I stayed at this hotel for 2 night, not too long ago. The room was pretty clean, it was a mold spot in the bathtub that did not freak me out. Rather then that it was very nice and I liked the fact that we had access to a balcony. The front desk and the ladies that served breakfast were very nice, especially the blond lady. I do not recall her name. I do recommend this place.

Very nice feel about the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, room clean and spacious with generous size beds and a fridge, breakfast was excellent, also with plenty of veggie and vegan options. Shuttle wasn't available when I stayed there, but plenty of taxi options so in the end it was OK in that respect. Will stay here again when I come back to Bacau.

We would really like to Iona at the reception desk morning of 21.9.24 for all her help. She was excellent calling around to help us with a place to repair a flat tire. The worker was waiting for us and fixed our tire immediatedly. We would not have been on our nearly a quickly and would have had a lot of frustration. Thanks again to her!!!

The room was clean and spacious and staff friendly.

The breakfast had good options however it is not 28 lei per person per day like it says on Expedia, we were charged 50 lei per person per day.

Bad experience

My experience was awful, i had a booking for 3 nights i arrived on first night on 16th September,on first day on morning they said i have to pay for early check-in but i was on time even it was only half night they ask me to pay full day,i try to explain but they won't listen so basically i stay 3 nights paid and i pay four night's. Be carefully with check-in time.ps shower almost fell off on my head.

Ask if party is booked

Great hotel but please ask if party is booked as nearly got no sleep had early flight and sound was shaking room. Overall very pleasant clean staff speak good English and great breakfast.

This is the best hotel in Bacau. Everything was very good! Rooms are quite, beds are comfortable, personnel was very polite, especially at the front desk IVONA! The breakfast is varied and very good in quality. We recommend it!

Nice facility in a central location

Central location, with a small parking lot in the back. Be aware of the one-way streets around and the weekend closing of the main street that can make access a bit difficult. Overall it's the best hotel for downtown Bacau.
The exterior and the reception look great. The rooms are nice too but still suffer from the original (not very functional) design of the building. Generous breakfast bar included in the price. The terrace is nice, quiet, and the food well prepared.
I had some disappointments though:
- they had a hard time finding my reservation made through Expedia. They had to search by the date I made it. Would it be hard to at least print a list of arrival each day to streamline the check in?
- no iron in the room. For a business hotel I would have expected one. I don't like to show up to a meeting with a wrinkled shirt
- the wifi was very weak on the terrace, I had to move to the reception area to use it.
