Loved the view from the restaurant but depite the hotel advertises All Rooms with balcony. We did Not have a balcony nor did they change our room. So disappointed in this the girl at front desk was rude. Everyone else rather nice. Fabio in the restaurant was so fun and kind. Good food but I always have a balcony and that was so upsetting.

Great food at the restaurant, however they did not have any red wine on the night we dined there, so that was disappointing. Elevators are a little small. Great views of the harbour & Mount Vesuvius. Close to \"50 Kaló\" an amazing pizzeria. Staff were friendly and helpful and the shuttle service arranged with the hotel from the airport and to the train station were both convenient and cheaper than the Uber options.

There were a lot of staff members who made our staying very pleasant. The restaurant staff such as David, Massimo, Francesco, Fabio and Maria. The front desk had a person who was very sweet and attentive and that one was Flavia. The rooms, the view, the service and the atmosphere was spectacular.

A complete disappointment

Honestly this experience was one of the worst we had during our entire trip. The pool is essentially a hot tub - it can only fit 2 people in it at a time. You need to book a slot in advance otherwise you’re unable to use it. The front desk staff was rude the entire time. We booked two beds, were given one and told it was an upgrade. The entire experience was a disappointment. The only positive thing I can say is the front desk lady was able to wrangle us a cab quickly when we needed it.

The hotel itself is nice, but they did not clean the pool when we made an appointment they had 3 hours before. We saw them cleaning it the next day for others. The restaurant delayed serving us for some reasons and many others were served first. Although the food was good.

The room had no curtains and only a thin cover. Therefore we woke up at 5am every morning due to this.

There was also loud guests outside our room consistently which management never did anything about.

Regarding the staff at the main check in desk, they were rude, unhelpful and condescending.

Have stayed here multiple times and will likely return again, but our particular room had the tiniest awkward bathroom, and wasn't serviced properly - no restocking of fridge, glasses, cups, tissue, towels, etc. The breakfast, dining room, and bar staff were excellent. The front desk staff, not so much, sadly.

I recently stayed at BW Paradiso, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The hotel is extremely rundown, with dust everywhere and outdated decor that feels neglected. The furniture was dirty, and the linens were old and frayed, making the room feel uncomfortable and unclean.

The restaurant staff was far from friendly, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. To make matters worse, the walls are paper-thin, so you can hear every noise from neighboring rooms, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep.

Overall, the entire experience was terrible. I would not recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. While the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, everything else was disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable, and to make things worse, I woke up with bites on my legs—probably from bedbugs. The sheets had stains, which is completely unacceptable.

The towels were no better—old, frayed, and stained. It’s shocking that a hotel would even think this is acceptable for their guests.

The hotel is far from the center, making it inconvenient, and the pool has restricted hours, so you can’t use it whenever you want. On top of that, you have to make an appointment just to use the pool.

The restaurant experience was just as bad. The staff was incredibly rude, particularly the older gentleman with gray hair, who seemed to be the manager. The posted restaurant hours were also misleading—they closed earlier than advertised, which was frustrating and confusing for guests.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere—there are far better options available.

This hotel is very cute and has an incredible view. Unfortunately, its situation on top of the hill meant it was far from the rest of the city, which made it difficult to walk places. Our room itself was small but had a balcony with a nice view. The hotel restaurant was pretty good (though I would not recommend the tuna tartar). The main thing that bothered me about our stay was the shower. Everything else about the room was very clean, but there was visible mold growing between the tiles and along the lower edge of the shower door. Aside from that, we had a pleasant stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I just don’t think I’d stay here again if I was to return to Naples.

This property is all about the view, which is amazing. We paid for an upgraded room and the views were just as pictured.
The property advertises sound proof rooms. The walls are a padded material that in fact is sound proof, however, the door is as thin as paper and I literally could hear every single thing outside our door. It was very loud.
The roof top bar is incredible. Amazing staff and great food/drinks.
Not sure if I’d stay again based on the price/value, but if the view is your main concern, this place certainly has a spectacular view.

Wait staff seemed irritated we took more time than they wanted to look at the menu and decide. Front desk staff answered our questions and helped us get a cab, but they really didn't seem happy to do so. Nothing is walkable to this hotel. Overall the view and breakfast were great, rooms were nice, but we wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent positon and view. Very good breakfasts. Dining good but limited menu. No proper bar in the hotel so we went to the one opposite, but that closed at 9 pm. The last funicular from Mergellina and its restaurants was at 10 pm, thereafter taxis had to be taken. Although the view from the terrace was spectacular, the view from my room was just a large wall!

We spent 3 nights in the hotel and the noise level was the worst I have ever experienced, guests continuously banged doors until the early mornings and then again as they departed in the early hours. The hotel is situated high up on a hill, there are no facilities in the immediate area, you are required to take a taxi every time you wish to go to the city centre. The photos on the website look like the hotel is on the level across from the Marina, however this is misleading . On a positive note, the staff in the restaurant are first class and the reception staff are helpful and friendly..

I loved the gorgeous views from Hotel Paradiso looking over Naples and all the way over to Sorrento. It was quiet at night which was nice, and the food and drinks at the terrace restaurant were enjoyable! The only difficulty was that with the way the roads are in Naples, the location felt a bit far from the 'heart' of Naples. We really did enjoy our stay here after getting engaged in Rome, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Naples in the future.

The views for the seafront were amazing. The room was clean as well. Location is very hard to get to. Also some electrical issues there as well. When we checked in the lights were not working in the room. We had also arranged for a driver through the hotel. Somehow we were unable to find him and we were left taking a taxi.The pool is also an appointment only pool. So unless you book it you cannot utilize it.

My son and I stayed for our 18th and 50th birthday celebrations. Staff were ok but prior to arriving we were told we would get a complimentary bottle of champagne. That never arrived. Nothing special was done for our birthday's either. Also for 2 days I complained about our shower tray filling up to the max when taking a shower. It was repaired slightly but still filling up and we weren't offered to change our room or anything.

Very old and need to be remodeled, the guy at the front desk was not very friendly, he gave me a partial sea view room even though reminded him that I paid for full view sea view , there are tow huge building in front of this hotel to block the view and they still advertise it as full sea view, the view was the only reason I booked that hotel.

While this hotel is not in the area for the attractions, it is a lovely hotel with amazing views overlooking the coast. We enjoyed the restaurant and the daily breakfast. The staff was helpful. The taxi from the main train station to the hotel was about 30 Euros and was about this amount when we took a taxi to the airport. For going to the main port, the front desk called a taxi which arrived within 5 minutes, and cost about 20 Euros (returning to the hotel in the evening was the same). The wifi disconnected periodically but was adequate. Several TV channels are available in English (CNN, etc)

Even though this hotel was further from the port and the pick up point for many day trips, the staff was very helpful and helping us use the cable car funicilare and bus system to get around. The breakfast that was included was excellent, great coffee and the best croissants I have ever had. Like much of Europe and Italy, it was not very handicap accessible for people who need accommodations in getting around. However I would stay there again for the service, the food and the view.
