This place is cheap for a reason. Maybe I just got the absolute worst room in the place, but if every room is like mine, I cannot recommend anyone stay here. Staff is nice and having airport transportation arranged was helpful. However the room: extremely small, so much that the sink is installed somewhat over the toilet. Like my legs were under the sink and I could rest my elbow on it. Towels, floor, and walls stained. The shower head holder wasn’t completely screwed into the wall so it was difficult to use because it’d spin around. This morning I had no hot water. Bathroom always smelled like smoke. TV didn’t seem to actually have cable. The blackout curtain didn’t entirely cover the window. The lights next to the bed didn’t work. I travel a lot and this is one of the worst rooms I’ve ever had. It’s a shame bc it’s in a really great location and could otherwise be really cute and a great stay.

The location is absolutely amazing — 10/10. You Unfortunately, that’s where the positives stop.

We stayed in a room with a hot tub, but there wasn’t enough hot water to use it properly. The breakfast was okay — buffet on the first day, then a basic set plate the next - not what you would expect when you book a hotel with breakfast.

Cleanliness could be better; the carpet and walls were dirty and need refreshing.

The biggest problem was noise. There’s bar that belongs to the hotel and even shares a corridor with the rooms. During a private party, they kept the door propped open with a door stopper, blasting music until 3 AM. When I closed it, the staff opened it again, and the receptionist argued that I wasn’t allowed to shut it. It honestly felt like trying to sleep inside a nightclub.

Considering the price — which is quite high compared to other places in Serbia — the experience was disappointing. The hotel really needs to decide whether it wants to be a place for rest or a late-night party venue, because both at once just don’t work.

Good choice for tourists

Location was great for touristy things, right on Skadarlija street, walking distance to everything. Parking is organized with parking lot behind the building and one is to use back entrance if coming with car, as Skadarlija is pedestrian only. Elevator only goes to third floor so if on 4th floor, need to use stairs for last bit. Room was ok, attractive but some finishings look good but are not the greatest quality. Bed comfy, cleanliness could be better (some carpet stains). Staff was very nice, especially check in person and night auditor. Check out had a bit snarky clerk but whatever. Would recommend.

I stayed in this hotel on the 4th floor, the room was quiet and big. It was surprisingly quiet as compared to my previous stay last year. At the time I was on the first floor and I could hear the sounds from outside but this time being on the 4th floor was different. Bed is comfortable and rooms are new and clean.

Some renovations clearly going on. Panels of wood left in the hallway and loose wires in the bedroom. Mattress was very hard and cheap. It's Trevlodge quality for anyone in the UK. Great location and friendly staff. Once the renovations are hopefully finished it would be a perfectly acceptable cheap stay. Don't let some of the picymake you think this is a luxury hotel.

Great location! Easily walkable to Skadarlija and Knez Mihailova. Staff are very friendly - we received early check in and a room upgrade upon arrival :) The room conditions could have been better, as the faucet head was loose and some carpet stains and exposed wires could be seen. Overall a pleasant place to stay for price and location.

Hotel is undergoing some room renovations at the moment (June 24). However didn’t notice any associated noise. Rooms are fairly basic, but clean and functional.
It’s in a great location, near bars, shops and restaurants.
Taxi from the airport was approx £20 or €22. Don’t fall for the touts at the airport, there is a taxi booth that arranges fixed prices. The touts were quoting €90. So beware.

Great location is the heart of bustling Belgrade. If you want some fun nights out, it’s the place to go.
Recent refurb and it looks like they are still ironing out issues like lack of WiFi (at least on floor 4).
Curtains in our room would not close. Poor design -see pic. Staff looked overwhelmed on a busy evening.
Room was modern and bed very comfortable. Interesting layout, see other pic.
Overall, if you’re after some fun times in Belgrade, give it a go. I’m sure they’ll address the few issues we had in time.

The location of this hotel is excellent - and that is its best asset. The aesthetics/ decor of the rooms are nice too. Unfortunately, our experience beyond that was very bad. Our room wreaked of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room (I never knew how much the smell of cigarettes would keep me awake). The bed pillow felt like sleeping on a large rock. And the noise from the pedestrians below was incredibly loud well into the night (and the room had decent windows, from what we could tell). One of us slept so-so, and the other one was never able to fall asleep due the noise, hard pillow, and outrageous stench of cigarettes. Never again!

