Terrible. Stay somewhere else. Mould in the bathroom, dirty, broken door, unmaintained, noisy long term tenants on both sides of my room - 1 selling stolen stuff and the other yelling and swearing all night, random cats wandering around, no smoke detector, broken electrical outlet, lamp didnt work, bathroom faucet had constant water running from the base of the tap, air conditioner rigged to stay in place with plastic and screws which rattle loudly. Asked where the ice machine was and was offered an ice cube tray so I could make ice in the mini fridge freezer. Come on...time to tear the place down.

I booked through Expedia for 3 people and got a price that I would pay at the property. They initially honored the price but then called to tell me that I had only booked for 1 person and they needed to charge me an additional $20 per night. I showed them my booking for 3 but they argued that expedia only had 1. They then charged my CC on a debit machine that wasn't part of the motel and when I asked for a receipt they said they had to refund what they charge because they charge it to their personal machine. Sketchy business practice. Very sketchy.

I have stayed here many times but this time was somewhat disappointing. Price was great. No kleenex, no glasses for water and no coffee mugs fo coffee. Could not get tv to work but it was bedtime anyway.

This a $60 motel. I had a good two night stay, but there were a few minor issues to deal with.
The main one was that the key given to me would not open the door lock properly. The owner could make it work by fiddling around with it in a particular way. I was never able to duplicate it, so I just left it unlocked whenever I went out.
Would I stay there again?

Filthy, smelly, and bugs. Hairs in tub. Stains on bedding. Bugs appeared in middle of the night. Moved to other bed, pulled back sheets and there was dirt inside the sheets that i could scrape off with my fingernails. First room smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke. The next room wasnt quite so bad. Anything near the front office smelled horribly of old stale cooking spices.

Let’s see….addicts living in an RV in a small parking lot with not nearly enough parking for guests.

Hotel claims to be renovated. But done poorly. Room was beyond hot when arrived. Couldn’t open window to allow air into the room.

Beds uncomfortable. Pillows horrible.

Stayed in so called “suite” on second floor. The stairway is dangerous and poorly lit.

And to top it off manager knocked on the door at 11pm asking what time we would be checking out the next morning.

First off the key didn’t work in the door. He had to show me a special trick to get it to work. Fix it!!! Then I left for awhile, came back to some guy singing. He sang off and on very loudly until around 11:30 at night. Then started in again at 6 am. It appears he lives here. You can’t tell me that this hasn’t been a problem before. Tell him to be quiet!! I stayed here to go to a funeral. Never again! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I guess you get what you pay for! The room itself was decent but was clean. There’s coffee but no cups.

Overbooked the rooms. Would not refund the money for the overbooking and would not answer calls from Expedia. I got charged $135 and never got a room or a refund. DO NOT BOOK here. The customer service was horrible and the person that answered the phone when I tried to address my concerns could not communicate in English. Super unimpressed.

My room was defaced behind the bathroom door and on the bathroom walls with graffiti in black ink, very creepy.. The towels and sheets had a bad smell. The front desk area was dirty. I’m going to ask for a refund.

It was okay, but could have been better

There wasn't any toilet paper in the room, had to ask at front desk for a roll.
Could not access the wifi even after asking for help at the front desk.
Air conditioner in the window means cold air gets in on winter nights and there is almost no sound muffling between outside and inside, covers over the AC units could help with the cold but I'm not sure if anything could be done to muffle sounds from outside.
Toilet would run water continuously after flushing unless the handle was jiggled.

My wife went into labour 2 days into a 4 night stay and I was unable to get a refund when asking to checkout early. This policy wasn't evident at the time of booking. When I politely asked the front desk for a refund/credit or any alternative they pointed to a handwritten sign on the wall that said \"no refunds.\" The adult in charge spke another language and was using a child as a translator, so communication was very difficult. I prioritized my family over this refund or any kind of resolution but will not be back and would strongly advise against staying here.

We stayed in a double queen room. The mattress on one bed was dirty, badly stained and totally worn out. Very lumpy. Impossible to be comfortable on. The night stand had not been pulled out and very dirty behind it and the headboard. The owner knocked on the door at 8:45 asking when we were checking out. We had till 11. Had I been sleeping I would not have been impressed. My husband was still sleeping. Won’t be staying there again and won’t recommend.

I was asked to prepay for my room that I had booked for 4 people. When I called to prepay I was told I’d be charged $25 per extra person per night. Then I was called after i had prepaid for the room and asked when I was coming to check in for my room I had booked. They were trying to get 2-3 night reservations out of me plus the extra person charge for extra cleaning when the room wasn’t super clean in the first place. Dusty under the bed and baseboards, garbage under the bed as well as dirt and weird stains on the bedding. I would never recommend this place and would drive elsewhere to stay if this was my only choice. They should really do the extra cleaning they’re trying to charge for.

The rooms were nice enough. There was a Roku TV to watch streaming services on which was nice. Free wifi. But the air conditioner in our room wasnt working. We arrived late and left early for a single night stay. During the extreme heat warnings the AC didn't even cool the room down to a comfortable sleep over night. In the winter or a verified working AC I would stay again

Staff was very friendly, the upgrades were cute; but the smell was something I could not do; did not end up staying - drove to Wetaskiwin last minute. The entire place needs to be gutted and replaced. Very very old mattresses and pillow, would not sleep on either.

We chose this motel for its location and convenience of a quick trip thru Camrose. However, the rooms are filthy. The walls are covered in all sorts of gross spots. The bathroom has blood on the wall and by looking at it you can tell it hasn’t been washed in a VERY long time. There’s dirty handprints above the toilet. All the high touch areas are not being cleaned (fridge handle, cupboard handle, light switches). The sheets are covered in someone else’s hair. On top of that the people staying above us were loud and woke up at 4 am to watch their tv and stomp around. I would never recommend this place. I would make sure to tell someone not to go here!
