This hotel is a step up from the typical business hotel. The rooms are a little larger, there’s a proper chair for vanity mirror area, small refrigerator but adequate but it could be better by having a freezer, bed medium firmness so I enjoyed a little give in bedding, nice pillows and comforter. The hotel has a laundry room for self laundry which was convenient. The staff were all friendly and the location is nicely situated near the Sotetsu/Odayku JR lines. The room internet speed was average speed as well.

The hotel is pretty close to Ebina station, and it’s an easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The room is very small, and the vanity is located in the open near the beds. It would be fine for one person on a business trip, but for two of us on a funeral trip, it was hard to get ready for the occasion. The staff was very polite and helpful.

I love how central it is to everything. 711 and Izakaya downstairs. Cheap super market right across the street on both sides. Close to Ebina Station, Lala Port shopping, OIOI department store, and many restaurants all around. Good service and very clean. The best part is their bathroom which is separate from the toilet and you can shower outside of tub. Love this place!

Great Hotel in Ebina!

Hotel Vista is the best hotel in the Ebina area. I stayed here a couple years ago. The hotel still looks new.
The rooms are a nice size and the toilet is separate from the bath. There is a nice vanity in the room. I don’t put my toothbrush anywhere near the toilet.
The check in was efficient and I really like this hotel.

Within walking distance to Ebina station

Within walking distance to Ebina (odakyu-sotetsu) station. There is an Aeon supermarket and some other malls nearby. The toilet and shower are separated in the room. Since it is 15sqm single deluxe room, understandably space is tight for a 25” luggage. There is little space to hang clothes. USB charging points are found by the bed. The hotel controls the aircon even in March. You could request for the fan mode at the front desk instead of heater mode. Although I don’t feel warm but my colleagues in other rooms commented their rooms were warm even in fan mode.

Returned to Stay Again

I have stayed here before and that's why I chose it again. It's a great location with wonderful staff. They even have a service to hold your luggage after check out for a time period. That was extremely helpful to my situation. I also enjoyed their breakfast and the safety precautions they had in place. I did not have a car, so I cannot comment on that, but it is right next to a train station with bus, taxi, and airport bus service.

Convenient Location

I found Hotel Ebina during an emergency. I needed somewhere to stay that was reasonably close to Zama. My room was clean, had quiet air conditioning, WiFi access, and good amenities. They even have two public laptops. I needed to use one to do homework. The pillow are a little flat, but I slept comfortably. There is breakfast available, but I did not have time to eat. The staff was very polite and helpful about my need to suddenly add an extra night. The hotel is right next door to a convenience store, many restaurants, and is less than 5 minutes walk from Ebina Station. The cost wasn't bad for a weekend stay at such an excellent location.

A small inconvenience at check in. Although my reservation was priced and stated \"non-smoking\" they initially checked me into a smoking room. When I returned to the front desk though, they quickly resolved the issue and gave me the non-smoking room I had reserved. Everything was comfortable, clean, friendly, quiet, and enjoyable. Liked it very much.

My elderly mother and I spent 8 nights at Vista Ebina Hotel and we absolutely loved it!!! The breakfast has a lot of variety and we never left hungry. The staff was helpful & friendly.

Great place to stay in Ebina-Shi

Please understand the context. This is a Japanese Business hotel, meaning it has limited room since most of your time will be spent out of your room, it is meant as a place to sleep and relax a little. That being said, this property is very well maintained, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly making for a very easy and pleasant stay.

Plus it is convenient to the 2 train stations in Ebina, Odakyu and JR Lines.

Ebina Vista Hotel

This hotel is in a central location and was only a few blocks from the train station and our son's home, so the location was ideal. The room was small, which was true of most of the hotels we stayed in on our trip to Japan. It was clean and had good service. Our only complaint was that the bed was a double rather than a queen and it was up against a wall, which made it less comfortable than the other hotel rooms we stayed in on our trip. But the location for us made up for this minor inconvenience. We would recommend the hotel to others, especially if you want to be centrally located in Ebina near the train station, but not too close to be noisy.

Very Nice Hotel

This hotel was clean, new (looking), and at a good location within walking distance to the train station. The breakfast buffet was terrific, and my fellow travelers and I looked forward to it every morning of our 5-night stay. The front desk staff were very helpful with directions and spoke English. WiFi availability was adequate. If I returned to this area, i would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to stay in Ebina

The hotel is conveniently located. Its clean and very modern. The down side is the horribly unpredictable internet, both WI-FI and LAN. Streaming could not be done at all, and sometimes I couldn't get email. Other than that, and the very small rooms and only 2 pillows, its a great place to stay.

Close to train station

This hotel is close the the Ebina station, just a 5 minute walk. Room was clean and the bed was long enough for my 6 ft. height, that was an unexpected surprise. Resteraunt was not much, just OK for breakfast. There are better choices for dinner including the one on the 2F next door. Staff was helpful and had adaquate english skill to help me.

立地的にも快適さもおすすめ

予約時には喫煙しかしてなかったのですが、禁煙希望を出したところ空きが出た時点で変更いただけました。周りに飲食店、コンビニやスーパーも多く、立地的にはベストです。室内も清潔で使いやすくとても満足。ただ他の方にもある通り、廊下の音や声がまる聞こえだったのが唯一気になりましたことです。パーキングは2筋離れたところの24時間600円に停めました。
