This has got to be the most beautiful hotel we have yet to stay at. So clean and quiet with the most gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant serves healthy and top notch gourmet food. The breakfast is delicious with a wide assortment of things. We will be back to stay here the next time we visit Portugal!

Excelente hotel para famílias.

O quarto é excelente. A vista esplêndida. O atendimento um primor. Só há alguns pormenores que precisam ser revistos. As toalhas estavam manchadas e ao frequentar o salão de jogos, perdemos 1 euro, pois o brinquedo não funcionou.
É um hotel muito barulhento na zona dos restaurantes. Um hotel voltado para famílias com crianças.

Situé dans la nature dans une ville manifique que l’on connais peux.
Nous avons effectué 2 massage mon conjoint et moi et nous avons été dessus pas la durée de c’est dernier car il était indiquer 1h et la masseuse nous a fait profiter de 40 min de massage domage

Fomos recebidos com um miminho entregue no quarto quando chegamos e outro entregue no check out para trazer-mos. Estadia extremamente agradável, sendo de destacar pela positiva o cuidado colocado por todo o pessoal do hotel, o ambiente informal e descontraído dos mesmos e as condições do hotel. Pela negativa apenas a temperatura da água da piscina interior, a qual é demasiado baixa e não permite o conforto esperado neste tipo de instalações, retirando o principal atrativo da mesma.

A minha experiência foi muito agradável, adorei as instalações do hotel, o pequeno almoço muito bom!!
Jantei no hotel e foi divinal adorei tudo.
Apenas achei o quarto frio e o facto de não haver varanda foi um bocado incomodativo pois abrindo a janela o frio vinha para o quarto e a temperatura a noite não sobe acima dos 21.5 graus.
Gostaria de ter experimentado a experiência Birdly mas infelizmente estava fora de serviço.
A área de spa também é pequena para a quantidade de pessoas que têm.

a minha experiência no Pena Park Hotel foi fenomenal desde o quarto, a piscina, sauna, banho turco o restaurante. O serviço é impecável.
A única coisa que tenho a apontar é que durante a noite tanto eu como quem me acompanhava fomos picados por mosquitos e acordamos com algumas borbulhas espalhadas pelo corpo.

Muito bonito, limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos, cozinha Excelente, apenas dois aspectos a melhorar... A ausência de roupões nos quartos origina a que os clientes andem enrolados em toalhas a caminho do spa o que não é confortável e não fica nada bem... A reserva efetuada foi de um quarto confort acessivel e foi-me atribuído outro compatível mas mais pequeno e não me deram qualquer explicação pela troca... Se não tinham o quarto disponível não permitiam a reserva, penso que seria melhor... Contudo a natureza em volta, o descanso e a simpatia compensou!!! Nunca estive num hotel com funcionários tão simpáticos, parabéns à equipa!!!

Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Prima hotel, heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Prima restaurant, goede afwisselende kaart en ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.
Tip: voeg badjas en slippers toe zodat je als gast gemakkelijk door het hotel kunt lopen op weg naar zwembad etc.

Simplesmente espetacular, todo o staff do hotel muito prestável e simpático. Sempre de sorriso no rosto e prontos a ajudar. As piscinas excelentes! Pequeno almoço muito variado. Quartos agradáveis e muito limpos. Pretendemos voltar, sem dúvida.

É super tranquilo ❤️ Adorei, as paisagens, o pequeno-almoço, o facto de ter a passos um park com actividades ligadas à Natureza, a simpatia dos colaboradores (muito importante), um hotel limpinho e airoso! Quanto às refeições, se gostam de cozinha gourmet optem pela pensão completa fica mais em conta, se gostam de comer e beber bem e barato aconselho meia pensão e a procurarem restaurantes perto do hotel.
Um óptimo sítio para um fim de semana a dois.
