The staff in the hotel are very friendly and efficient with their priorities.
The room was very well cleaned and secure. The general air conditioning is very good.
The staff in the breakfast area, are very happy and friendly. The breakfast buffet is nice.

Very nice hotel

This hotel had lovely staff who were very helpful. It’s also an excellent location for walking around. Very easy access to multiple train stations, restaurants, shopping, etc. A lot less tourists and less hectic compared to other areas. Great price. Would definitely stay here again. Also appreciated how quiet the hotel was in general.

Very convenient location, close to Hachioji station and shops. My room was modern and comfortable with a large, comfortable queen bed. This is Tokyo, so the bed took up most of the room, but there was also a desk and a large window ledge where the TV, glasses and tea kettle were placed.
The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome and safe here.

Good hotel to stay in Hachioji, near Keio line and a 5 minute walk to JR station. Hotel was nice and clean, but room and floor smelled like cigarettes. If you have any issue with this smell, this might now be the hotel for you. Other than that, no problem. Near several convenience stores(Lawson,7-11,Family Mart).

Like Coming Home

It's been over a year since I last stayed at The B' Hachioji because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This stay was like coming home. The staff are welcoming and friendly as usual. The facilities are clean and relatively comfortable. The area around the hotel and the hotel itself are quiet except for some guests talking loudly in the hallways after midnight. There are many convenience stores right next to and across from the hotel as well as a place to get food in the basement at the station. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and it felt like coming home. I'll be staying there a lot during the next few months because of my work schedule, and I am really looking forward to it.

No service was seen

Due to the corona virus, had to cancel the whole trip. Even though we were able to get a refund on everything else for our trip, this hotel was the only hotel we couldn’t get a refund. In addition, after contacting hotels.com I’d rather reschedule than cancel, no one got in touch with us until today. No customer service at all.

Everything was great, except the bathroom had a constant odor throughout our four night stay. Semi double bed was quite small for two people. Location is great as it is steps away from the train station, eateries and convenience stores.

床のカーペットが剥がれていて何度かつまづいてしまったのが少し怖かったのと、夜中に近くの部屋の話し声が結構聞こえたのが気になりましたが、スタッフさんが皆さま感じ良く丁寧で設備も必要十分、リーズナブルでコンパクトながらも清潔なお部屋で快適に過ごせました。

便座が冷たかったので、暖房になっているといいです。
あと、シャワーに入りましたが、浴槽内に立つと、浴槽が、きしむ感じで少しびっくりしました。主人は入りませんでした。

10年ぶりくらいに利用させていただきました。
チェックインが17時頃で17時から開始されるウエルカムホットケーキは子どもたちが喜んでくれました。
部屋は角部屋を用意していただき、子どもたちが少し騒いでも良い環境で宿泊させていただきました。
設備のコンディションは浴室のバスタブ下の汚れが気になりました。
せっかくお部屋を綺麗にされているのにもったいない気がします。
