The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony. I was unfortunate with the weather when I arrived as the views of the mountains were clouded, however the next morning it was a much clearer sky to be able to see all the views. Lovely location.

Very loud music from a building across stopped me sleeping for hours (after an overnight flight). Hotel is beautiful but didnt get good sleep as it was too warm and no air conditioning or fans - at least I recommend fans in summer months, I got little sleep. We had a night to kill near Bregenz so we decided to book a mountain hotel. This place came up And we decided to give it a shot. The hotel is pretty much brand new, there weren’t a lot of guests there but the hotel is situated in the beautiful mountain side with direct access to lots of hiking trails that lead to the mountain tram. There’s not a whole lot to do in the area besides hiking, but it is a beautiful area if you are looking for something relaxing to go to. My room was very nice, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The hotel staff are also very friendly and accommodating the entire time. This is definitely a great hotel for the koney and we decided to give it a shot. The hotel is pretty much brand new, there weren’t a lot of guests there but the hotel is situated in the beautiful mountain side with direct access to lots of hiking trails that lead to the mountain tram. There’s not a whole lot to do in the area besides hiking, but it is a beautiful area if you are looking for something relaxing to go to. Leider gibt es beim Service im Restaurant noch Potential nach oben. Die Tische wurden nicht zeitnah abgeräumt und man musste die Kellner teilweise suchen wenn man noch einen Wunsch hatte.

Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit. Unser Deluxe-Zimmer hatte Aussicht auf die Berge - ein Traum. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Infinity-Pool ist phantastisch, auch von der Saunalandschaft hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt: am Wochenende gibt es leider zu wenig Liegen für alle Gäste (da natürlich viel los ist).

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr nettes Personal. Gute sehr saubere, ruhige Zimmer. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Abendessen: die Speisen sind qualitativ gut. Allerdings wir haben zu der reservierten Zeit keinen Tisch bekommen, konnten aber an der Bar unser Essen bestellen und in Ruhe dort essen. Marco hat uns leckere Cocktails gemixt. Vielen Dank. Die Saunen sind schön. Am Pool leider zu wenig Plätze. Aber wir waren ja auch an einem Wochenende dort. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen

bei ankunft an der rezeption eine junge dame die recht unbedarft war. das hat dann eine ältere kollegin gutgemacht. hübsche saubere zimmer. poolbereich zu klein. zu wenig handtücher für das pool und wellness bereich. sauna erst ab 12 h offen. gute massage. zimmerschlüssel waren schon um 10 h ungültig obwohl check out erst um 11 h ist was eigentlich auch zu früh ist. es sollte ein wellness und kein stress hotel sein. angenehm lange frühstück zeit. herrensliper zu klein.

Very beautiful hotel in a great location from where you can walk to some nice sightseeing places (for example Hasenreuter Wasserfälle). Also very well equipped high quality fitness studio, lovely swimming pool, very nice and clean rooms, beautiful restaurant with a view and top quality delicious food.

Tolles Hotel mit hervorragendem Spabereich in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, schön und komfortabel.Als einzige Wermutstropfen ist die Tatsache zu nennen , dass sowohl Bademantel und die Badeschlappen nur in der Größe M zur Verfügung standen. Mit Größe 38 kam ich gerade so in die Schuhe rein. Also wer nicht in Größe M passt , sollte darauf achten seine Sachen mitzubringen. In der Wellness-Tasche stand ein Badetuch pro Person zur Verfügung .Im Spa Bereich gab es leider keine Handtücher zum wechseln. Leidiglich an der Rezeption konnte man ein Zweites holen. Frühstück war vielseitig und gut , nur das es um 9.00 Uhr bereits keine Brezeln mehr gab war schade. Der Barkeeper war sehr aufmerksam und lustig. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren zwar freundlich aber bei der Abreise wurde leider nicht mal gefragt ob es gefallen hat , bzw. ob alles gepasst hat oder gar eine gute Heimreise gewünscht. Ansonsten ein gelungener Aufenthalt und wir werden das Hotel bis auf die paar Eigenheiten weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel präsentierte sich in einem stilvollen Mix aus modernem und traditionellem Ambiente, eine Kombination, die äußerst gelungen umgesetzt wurde. Auch das Personal verdient ein großes Lob, stets zuvorkommend und respektvoll, was den Aufenthalt angenehm machte. Ein kleiner Zwischenfall in unserem Zimmer wurde mit einem kostenlosen Late-Check-Out, der normalerweise kostenpflichtig ist, professionell und kundenfreundlich gelöst.
Das kulinarische Angebot, sowohl im Saal als auch vom Room-Service, war durchweg köstlich – abgesehen vielleicht von der Pizza, die nicht ganz unseren Geschmack traf.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die exzellente Lage des Hotels, die es ermöglicht, direkt in das winterliche Vergnügen einzutauchen.
Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war jedoch die Temperatur des Wassers im Innen- und Außenpool. Ein paar Grad wärmer, und es wäre das perfekte, entspannende Bad gewesen. Der Whirlpool im 4. OG könnte größer sein und war oft überfüllt, da Gäste ihn über längere Zeit für sich beanspruchten.

Ich war das erste Mal da aber bin nur überwältigt von der Freundlichkeit des Personals und auch die Sauberkeit des gesamten Hotels. Essen super, kann man nur empfehlen!!! War wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt. Nur zu empfehlen.

In Allgemeinen war alles gut, aber für den Zimmerpreis waren es viel zu viele Sachen, die nicht wirklich gut funktioniert haben wie zum Beispiel zu kalte Sauna oder Schleuder gerät oder Aufzug die kaputt waren. Personal hätte auch ein bisschen besser geschult sein können.
