We just completed a 2-night stay at Otel Zade. We've been travelling through Turkey for more that 2 weeks and this was, by far, the best place we've stayed. From the room, to the breakfast, to the front desk, everything was perfect. House cleaning was very efficient, the front desk staff were helpful, and the breakfast help ensured that there was plenty to eat and that the large seating area was cleaned promptly. I can't imagine a better hotel in all of Erzurum.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, breakfast is amazing and the staff are so helpful. Location is brilliant, so many places to eat just outside of the hotel.
The only issue I found is noise transfers from the room above as the floors are all tiled.

Luxurious hotel stop in Erzurum.
We were not sure what to expect when we booked the hotel as the city of Erzurum is described as a transport hub, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a great hotel. Warm cozy and chic with modern decor. We both had our best sleeps in two weeks travelling the Anatolia region. Breakfast was excellent huge choice and coffee also which has been the first time also we were able to drink a hot coffee for breakfast. I would highly recommend a stay in Hotel Zade

I could also hear the sounds of toilt flushing from upper rooms and badly enough bad odors filled the room whenever my neighbors used their toilet!
Finally, although i arrived to the hotel at 10,00 PM, the receptionist called next day at 12,05 PM to tell me that i should empty my room, which was really rude.

Summer time visitors: no air conditioning
The hotel was clean, except for the water bottle that was left as an ashtray: water and cig butts. This hotel does not have air conditioning. It gets to be pretty warm in the afternoon and early in the morning with the sun shining in to the room. Last negative: the shower floor is really really slippery when wet, be careful.
The location is good with plenty of restaurants around. A couple of sights are withing walking distance. The hotel only has a small sign sticking out so we had to drive around to find it. Coming from the north it is on the left side of the street.
So it is not a bad hotel, but I will find another place to stay the next time.

Otelin kendine ait bir otoparkı yok ve çevresindeki lokanta ve kahvehaneler nedeniyle araç park yeri bulmak zor oluyor. Özellikle karşıdaki kahvehaneden çok gürültü geliyor. Binanın arka cephesinde olmamıza rağmen gürültü etkiliydi. Bunun dışında odalar arası ses izolasyonu yok, duvarlar ince. Yan odadaki konuşmalar anlaşılacak şekilde net duyuluyor. 2 kişilik tuttuğumuz odada ikram olarak 2 poşet çay ve 2 şişe su olması hayal kırıklığı. Farklı şehirlerde çok daha iddiasız otellerde bile sınırsız su, çay, kahve ikramları vardı.

Odaya girdiğimizde anormal derecede sigara kokusu vardı. Odada küllük de bulunuyordu. Söyleyince ertesi gün perdeleri değiştirip havalandırarak kokuyu giderdiler. Kahvaltı da başka bir müşterinin de aynı şeyden şikayetçi olduğunu duydum. Sigara içilmesine rağmen yangın alarmı çalışmıyorsa, yangın alarm sitemini kontrol ettirmekte fayda var. Bunun haricinde bir sorun yaşamadık.
