Great 4* hotel. Food and drink aplenty. Beach is stunning! Swim up room fantastic but we think they should give you some drinks in your room and maybe a visit to one of the additional cost restaurant's included in your stay with this room type. Kids loved it, pools are fantastic - so much to do! We like Insotel in Menorca and now Majorca!

The hotel was average, needs lots of maintenance, very old TV with limited channels. We wanted to use the spa but we never see any staff there to book it . Food was good, Hotel is spit 3 parts a busy street splits the complex in the middle. We checked in and were told we have given an upgrade for the roof but we ended up in subterranean room without any natural light and the the view from the window was of the restaurant roof, what an amazing upgrade. We had to ask the be downgraded so we can get some natural lighting and didn't feel like we were in dungeon.

Great for bringing kids.Food and staff were pretty good. Near the beach. However, the resort needs some love but does the trick. We had a good stay but there were plenty of small repairs/updating that would be required and the beds were not comfortable.

By American standards, this is a 3.5 star resort. Set your expectations accordingly, and you will enjoy your stay. Staff is great, and there is a lot on property and nearby calas for kids. Also, it's about 7 miles or 15 minutes from Nadal Academy where my son trained.

They had an outstanding staff, including a very impressive and skilled entertainment team (shows both kids and adults activities). Their friendliness, talent and energy made all the difference. Also, the spa and spa team were five stars. Our family had a great holiday, largely thanks to the hard working and friendly hotel staff.

Family booking with friends in Block D - All Good!

Fantastic holiday, with great food and branded drinks. The hotel staff, in particular the Animation team worked tirelessly to ensure guests had a great stay. Only feedback is that we stayed for 9 days in June and there was some queues for meal times and to get into Insi Splash Park at 10.30. I wouldn't like to stay here in the peak of July/August as I imagine it would be crazy busy. All in all though a terrific hotel, we stayed in Block D, which was fine and only a 5 min walk so no problem (even with a pushchair). We're looking to go back already.

Good food & lovely 18+ pool, but not true a 4 star

Beautiful pools, especially the 18+ pool, private pool (we had a swim up suite) and bar are very nice. Food is overall good, but the 50's Diner isn't worth the money. Never had worse burgers, fries and milkshake. Odd you have to pay 12 euros for this restaurant while the other restaurants are included. Also strange to ask for 20 euros for a towel. And even more odd you may only change it once a week, why?!? And when you do things beside the all inclusive, you can't write that on your room number. So you have to pay in cash or with you credit card, every time you order something extra. There's a fridge in your room, but it's empty. Why don't you stack it with water. My husband and I had a nice holiday, but if they make the effort it would really be a 4 star hotel.

Great place to stay just a couple of things!!!

The Gym and pools don't open till 10am, which is late if you are a morning exerciser. The gym is self contained and accessed by your room key so I could not understand why this could not be opened earlier.

Tea trays in the room would be nice, but you can hire a kettle with a 20 euro deposit, just need to pop to the shop to buy coffee and milk, which is just up the road.

Food was very good, lots of choice and regularly replenished.

Adult only accommodation and pool area very nice.

Choice of drinks all inclusive, very good with well know brands instead of local spirits. Sangria at adult pool area was excellent.

Super family hotel!

So far the best hotel I've stayed in! Lots to do. Separate space for families and adults only. Kids club, fun activities , good shows, super good food even for my super picky daughter. The hotel is almost perfect. I just can say that the water was freezing and we couldn't enjoy the incledible pools because of it. I really encourage to get a pool heater so people can enjoy better they stay. I would say is perfect hotel but the pool thing makes it almost perfect.

Great hotel; especially for kids.

Hotel very well equipped for kids. Wonderfully pleasant staff who couldn't be more helpful; regardless of request. Food was of reasonable quality and always plenty of choice. No shortage of sun beds at any of the many pools; though that was probably more to do with the time of year than anything (April 2015). Downside for us was the freezing cold water in the pools - but that's no slight on the hotel. If I had any moan, it would be the pool towels. You pay a refundable deposit (which is fine) however they have to do you for the week...there's no changing them for clean ones every day, or even every couple of days! (Although one staff member did say we could try asking but there's no guarantee). Not what we're used to but only a minor gripe...it wouldn't stop me recommending the hotel. Overall we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay here, which was the whole purpose of our weeks holiday.

