The rooms felt cozy despite the green carpet and dated look. No A/C but they provide a decent fan and you can open the windows for fresh air. Loved that! The hardest part was finding the hotel. Our GPS did not recognize the address and with construction on the small rd / confusing signs we circled around for almost an hour before finding the hotel.
Parking is very limited as well but there is a garage. The hotel is linked to another hotel with the pool being at that location. The front desk clerk explained that it was a 150 m walk but we didn’t know what direction. We booked 2 rooms as we were traveling with 3 kids. We were given one room because our kids were unloading the car and the check in clerk “didn’t see them” . After that confusion we received the key to the second room. Driving is challenging because the road is basically one lane traffic going both ways and you have to boldly drive into the oncoming traffic to make it on the hotel parking lot in one piece.
Bressanone is beautiful and you can just step right out of the hotel and walk everywhere.
Overall a good experience once you get past the traffic patterns and communication.

The check-in is closed at 20:00. We get to the hotel at 19:30 and front main door was closed and after circling the town few times we discovered that we need to check-in in another hotel that belong to the group.
There was no simple thing as sign or notification that the check-in is done elsewhere.
Also, we ordered 2 rooms for 5 people and we find out that the are 2 queen beds and additional sofa and the sofa was not the one that open to a bed but just a sofa with a sheet on it which is not suitable for humans.
Also, the hotel got no air condition (4 starts hotel!).
there just supplied ventilators and we sweat all night.
The reception ladies at check-in was not helpful and suggest to help us find another hotel that we should pay for it which is ridiculous. Eventually and after 2 hours of check-in process we got a folded bed for our son and at check-out they agreed to refund 1 room out of 2 (at least that) that should be offered at first place but in general it was a terrible experience.

Last time of my life at this hotel.

There is no amenities in this hotel. You have to go outside and walk in the snow for 200 meters and go to another hotels for restaurant, bar, spa,...

The light didn`t work in my room, but the front desk was empty after 21H00. But the TV was working...

And to get there, is near impossible. After turning 30 minutes around, I had to go in the wrong direction of a one way to get there. There is free parking, but the gate is closed, you have to park in the street on flasher, go inside, check in, scan your passport and after all this you have to go back and it will open the gate.

Even the book information of the hotel is not the valid one,this is the other hotel, there is no underground garage, there is no restaurant, you cannot have the breakfast in your room...

I lost money cancelling 2 others nights, but I just didn`t want to go back ever.

Very nice hotel in town

We stayed at this hotel before in 2005 and said we would go back and we did. The hotel facilities and amenities are wonderful but the check in and out procedures are not convenient for anybody. First of all the man at the desk cant speak to you. He takes your passport at check in and you cant get it back for a few hours because registration is not at that location. Because you are not registered yet you can't get wifi access. You have to go down the street to the sister hotel to retrieve your passport. Same procedure for checkout. Not acceptable !!!!

Séjour de 3 nuits, hôtel très bien localisé, personnel agréable lors du check-in, les chambres sont clairement datées et mériteraient un coup de frais mais elles sont néanmoins confortables.
Par contre, les couettes individuelles sont vraiment trop petites !

Scelto per la posizione centrale e silenziosa, ho trovato nella reception pronta risposta alle mie necessità. Ho richiesto una proroga di alcuni giorni e un aggiornamento per la poca mobilità di mia moglie e il tutto è stato prontamente risolto e senza maggiori oneri.

Haben in der Tiefgarage geparkt…wenn man dann dort den Eingang benutzt und es nicht gerade gut riecht (modrig), ist schon der erste Eindruck dahin! Grund dafür wahrscheinlich der indoor Pool!
Ich hatte am Anreisetag Geburtstag, aufmerksam wäre gewesen, wenn man mindestens gratuliert hätte! Ich musste meinen Ausweis abgeben, da hätte man es erkennen können! Einrichtung insgesamt sehr altmodisch. Positiv war das Frühstücksbuffet! Da hat es an nichts gefehlt!

Struttura non semplice da trovare, in quanto ci hanno sistemato nella dependance. Camera piccola ma pulita, letto comodissimo, tv molto mal posizionato, wi-fi buono. Bagno molto piccolo, scomodo da utilizzare così come la vasca invece di una doccia di più facile utilizzo.
Ottimo il parcheggio antistante la struttura.
Colazione veramente ottima, completa, varia, abbondante e di ottima qualità !

L'Hotel Residence Gasser funge da \"dependance\" del \"Gruner Baum\" (ove si trovano le strutture dedicate al wellness). La posizione è ideale, proprio di fronte ai giardini pubblici, con il centro di Bressanone a due passi e comodissimo risulta il capiente parcheggio sul retro della struttura. Stanze dotate di ogni comfort e molto silenziose; colazione varia ed abbondante, sia nel dolce che nel salato. La reception non è presidiata al mattino.

L’hotel è situato nel cuore della città, a due passi dal centro storico.
Dal balcone si possono ammirare sia i campanili della cattedrale che le Dolomiti innevate.
A pochi minuti si può raggiungere anche la fermata dello skibus che porta alla cabinovia della Plose, il trasporto è incluso nel servizio della brixencard che l’hotel omaggia ai suoi ospiti.
Il personale dell hotel è molto gentile e disponibile ad accogliere ogni richiesta del cliente.

Personale cordiale e disponibile. La pecca è che il ristorante non era all’interno dell’hotel ma a 50 mt in un altro hotel degli stessi proprietari e questo non era stato specificato.
Il divano letto dove dormivano i miei figli era scomodissimo e anche malmesso mio figlio ha preferito dormire a terra una sera. Per il resto tutto bene peccato perché con poco più poteva essere perfetto

Colazione ottima, personale di sala sempre disponibile.

