Excellent hotel service and stay. Room was big enough for two of us and two suitcases. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have an elongated toilet but I know it's tough with a small room.

The staff at this hotel is extremely attentive and accommodating with my lack of ability to speak Japanese. Location is so great; very quiet and extremely safe area. We stayed for 5 nights. The price was right for us and we didn’t mind taking the trains in to Tokyo when we wanted to get to there. It does take a while to get to/from Narita airport, if you’re using the cheapest option. It was one train to Shinjuku (~35 minutes on rapid express train for 370 yen on the Odakyu line). There were a few individuals at the reception desk that spoke some English. There were many conviences nearby and the hotel was about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel had breakfast for a surcharge, but we didn’t use this service. The hotel also had coin laundry, which we used on our last day.

Machida is a busy city but the hotel is located a little far from the busy area. Even though it was close to the JR station and there are convenience stores and restaurants near by. The area was nice and quiet. The hotel staff was very professional, polite and kind.

The rooms are quite small but that is standard with most Japanese hotels and not really important considering that you only use the room to sleep. The hotel could use at least one English television station and one English language newspaper other than Japan News in the lobby. Other than that, it was quite acceptable and comfortable.

Perfect for a holiday
I stayed for 10 days with my fiancée and I enjoyed my time at the hotel as it was situated close to the local train station. This made it easy to get around Tokyo and other parts of Japan.
The parking cost was a little more than I was expecting for a customer of the hotel, however it was still cheaper than the surrounding car parks.

Right wing literature included at no extra charge
The physical and service side of this hotel is excellent, and the price was low. But I will not be back. The otherwise clean and nice room was stocked with right-wing literature. If, for example, you are convinced that Japan's military activities in the 1930s and 40s was a glorious campaign to liberate Asia from colonial oppression, you might like the vibe. However, I regret having patronized this hotel chain for ethical reasons, and will not do so again.

It was fine. They failed to give me a ticket for my breakfast on my 2nd day but remedied the situation when I asked about it. Do not make the mistake of thinking the breakfast is a buffet. They will cook a breakfast for you. It is OK but there are other choices in the area. The bathroom was a bit stinky.

I enjoy staying in the hotel, and the stuff members are so nice who would love to help me in many ways. The one only thing that I was not that satisfied is the location of the hotel which is a little bit hard to find. Unless going there by a taxi which will cost a lot of money from the airport.

昔は違う名前のホテルだったので、アパホテルの部屋の感じとは違います。ロビーが臭いです。内線は壊れているので使用不可、必要な場合は外線か直接行く必要がありました。浴衣が用意されていましたが、色褪せてすごく古いものでした。ユニットバスも狭かったです。

端の部屋だった為か、いつものアパホテルより広く感じました。やはり、気持ち広いと快適さが段違いです。ロビーのフロント受付スタッフの方々の雰囲気も良く、大変気分の良い１週間でした。最後に荷物も受付より出して頂き、助かりました。