superb family holiday hotel,something for everone

Good quality hotel,based over four different hotels A..B..C..D .My wife and myself stayed in area A ,room was of a very good standard with sitting room with modern flat screen tv,a small kitchenette nicely hiden behind a door.The bathroom was modern with bath and stand in bath shower and hair dryer.The bedroom hand nice twinn bed with a huge wardrobe and lots of coat hangers.The swimming pool area always had plenty of sunbeds,no need for early rises to lay towels on beds.
The entertainment team worked their socks off throughout the day to keep guests happy,and the evening shows looked very proffesional,with a kids mini disco before the main show that always was well attended and the children looked very happy joining in with the singing and dancing.
We stayed as AI guests and found the choices in the dinning room at all dinning times very good,and always found a table without any problem.Throughout the day food and drink are always available in a sit away from the pool area under a nice bit of shade ,on mentioning drink the quality of the drink is superb,always good brand names.
We visited the area B ,this also had a nice pool area plus an outdoor theatre.The other area we visited C this looked fantastic with a modern splash area for adults and children with huge shutes and slides plus a pirate ship and lots of fun things,there was another swimming pool in another part with plenty of sunbeds and bar,free bicycles are available with orginised trips,squash and tennis courts.

Good family hotel

For all of the points I have marked the hotel on you could not fault it, the room was cleaned every day and the staff were very helpful and friendly. All of the pool areas were jet washed every day and generally the upkeep of the hotel was very good. The food does start to get a bit repetitive after a week but this is pretty standard for all inclusive type hotels - there was always food available and plenty of it, including a picnic if you requested it. The one thing I would encourage people to avoid is the shared transport to and from the hotel/airport. This hotel is about 1 hour from the airport in a taxi and I was told would cost about 70 euro's each way, the shared transport took almost 2.5 hours on the way back to the airport, we were collected 5 hours before our flight and picked up 10 or 12 other groups before finally heading for a main road and the airport - get a taxi or hire a car!

An enjoyable week in the sun

This hotel has something for everyone. The family complex is fantastic for younger children and my children thoroughly enjoyed the new waster park. The twice dailywater aerobics sessions were really fun for the adults and the reps do their best to tempt everyone to join in with all the different daily activities. The beach was fantastic and the food was of a very good standard. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with young children.

This hotel hasn't got the capacity to cope with the amount of guests. Predominantly for Germans, we were ignored and made to feel unwelcome. Dining experience was awful, no service, not enough plates, food was below par. Cups would run out for drinks. Room in area C was very good and had many english channels but understand Area A rooms not good and Area B is for Italian's version of Saga (it really is). Went to Insotel Punta Prima in Menorca last year which was excellent. Recommend you go there instead.

Wonderful Trip

The trip was excellent because of the island. The resort was not a bad place to stay, everyone was very friendly and helpful. What I didn't like about it was how far away from the airport and city it was. The bus system was very good but the hours limited the availability to get to and from the airport. Not many people spoke English, so it might not be as pleasant of an experience if you don't know any Spanish. The resort leaves it up to you to be proactive about any of the activities offered... there are schedules posted for all of the sports/entertainment. I didn't participate in any of the resort activities other than the buffet every day. The food was good and it came free with my reservation. They also offer an all-inclusive package but I don't know exactly the details of it. There is a cove/beach nearby, within 5 min walking distance. All in all, I would say if you are an independent and proactive traveler it is a good place to stay, very peaceful and relaxing. It also was a little more quiet I believe because I went before the tourist season began. One of the staff told me that usually there are around 2000 people at the resort and at the time I was there, there were only about 50-60. I would look for a different location next time. It is near Porto Cristo but most of the sights are near Palma.

the beach is actually about 300m from the hotel. The sea is very stormy in this area, but 10-15 km north the sea is calm, and beaches are better.

Insotel cala mandia

Needs severe updating and maintenance of so called apartments. Not good resort for children as there are too many stairs and very rocky to get to the beach. Near a nice town of Porto Cristo, but that is the ony highlight. Unless you are German, whom the resort seems to cater to, stay away. Recommend Viva Bahia near Alcudia. Better beach and more activities.

Un resort parfait pour divertir les enfants

Immense resort avec plusieurs piscines dont un parc aquatique pour les enfants. Plein d'activités pour eux, des terrains de tennis, de foot, de basket, location de vélos, poneys et chevaux, spectacles, mini disco ... Bref vraiment de quoi divertir les enfants de tous âges. Super aussi qu'il y ait un aire aquatique intérieure pour les tout petits et un espace de jeu interieur. La plage est pas très loin et elle est très jolie. Les chambres sont ok, pas très grandes et un peu organisées bizarrement mais elles sont propres. 3 petits points négatifs qui n'ont en rien gâché notre séjour mais qui peuvent être facilement optimisés : les lits bébés ne sont pas confortables et sales (pas de housse de protection), le son est trop fort pour les spectacles (au delà de la limite autorisée) et la nourriture est plutôt moyenne (mais vu le tarif, c'était attendu). Aussi, une piscine chauffée aurait été bienvenue étant donné le froid sur cette dernière semaine d'avril.

