I have to wait 20 minutes for the bell boy to carry my bags from my car. Easy checking in but i was disappointed when i got roller bed instead of real bed as per booking. The AC was not cooling and water leaking in toilet. Very basic breakfast but convenient location for restaurants

The reception was rude in communicating with us, and for check out he was yelling and saying we need to clean the room even though there was no guests waiting in lobby to check in. Some other hotel provide late check out for more than 3 hours sometimes if there was no people waiting to check in for same room, but this hotel didn’t provide at least 2 hours and reception wasn’t behaving and communicating in a polite and appropriate way. Moreover, we stayed in this hotel for 10 days, and got disappointed to ve treated by last day in such bad behavior by the reception.
The parking was free but very limited number of parks as sometimes there was not enough space and I needed to find far park to drop the car and go inside hotel.

Nice Experience

Good location close to the bus terminal , but about 10 minutes from the center of Izmit. The area is quiet and peaceful and the staff are friendly and cooperative.

A gem!

Comfortable and quiet. Great place to unwind after two weeks of driving through Turkey. Walkable to some restaurants (the neighborhood is growing). Short drive to historical attractions and the market. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was fresh and filling.

Bad experience

The hotel needs refurbishment and maintenance. I tried to take a shower but the water was stuck up to my knees in the bath. Although I’ve told them I don’t want a room for smoking people, but the room I’ve been given was smelling smoke.

لم أكن أتوقع أن تكون صور الفندق بالموقع عكسه تماما بالواقع، فالمصعد يتوقف صباحا ولا أدري أهو بفعل موظفي الفندق ولا يستطيع الفرد التواصل مع أهله في بتلفون الغرفه فهو لا يعمل. اللحاف حالته سيئة ولا يوجد لحاف ثقيل كباقي
الفنادق لأكتشف في اليوم الاخر أن اللحاف مخبئ بالكبت.
عليكم تجديد صور الفنادق التي تعرضونها في موقعكم. حجزت للسكن ٣ ليال ولم اجلس غير ليلتين فقط. طلبت استرداد المبلغ لأذهب لفندق آخر فرفض الموظف بحجة أن المبلغ غير مسترد

A satisfying stay, affordable prices.

My stay at Balturk Hotel was very satisfying, it's located in very quiet area which is close to transports, the room is so clean and comfortable, the environment itself was so quiet except the music coming from the club located in the ground flour (they stop about 12 or 1 am), the breakfast was not that varied, it's somehow for a 3 stars hotel, as for the staff they are so friendly, kind and helpful.

Küçük oda ve kötü klima yerleşimi

Eşim ve kızım ile aynı odada kaldık. Üst katta balkonlu oda verildi. Odanın kliması yatağın hemen ayak ucunda yerden 1,5 metre yüksekte yerleştirilmişti. Açsak direkt üstümüze klima geliyor. Bakımı yapılmış mı belli değil. Ayrıca gürültüsü cabası. Kapatsak sıcaktan uyuyamıyoruz. Tüm gece sadece 4-5 saat uyuyabildim. Hiç dinlenemeden otelden ayrıldım.

Fakat oda da buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. 4 yıldızlı bir otele göre kahvaltı daha güzel ve çeşitli olabilirdi. 9 buçuk gibi kahvaltıya indik poğaça bitmiş, tekrar istedik kalmadı dediler. Filtre kahve bitmiş tekrar istedik kalmadı dediler. Kahvaltı yönünden gözümde eksik kaldılar. Konum olarak iyi.

Otogarın karşısında, konum olarak merkezi yerde bir otel. Benim için otelin en önemli avantajı konumu ve odadaki klima oldu. Cam açılabildiği için odayı havalandırmayı da iyi sağlayabildim. Kahvaltısı orta seviye, pek lezzetli bulmadım, sıcak seçimi çok azdı, kaliteli kahvaltılık ürünü yoktu. Sigara seçilmeyen oda seçmeme rağmen odada daha önceden sigara içildiği çok belliydi koku sinmişti. Temizlik günlük olarak güzel bir şekilde sağlandı. Genel olarak memnun ayrıldım.
