Surly and discourteous greeting from the owner who did not handle our check in professionally. He continued with his personal telephone conversation throughout and thrust paperwork at us while he spoke down the phone, leaving us waiting for over 10 minutes When he finally hung up we asked about food, having booked this place because it claimed to have a bar/cafe/ restaurant but were told unapologetically that it was not open that day. A curt nod towards the stairs was all he gave and we had to guess the location of our room.
No kettle or even basic toiletries were available in room and no other options for finding food were around the immediate vicinity.

Aufenthalt im Zusammenhang mit der Bestreitung des Black Forest Trail Runs 2024. Die Unterkunft befindet sich etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums von Elzach. Selbst zu Fuss ist das Zentrum in rund 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Unterkunft verfügt über ein eigenes Restaurant. Habe mich den ganzen Aufenthalt über dort verpflegt. Schöner Aufenthalt, toller Service, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, ruhige Lage, zu empfehlendes Restaurant

Sehr netter Empfang. Das Zimmer war groß und wir hatten ein Riesen Balkon (anbei ein Bild vom unsere schöne Aussicht). Die Betten waren fein und Nachts ist alles still. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer sauber gemacht.
Das Essen sowohl Abends wie Frühstück war herrlich. Dan gab es noch eine Kegelbahn, wo wir zwei Abenden gekegelt haben.
Wir durften unsere Motorräder abstellen im Garage (das passte leider nicht). Wir haben hier fast eine Woche verbracht und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir sind viel gewandert (viele Wanderwege nahe dem Hotel!) und viel mit den Motorräder gefahren.
Wenn wir wieder in den Schwarzwald fahren dan denken wir zuerst an Richebächli!

Ich hatte für eine Freundin gebucht. Sie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wunderbare Sonnenterasse und die Ruhe der Lage. Man kann vom Hotel aus sehr schön laufen. Der Ort hat keinen Durchgangsverkehr und das ist sehr positiv für die Erholung.

Schönes freundliches Haus in ruhiger Lage von Elzach, familiengeführt, alle Zimmer mit Balkon. Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß und modern ausgestattet. Fußbodenheizung, auch im Bad, was relativ groß und hell war und sogar neben dem obligatorischen Hotelfön sogar über ein Glätteisen verfügte. Restaurant vorhanden. Inhaber und Personal sehr herzlich. Frühstück mit größerer Auswahl an Wurst, Käse und auch Marmeladen, Eiergerichte wurden nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet.

We hebben er een kleine week verbleven. De ontvangst was ondanks de drukte hartelijk. Als vegetariër konden wij tevens appreciëren dat er ook een aantal vegetarische gerechten op het menu stonden. Het ontbijt was verzorgd. Ik zou deze accomodatie zeker aanraden aan diegenen die de regio willen verkennen. Gezien het november en dus geen terrasweer verbleven wij na onze dagtocht na het avondeten op de kamer. Deze tweepersoonskamer was ruim genoeg voor ons en onze Duitse Herder. Ik zou deze accomodatie zeker aanraden aan zij die de regio willen verkennen. Ik keer zeker nog eens terug.

Nous sommes arrivés en fin d'après midi ,il faisait 33°. Nous avons souhaité commander une boisson , le bar était fermé alors que les propriétaires étaient sur la terrasse entrain

Ein schöne Unterkunft war es, sehr sauber nur wir hatten das Zimmer über dem Restaurant. Dadurch könnten wir den Balkon nicht nutzen und auch das lüften gestaltete sich schwierig. Es roch bei uns im Zimmer stets nach essen...

Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber und verfügten über einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Frühstück war einfach lecker - super Auswahl und Rührei wurde auf Anfrage je nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet.