Semaine à 4 en famille

Très bon hotel avec de belles prestations en particulier pour les familles.
La propreté des lieux et des chambres, la gentillesse du personnel sont un vrai plus. La plage en dessous est très belle et l'accès ukrra rapide. Le buffet varie à chaque repas c'est top.
Seul petit hic, les chambres pourraient être mieux insonorisées.

hôtel familial avec un bel espace aquatique. Personnel accueillant et disponible pour les clients. Le seul bémol à notre séjour reste la restauration qui est identique quel que soit le restaurant. L'hôtel propose de réserver certains restaurants dont un payant car il y a un spectacle !! Le problème est qu'au moment de la réservation, on vous demande de choisir un horaire (en fonction de la disponibilité !!) sans vous préciser qu'au dernier service à 20H, il n'y a plus de spectacle (je comprends donc pourquoi il ne reste que de la place pour ce service) vous payer donc un spectacle que vous ne voyez pas !! N'allez surtout pas voir la personne chargée des relations publiques pour essayer de régler le problème car celui ci s'en moque totalement et ne vous proposera aucune solution !!!!! Merci Monsieur pour votre gentillesse et votre inefficacité

Superbe hôtel avec une partie Adult Only très appréciable
Chambre avec terrasse privative et sa piscine.
Buffet au top (petit-déjeuner et déjeuner).
Le point particulier est la possibilité de réserver des restaurants où nous sommes servis par des personnes à table. Le South est génial et c'est très raffiné !!!
Point d'amélioration, les cocktails côté bar famille qui sont vraiment pas top. Ceux fait par le bar du South sont très bon !
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Superbe hôtel familial tout compris

Excellent séjour familial. Periode idéale pour découvrir Majorque. Temps magnifique.
Les professionnels de l'hôtel sont très aimables et à l'écoute. Après une premiere nuit dans une chambre sur jardin nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car nous l'avions trouvé un peu sonore (je suis très sensible au bruit) et humide( nous avons séjourné à Majorque 10 jours après less grosses inondations qui ont frappé l'île)
On nous a attribué une autre chambre qui a été parfaite.
Au restaurant le personnel est d'une grande amabilité et fait son maximum pour répondre aux demandes de la clientèle. Toujours souriant.
Le buffet est de bonne qualité.
Les piscines sont très sympas meme si à cette periode l'eau est un peu fraîche. Infrastructures au top pour les enfants !
Le stationnement dans la rue est facile et gratuit.
La plage est très sympa et on peut rejoindre à pied cala Anguilla qui est superbe.

très beau complexe les pieds dans une eau cristal

une semaine en famille avec deux enfants 8 et 5 ans dans ce superbe hôtel. 5 grandes piscines de quoi dorer au soleil, un espace aquatique superbe pour les enfants et la plage à 5 mn de la réception qui est de toute beauté une de mes préférée par rapport à d'autre sur Palma.
Nous avons séjourné dans le area c, très belle chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la mer merci, les repas sont délicieux, surtout la soirée gambas, un petit clin d'oeil au Surf où nous avons été 2 soirs tellement c'était agréable et calme (un vin rouge à la carte très bon). Les spectacles sont très bien et pas répétitifs, nous avons passé de superbes soirées en famille. Le spa est très agréable aussi. Porto cristo se trouve à 2,5km soit 7 euros en taxi et c'est un super village, ne pas hésiter à louer une voiture ce n'est pas cher et nous avons découvert de joli coin. En bref de superbes vacances dans un complexe qui mérite ses 4 étoiles ; aucun point négatif

Hotellin täyshoito on todella kattava ja ruokaa sekä juomaa riittää. Hotellin useat allasalueet jakavat isonkin asukasmäärän tasaisesti, ettei jonoja synny. Helppo hotelli lasten kanssa. Adult only alueet taas tarjoavat laadukkaan loman aikuiseen makuun.

Hôtel confortable, proche de la plage.
Complexe Très adapté aux familles avec enfants.
Petit bemol: plage un peu petite compte tenu de l'affluence.
