rate and the staff is very helpful and friendly, although don't expect them to speak English because they don't (which is not a negative reflection on them in anyway, but a warning to English speaking travelers who may rely heavily on hotel staff). The room is very small and not good for claustrophobes. The bathroom is tiny as well and I kept hitting my head on the room of the shower, part of which was lower than the rest of the already low roof. The hotel provides toiletries and robes. There is a laundry room but no pool or onsen. The rooms are reasonably priced and I would stay here again anytime I need to be in the area.

Little bar far from Tokyo, but good price!!

The location is a bit far from Tokyo downtown (38min train to Shinjuku),
but the price is a half cheaper than other APA hotels in Tokyo town center!

As usual like other APA hotels, clean and nice room.

Highly recommended if you don't mind spend a little bit more time on travel!

Honeymooning in Japan

Great location to the JR line.
About 1 hour to 1.5 hrs for most central Japan places eg. Shibuya. Tokyo. Shinjuku. Harajuku.
Well worth the travel when you can jump on the super express.
Station is very active. Lots going on
Staff friendly but barely noticeable. Room good size (4 big bags) with a lot of space. Bathroom good size. Walls peeling in some areas near bed. Wifi great. Fridge. Daily cleaning. Bed amazing!!!

Our first room had mold in the bathroom, damage to one wall and no control over ventilation other than opening the window. Located on the building east side, the morning sun heated the room more than the ventilation system could handle making it uncomfortable. The replacement room was somewhat better but still needed maintenance and better ventilation.

Tokyo is not an entertainment city

The hotel is located in front of a major street and across the street is a karoaky singing place which close late at night and people make a lot of noise when they walk out on the street and stay on street for long time. the bed is clean. the shower and bathroom are extremely small. this is a business hotel which means that is not good at all for vacationing and family trip. It is a budget hotel depending how you want to handle the discomfort part of it. It is about one hour by train to shibuya and shinjuku area (downtown) tokyo and about three hours ride by bus to narita airport.

A good choice near Hashimoto Station

The hotel facilities were standard but fine. It's a cheap hotel, but it's reasonably clean. There is plenty of suburban-style shopping in the neighborhood within very close walking distance, and it's very close to Hashimoto Station. If you need to be in this area for some purpose, it's a decent stay. You wouldn't want to stay here and try to go into the city every day, though, as it's too far.

West Toyko, good for the price

More Yokohama than Tokyo, I took a bus directly from Narita that had only three stops and the hotel was near the last, making it easy. That was three hours though, through Tokyo. I needed to be in western Tokyo so I think it was great. If you are going to be spending most of your time downtown, I think you may want to look elsewhere, though, if you don't mind 45 minutes on a train direct, it is actually a good spot.

ホテルの場所が駅前の好立地と言う事もあり、ホテル前の駐車場は常に満車です。
ですが、徒歩圏内に24時間1,100円前後の駐車場が幾つもあるので全く困りません。

部屋は経年劣化による傷や汚れは気になるものの、
全体的に綺麗で清潔で文句なしです。

また、アパホテル特有のペットボトルのお水サービスがあるのが地味に嬉しいです。
周りには飲食店、スーパー、カラオケ店や映画館（娯楽）なんでもあるので遊びでもご飯でも時間を潰すのに全く困らないと思います。

１階のエレベーター横に電子レンジと自動販売機がありました。

橋本駅から徒歩3分の便利さと、スタッフの皆様が親切で、雨の日のチェックインにタオルを準備して下さって助かりました。
夜まで開いてる居酒屋やコンビニも近くにあり便利です。ホテル向かいと横にも、居酒屋があり、焼売や魚介類の料理がとても美味しかったです。今回は利用しませんでしたが、
館内にももちろんお食事ができるスペースはあります。
お部屋も特に気になる箇所は無くて、アメニティも万全で、アパホテルはとにかくリーゾナブルで、
3日間快適に過ごせました。

I could smell cigarette smoke about the first room I was shown, even though it was a non-smoking room. The room also had several areas where the wallpaper was peeling. I asked the hotel staff to change that room. The hotel staff responded to my request promptly and courteously. So I have a good impression of the hotel staff. However, what is disappointing is the hotel facilities. Perhaps if the hotel facilities were better maintained, all guests would have a more pleasant stay.

チェックインして、部屋に行った時に部屋の前の廊下に使った後のタオルやシーツが廊下に直置きされていました。いくら選択されるとはいえそれを自分が使うのかと思うと曲げます。なにか、ランドリーカーゴのようなものに入れていただきたかったです。
施設が古いのでしょうがないとは思いますが、不潔で、塗装のハゲ等、気分が悪くなりました。
APAと名乗っているのであればもう少し配慮が欲しかったと思いました。
