Location is close to the trains and you can walk to shopping, food, lots to walk and see. Morning breakfast is excellent, toiletries, shampoo, condtioner and body wash I used instead of my own, clean towels every day... I now prefer this hotel for business travel in this area.

A good spot

It was a great stay but after I was moved from a smoking room. This took a couple says but after price and all ask worth it. The laundry service is in need of work. The dryer don't dry. Take your money but don't dry.

Toyoko Inn Sagamihara Experience

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast is very simple yet delicious. However, if you are staying for 5 days, the breakfast lacks variety. Every morning it is more or less the same things. The bed is comfortable but unfortunately the hotel is right next to the railway and the noise of train passing is quite disturbing. You can hear it through the night.

客室は清潔でした。加湿器がおいてあり、結構しっかり加湿をしてくれたので助かりました。ドライヤーもいい風量でした。
朝食を部屋で食べて良いのも、ゆっくり食べられて良いと思いました。コーヒーのサービスもありがたかったです。

今回の宿泊に関しまして、客室の清掃状況に非常に大きな問題がありました。
普段は「値段相応」のサービスだと認識しておりますが、入室した際、室内のゴミ箱が前客のものと思われるゴミや汚れたティッシュでいっぱいの状態でした。
衛生面において全く受け入れられるものではなく、非常に不快な思いをいたしました。最低限の清掃すら行われていないと感じたため、今後は貴殿のホテルの利用を避けることにいたします。改善を強く求めます。

過不足あり。朝食はいらないかも

加湿器は嬉しかったけど、エアコンの音は煩かった。家内にはベッドがギシギシ寝にくかったそうだ。土曜日の夜は下の公園で夜遅くまで騒いでいてうるさかった。朝食が以前に滞在したときより質が落ちた感じ。すぐそばのコンビニでパンとかも買えるので朝食の代わりにコーヒーがあれば十分かも。駅近なのは荷物が多かったので助かった。替えのタオルのセットも要らない気がした。

接客態度について

チェックインの時はフロント前に設置された機械の横に従業員の方が付いて親切に教えていただいたので、自動チェックインが初めての自分でも安心して手続きが出来たのは良かったです。
チェックアウトの時はフロントに男女2名の従業員の方がいて、特に機械の横に付いていなかったのは構わないのですが、自動チェックアウト後にホテルを出る時にずっとお喋りをしていて挨拶が無かったので、最後の最後に印象が悪くてマイナスポイントでした。残念！

急遽の弾丸旅になり近くの宿探しで子連れで利用しました。
リーズナブル価格で快適に過ごせてとても良かった。女性のフェイスアメニティもあり、朝食サービスの牛丼のお肉と塩焼きそばが美味しかった。枕が低くてペランペランなのが唯一ネック。
駐車場は狭いのでサイズの大きい車は、近隣の駐車場🅿️利用必須です。また近くに来た際は利用させていただきます。
