A bad hotel. You cant control your room temperature, it has to be controlled by the front desk. Mine was set at 25C and they couldn't turn it down. They changed my room. Same problem.
Shower didnt hold.
Plgus didn't work.

Room 306 had several serious faults that made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing.

• The bathroom light only worked if the key card was positioned in a very specific way even after numerous attempts by the staff and ourselves to finally get it to work.
• The main room light could not be switched off due to an electrical fault, leaving us no option but to cut the power from the fuse box in the room as advised by the front desk reception. Moving rooms was not an option as the hotel was fully booked.
• As a result, we were unable to use the air conditioning overnight once the power was off in the room to turn off main room light (which was very bright) making the room unbearably hot and leading to a very poor night’s sleep.
• To access the bathroom at night, I had to use my phone torch to reach the fuse box, which caused the main light to switch back on and disturb my son and husband.
• Being required to operate the fuse box ourselves was not only completely baffling but also potentially dangerous, and certainly not a solution I would expect in a 4-star hotel.

This is not the standard of service I expected, particularly as this stay was booked as a special treat for my son’s upcoming 16th birthday and we had travelled from the UK. Instead of being a comfortable and enjoyable experience, it was stressful and frustrating.
We will not be returning to this hotel ever again!

Hotel was well located for the University Federico II where I attended a conference. It is close to Maradona Stadium but otherwise it is somewhat isolated. Easily accessible by public transport and relatively in easy reach of the airport. Restaurants are somewhat mixed fare.
The hotel is excellent and the staff very helpful and attentive. The only slight concern was the food which is in need of some attention. The hotel refers to its restaurant as fine dining but it really isn't.

Hotel should improve thier signage. You cannot see the name of the hotel when using public transit. It is in white on faded background. You gave to stand next to it to see it. It would have been worse at night. Other than signage, everthing was excellent - room, staff, beakfast.

I know we don’t spend a lot of time in a bathroom but I think you know what I mean . Breakfast also rather disappointing on choices of meats and cheeses . Would I stay again 100% yes

Definitely recommend!!!

First of all it’s a really nice location, lots of shops around and the building looks very nice. The room was comfortable with very high specs especially for the price and the fact that the place has its own free parking makes the experience very comfortable especially if you travel with a car. The most important thing to mansions is the exceptionally amazing stuff!! They were so kind and polite, gave us very good recommendations for restaurants in the city and made our stay amazing!!!

The only negative is the distance from town. We got the metro to town which was easy from the hotel but we missed the last metro and had to get a taxi. The traffic in Naples is really bad so it took us 50minutes to get back compared to 10 min metro.

Small things matter. A complimentary bottle of water in a four star hotel dring 30 degrees heat would have been nice - but the minibar cost was 3e a bottle which is expensive. Breakfast was very basic and not up to standard for this star rating. No hot food, poor choice of cheese and ham (emental and cotto only) and very little choice of fresh fruit. It was a let down.

The hotel advertises high speed WIFI. Over the duration of our 6 day stay, the internet never worked sufficiently to sustain a connection. They refused to address the situation. We spoke with someone who has stayed at the hotel for three months, and the same thing - lots of talk and apology, but they know we are tourists and are never coming back, and get by with excuses. They refused to offer any credit for the lack of wifi. Cellular service is very expensive overseas and it has cost us dearly to be without wifi in the hotel.

Bottom line - if you value having wifi to connect with whomever, and for whatever reason, particularly if you are expecting what the hotel advertises, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Good hotel but systems are dated and the air conditioning leaves a lot to be desired- the room thermostat only works if you complain - the temperature is set at 25plus and is controlled by a central computer- I had to change rooms at 12.30am because we couldn’t get the temperature down- the night manager suggested I take a cold shower- which was in fact a sensible suggestion but not one you should have to do - unless you are early for breakfast the choice gets very limited - if you wait long enough they will top it up - my impression is that the hotel minimizes costs at the expense of their guests comfort - however I cannot fault the cleanliness and the attempt by the management staff to be helpful

Our stay of two weeks was rather pleasant in this hotel .
This a place that when in ‘off season’ can be good value for your money for what you get , not so sure though in high season when you will need to fork out a lot more.
The area is not ‘spectacular’ and rather dull , at night not very safe if you walk alone.
The outside of the hotel was scattered with broken glass of broken bottles and weeds from the first day and up to day we left.
Approach to the hotel entrance as you arrive for the first time can be rather challenging and difficult to find.
Our standard double room was very comfortable except for the bed itself which was only adequate for the 4 star status .
Plenty lights and switches to operate also the blinds, nice large make up mirror in bathroom lots of storage space, very efficient air conditioning, mini bar but not coffe/tea facilities , good quality toiletry.
Peculiar and not so pleasant odour in floor corridors, maybe due to the soiled carpet ,steam cleaned during our stay but not dried properly.
Hotel staff from concierge to breakfast room were excellent through out ,all the staff you meet in public areas they acknowledge and greet you every time.
Particularly Annamaria and the night concierge staff - Luciano b/fast Headwaiter with a charming dynamic personality very attentive andprofessional
Buffet b/fast adequate but could be more inspiring .
Minimalistic and not ordinary decor with the sort of ‘Marmite effect’.You either like it or hate it!

