The location is very convenient near to Yamato station. The room was clean, comfortable and well lit. However, the wifi didn't work and there is no lock on the bathroom door. There is also only a very small choice of English language movies available on the pay per view. The free breakfast is small and not worth bothering with. There is only one elevator so its always busy, and so it takes a lot of time to move around the hotel.

The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. I speak some Japanese and they spoke a little English and we were able to easily communicate. This hotel is less than a minute walk from Yamato Train station and less than a 10 minute taxi ride to NAS Atsugi (about 1600 Yen roughly $11.50 and the taxis take cards). Many restaurants, a nice super market, many convivence stores all with in a minute or two walk. This is a good business travel hotel and a great price. This chain is all over Japan. The free breakfast was amazing!!! The rooms are small but very comfortable, bed, desk, TV, free Wi-Fi, bathroom. Perfect for quick trips.

We were i Yamato for family reasons otherwise there is nothing here for tourists.

There is nothing of interest in Yamato for tourists, we were there for family reasons. The hotel is located close to the train station, shops and restaurants.
There are two young ladies working on the Reception desk who are really friendly and helpful. The room had all the amenities you need and was clean. The only negative for me was the mattress was hard and slightly uncomfortable.

This is a really nice, convenient hotel. The only bad thing is the free breakfast which basically consists of the cheapest food available. Most of it is inedible and not even fit for a dog.

Overall, hotel was fine for the price. Like most hotels here, rooms are a little cramped, but that was expected. You could also hear everything happening on your floor. What wasn't expected was the rock hard bed and pillow. I like my bed firm, but this was over the top. Also, be prepared to wait for the elevator going up and coming down. Small elevator and no stair options. Besides those two things, the stay was fine. Clean, modern rooms and a breakfast in the morning. Was in a hurry so didn't try it, but it looked good! I'll stay again if in a crunch.

部屋の作りは東横INNさんどこも同じだと思いますが、備品等足りないものが特にありません。ベッドも快適で睡眠バッチリとれました。
朝食ビュッフェがサービスで付いてるので非常に助かりました。色んな種類があって選びたい放題です。
自分が驚いたのは、ウォーターサーバーの横に製氷機まであって、宿泊者へのサービスが非常に素晴らしいと思いました。洗濯も出来るので連泊も余裕ですね。