The staff were very helpful and accomplished - how the room was very light (day and night) the curtains were paper thin letting in the street lights.
It was impossible to get cold water from the taps and there was constant building work taking place.
However the hotel was in a great location.

The last day of our stay it seems they turned off hot water to our room. Had to take a cold shower. Their jacuzzi/shower sucked even with hot water. Then the room flooded from the wall. Soaked our luggage in toilet water. Our bags smell like crap now. I could have forgiven that, but then the staff tried to blame it on us saying we damaged the room. She asked if we were using the jacuzzi when it happened. Are we not supposed to bathe? Would it be our fault if the bathtub leaked? Even though I took a video when it happened and reported it to them immediately. Thankfully, their handyman came and said it was a leak. We weren’t able to stay until check out time. We had to change clothes in the bathroom while their staff was in our room. Then they didn’t even offer any compensation for our ruined bags. She apologized after saying she just blamed us because in the year that she worked there it has never happened before. Well, I’m my 40 years of staying in hotels I’ve never had toilet water flood my room and ruin my bags, but I wasn’t mad until she blamed us for their crappy plumbing. And one day we came back to find part of a fake eyelashes in our sink even though that day we had a do not disturb sign on the door.

Perfect location and great price too!

The place has a great location in the heart of the Bohemian District and only 5 minute walk to the main square and main attractions. The fortress is only a 20 minute walk. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I don’t know how their breakfast is because I did not pay for it (Mainly because there are so many cheap bakeries and cafes everywhere that I saw no need for a big buffet style, though it was cheap). The parking is an arrangement with a nearby parking lot behind the hotel for $17 per day, as the hotel is on a pedestrian only street.

Farklı oda seçenekleri bulunmakla beraber en üst katta bir odada kaldık çok basık ve havasızdı ancak tabi ki daha iyi olanakta odalar vardır ama hijyen genel olarak vasat bırakın kişisel bakım gereçlerini terlik sabun daha yoktu isteyerek terlik alabildim. Kahvaltısı standart temiz lezzetliydi. Otelin restaurant kısmında haftasonları canlı müzik denk geldi. Temizlik durumuna dikkat edilirse daha geniş bir odasında yine olsa konaklarım.

O quarto era localizado no corredor que liga ao restaurante, era possível ouvir os deslocamentos das pessoas por esse corredor até tarde da noite. Não havia telefone no quarto para comunicação com a recepção, mesmo havendo Menu no quarto. A janela do quarto era para o nível da rua, não estava vedando o som / frio como deveria. Além de não ter uma vista agradável. O quarto em si era como na foto, mas precisando de manutenção, paredes descascando, prateleira e torneira da banheira caindo. Na área do banheiro, o box era de cortina e o chuveiro não fixava, pois estava com a trava quebrada. No primeiro dia, o buffet de café da manhã pago a parte funcionou bem, mas no segundo ao chegar no restaurante, nos informaram que havia buffet naquele dia. A rua de acesso do hotel é bem difícil para malas com rodinhas.

We stayed at your hotel from 27 to 29 December 2025. At check-in, we were informed that our room was upgraded to a premium room at no extra charge. However, the assigned room was located on the 4th-floor attic level and was extremely cold. Even with the air conditioning on, it took nearly two hours to reach a tolerable temperature. Under these conditions, the room upgrade was not satisfactory.

My main concern relates to the breakfast service on 29 December.
The attitude of the male staff member was rude. The breakfast plate served to me contained a hair in the cheese. The plate was taken away without any apology and, in my opinion, returned after only removing the hair. This is unacceptable in terms of hygiene. I have a photo of the incident.

During breakfast, I requested one additional filter coffee and was told it required an extra charge. Considering the hygiene issue and that breakfast was included in my stay, this approach was inappropriate.

I regret choosing this hotel, as the service did not reflect the price paid. I kindly request a written explanation and that this matter be reviewed seriously.

The location is so good, the music on the street continues until 1-2 am. It was not too disturbing for us. The room we stated in was quite large, we liked the design. However there was a smell in the bathroom, we haf to put towels under the door to avoid it. Also, the supplies could be better in the bathroom. It should not be hard to put shampoo, soap etc. And also there was no slippers in the room. Overall we liked our stay there.