Nice hotel in odd location

The hotel is situated near a stadium which is nowhere near the city centre. The train takes about 18-20 mins but is rarely on time. When we arrived by car, the entrance was so odd that we couldn't find it despite asking locals. When we finally realised which door it was, it didn't really feel like we should've been entering there. The staff were really very nice and tried their level best to be as helpful as they could. The decor of the hotel has high aspirations but it felt like an over decorated chain hotel.

Hotel Amenities, Cleanliness, Service and Food (Breakfast) was absolute top notch. Room had built in audio system, power curtains and blinds which was refreshing. Shower stall in the bathroom was small, you could not properly shower without pushing shower door opening, causing water puddle.

Area of the hotel location is ok, not dangerous but alright. To us it felt like hotel was super nice to be in ok neighborhood.

Service is ok, room is ok but its a basic hotel with limited options in terms of food and facilities.

Area is not great unless you going for football as its RIGHT next to the stadium, so avoid match days.

Good deigned 4 star hotel, clean, well mantained, with a very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well sized, with good facilities and features. Great confort, design, colors.
The hotel location is not central (next to the football arena), but with easy public transportation to the city center (until 22.00, then taxi for 13 euro).

My husband and I were looking for a quick place to stay while we were in Italy. We drove from Rome in hopes to visit Naples and Pompeii, but we were sorely disappointed. We booked the hotel for the night and our stay was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the neighborhood was atrocious. We had hoped to walk the city a bit, but neither of us felt it was safe to leave the hotel. We left the next morning and went on to Florence.

2 nights, great location for Napoli games, cry large, clean, comfortable rooms. Only 1/4 mile to Campi Flegri metro stop, do visiting other areas of Napoli a breeze. Will definitely stay here when I return.

Great Hotel - Not So Great Location.

The hotel, itself was great. The room size was good and it was very clean. The front desk service could have used a little more knowledge and service skills. The location of the hotel in Naples was not great - it was far from most sites and we didn't really feel comfortable walking around at night near the hotel. The continental breakfast was superb! I would recommend this hotel for a short stay - but know that you'll be taking cabs to any sites in the city. Also, the hotel bar closed a early.

This place was amazing and if go to Naples you will rate it 11 out of 10 if you could because nothing is this nice in that city. Staff was amazing even held a package for me for 2 weeks prior to my visit.

Come ogni anno mi reco in questo hotel in questo periodo, ed ogni volta non posso che confermare l'eccellenza di questo hotel. Dalla posizione al personale molto qualificato.
L'unica insufficienza l'ho messa nella pulizia per colpa delle tovagliette in plastica forate posizionate sui tavoli sia a colazione che a cena che non vengono mai sostituite e neanche pulite. Sarebbe meglio una semplice tovaglietta in carta usa e getta.

Ottimo posizione e albergo confortevole e pulito. Letto molto comodo. L’unico neo la colazione. Pernotto praticamente un terzo dell’anno in alberghi (soprattutto all’estero)e non mi è mai capitato di dover pagare un extra per le uova strapazzate. Un albergo a quattro stelle dovrebbe offrire un colazione completa. Per il resto non ho nulla da eccepire.

L'Hotel è difficile da raggiungere, le indicazioni sui navigatori conducono a tutt'altra destinazione. La pulizia della camera non era un gran che. Polvere accumulata negli angoli e segni di usura ovunque. Riscaldamento non funzionante alla data del 10 settembre, a quanto pare per \"direttive\" di risparmio energetico da parte del comune di Napoli. Ventilazione forzata \"fredda\" nella camera non escludibile in alcun modo. Nella tripla prenotata, il terzo letto era in realtà un divano aperto per l'occorrenza.

Ambiente wirkt etwas kühl, Umgebung durch das Fussballstadion geprägt (viel hässlicher Beton), Vorort.
Hotel selbst ist ok und sauber (mit einigen kleinen Mängeln).
Bei Anreise mit dem Auto muss man durch die Via Guglielmo Marconi zum Parkplatz fahren (Piazzale V. Tecchio ermöglicht keine Zufahrt).
S-Bahn in der Nähe (20 Minuten ins Zentrum).
