Good breakfast. Short cab rides to big shopping areas and restaurants. Walkable neighborhood with shops and restaurants near hotell. Nice rooftop bar and pool.

It's located away from the touristy area and more towards residential. So transportation can be expensive to get to some spots if ur a tourist.

What I did like is that it's more in a residential area thus no tourist traps! You're truly with locals and local hangout and food!!!

I chose this hotel for my last night before I flew out of Napoli... I wanted a pool. Pool was perfect on the rooftop with the rooftop bar.

Would recommend if ur looking for a peaceful out of the way hotel. Staff was wonderful.

Very good breakfast. Staff were fantastic. Very good pizza nearby. A little out of town so short taxi ride to get to the centre but calmer because of that. Highly recommended

Our stay was deeply underwhelming and certainly did not reflect a 5-star rating. Even with a complimentary room upgrade, the space was extremely small and had a lingering, unpleasant smell of a dirty mop. The room temperature was far too high for sleeping, and when we asked to have the air conditioning adjusted, we were simply told to open a window. This was particularly frustrating as the smell of cigarette smoke from adjoining rooms was disgusting.
The \"luxury\" amenities were also lacking: the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable—feeling like bricks or stuffed fabric—and the spa was overpriced at €35 per person for just one hour. We opted to drive to Stufe di Nerone instead, which offered much better value. To top it off, breakfast was poor, and we were hit with extra costs of €30 per night for parking and a €5 city tax. We actually spent our first night searching for alternative hotels at 4:00 AM.

I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar.

Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous.

Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere.

We loved it so much here that we added an extra night. The staff was phenomenal and so very personable. The hotel is lovely, fresh and new and very clean. It was an easy location to take the train or bus around Naples. They provided parking as a cost.
We highly recommend this hotel. We do plan to return!

I don’t think I can fault this hotel!

The hotel and facilities are breathtaking, but more importantly for me was the professionalism of the staff and how helpful they were!

We had an early train trip and they organised my taxi and gave us a breakfast box to takeaway.

I’m looking forward to exploring the other hotels when we come back to Italy.

The hotel is nice but location isn’t the best and it’s definitely not a 5 star. I’d say it’s a very good 4 star. To be a 5 star in my opinion, the staff need better trainin. Two staff members decided to start having an argument in the middle of the breakfast area in front of guests then continued an explosive argument in the kitchen, which we could still hear. They could not care less whether people heard them or not. Italy is not known for world class customer service however even for Italy, it was really bad.

Otherwise the hotel is fine. Please note they don’t do room service after 10pm so if you arrive late and are hungry, you are out of luck.

We tried to book the spa but then the reception cannot actually book anything for you. Only the “spa lady” can and she was nowhere to be seen. We asked to be contacted so we could book some time to use the facilities but never heard back.

Lovely hotel, clean, everything was fabulous, staff all fantastic, delicious breakfast, etc. The only downside were the loungers at the pool that don’t have the reclining legs rest part, so you can only tan the front of your body.. lying on your tummy is very uncomfortable as the lounger ends at your knees.

The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. The facility is clean and classy. The roof top is perfect - it has shade and comfortable places to lounge. My son and I are grateful they let us check out and still use the roof top and spa while we waited to go to a concert close by! It was perfect!

First of all the hotel in the pictures is nothing like the actual hotel. They fail to mention that the spa they tout is $35 per perversion per hour and is so tiny you have to book a slot to use it. The hotel had only 9 rooms booked but yet does not give you the promised upgrade. It is not close to anything! It's in a weird neighborhood that is a good 20 min drive to the center of town. The rooms overlook a school yard... Everywhere you look there is an overabundance of LED lighting - super tacky and cheesy. A hard Pass!

Need to find more consciences cleaners

My friend and I booked online two days before our stay as we were traveling to many cities, moving along as we wanted to. We got a very good rate, but I do not consider this at five star sale as it was not clean in the common areas and especially in the rooms, it was obvious that the cleaner did not spend much time in the room as my companion shaved The night before and the shavings were all over the toilet area. There is really nothing good. I could say about this hotel.

The Front desk staff were awesome. Upgraded to a suite. The power shower is definitely a plus. On the downside was the noise on our last night ( party goers and perhaps garbage truck collection?????) it was impossible to sleep.

For me and my husband property was very convenient because we wanted to be close to the stadium.
If you’re not there for a game than its better to get hotel near the sea.
stuff was very nice. Hotel is brand new and everything is high tech)) room service was done everyday. Rooms are really soundproof.
We loved staying there.