Andrebbe indicato più chiaramente sulle pagine di prenotazione se si tratti della struttura principale o della dependance. La piscina è a disposizione degli ospiti, ma si trova nella struttura principale, che si trova a 150-200 metri dalla dependance.

Da rivedere il sistema di accesso ai parcheggi della dependance, che non prevede la possibilità di utilizzare la chiave magnetica. Occorre infatti citofonare alla reception.

Das Hotel liegt optimal zur Innenstadt und hat einen gesicherten Parkplatz auf den Hinterhof. Etwas problematisch war die Anfahrt, da sich das Hotel nur von einer Richtung erreicht werden kann und drum herum nur Einbahnstraßen sind.
Gar nicht gefallen hat uns, dass man zum Bezahlen in das Haupthaus gehen oder fahren muss.

Ottima posizione, camera triple spaziosa, aree comuni molto curate, colazione a buffet discreta (per l'Alto Adige, dove si possono fare colazioni che nel resto d'Italia non esistono). Il parcheggio per i clienti ha una decina o poco piu' di posti. Se non si trova li' (come successo a noi) si parcheggia sul Lungo Isarco (davanti all'hotel) a pagamento (salvo festivi) se si trova posto, oppure in un garage a 10 euro a notte.

Il mio soggiorno è stato presso l'hotel Gruner Baum dove sono stato spostato senza preavviso nonostante avessi prenotato al Gasser con oltre un mese di anticipo. Avevo già soggiornato due volte al Gasser quindi era quello l'hotel che volevo. Nonostante il disguido è andato tutto bene ma avrei gradito almeno essere avvisato in anticipo per evitare di presentarmi all'hotel Gasser e sentirmi dire che non c'era nessuna mia prenotazione e relativo momento di panico.

Es war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt - meist in der Residenz Gasser und dieses Mal im Haupthaus, weil die Residenz nicht in Betrieb war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstück und Halbpension (Vor- und Nachspeisenbuffet sowie freie Wahl aus der Tageskarte) sind ausgezeichnet. Zum Skibus (Plose) und ins Stadtzentrum läuft man nur ein paar Minuten.

Mi sono trovato benissimo. Ottimo servizio e pulizia, oltre ad una buonissima organizzazione dei servizi. Sono stato nella dependance/residence della struttura principale, ma nonostante sia poco distante dalla reception principale (150m), devo riconoscere che è organizzato bene. Forse consiglierei appena possibile di eseguire una ristrutturazione esterna dell'edificio, nonchè l'ingresso principale, per dare un definitivo giudizio più che positivo. Grazie

車でのアクセスが要注意なホテル

フネス谷の観光のために宿泊しました。到着が9時頃でしたが、ホテルの駐車場が満車で、系列のホテルまで移動して駐車しました。翌日はぎりぎり停められましたが、停められなかった人もいるはずです。早めにつけば問題無いでしょうが、系列のホテルからは徒歩5分くらいはかかるので、スーツケースはドロップしてフロントに預けて移動した方が良いです。また9時を過ぎると受付に人がいないため、インターフォンで呼ぶ必要があります。系列のホテルから全力で来てくれますが、やはり時間がかかるのでストレスです。チェックイン後はキーを貰えるのでホテルに自由に出入りできますが、最初の不便さは感じました。あとは快適なホテルです。

Hübsches Hotel in der Stadtnähe

Das Hotel krasser gehört zum Hotel Grüner Baum und wieder über diese Rezeption zum ein und aus checken genutzt. Die Zimmer sind sehr Sehr hell und sehr ruhig. In jedem Zimmer ist der gut funktionierendes WLAN vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausreichend. Eine täglich abwechselnde frische Obstbar für selbst gemachte Säfte ist ebenso vorhanden.

Einziges Manko ist die Eingangstür zum Hotel. Die Zimmerkarten welche für das öffnen schließen hierfür verwendet werden sollten unbedingt erneuert werden.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La sede centrale è lontana 200 metri dalla dipendence che ho dovuto percorrere per dare le generalità alle 12,00, ma anche per riconsegnare la chiave alle 9,00 di mattina, perché la reception della dipendence funziona solo a partire dalle 14, solo per consegnare le chiavi, che poi vanno riconsegnate alla sede centrale. Le chiavi elettroniche hanno una funzionalità non molto facile, ho dovuto introdurla anche 3 volte nel senso giusto prima di aprire la porta e poi nel lettore di chiave per accendere la luce nella camera. La camera singola aveva solo un cuscino molto sottile che non favorisce il sonno ( non è presente alcun altro cuscino nell'armadio). Non è stata una notte molto piacevole e riposante.

Camera molto spaziosa (eravamo in tre e siamo stai molto comodi), silenziosa , materassi comodi.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile, anche se la reception non è sempre attiva...
Unico piccolo neo il termostato, che in camera non è presente, quindi non si può regolare la temperatura in base alle proprie necessità..comunque la camera è normalmente calda.

Abbiamo prenotato con 15 giorni di anticipo per sole 3 notti nel periodo di capodanno. Sinceramente temevo che ci avessero messo in una camera recuperata all'ultimo, visto poi che viaggiavamo con un Golden Retriever a seguito. E invece no! Camera all'ultimo piano con veranda affacciata sul fiume. Pulizia eccellente, TV LCD, frigo, vasca da bagno e doccia. Noi avevamo la formula b&b ma abbiamo mangiato due volte nel ristorante dell'hotel. Il cibo buono ma non mi ha estasiato come il resto del soggiorno. Colazione decisamente sopra la media (eccellente per chi ama i dolci). Piscina e idromassaggio compresi nel prezzo, sono rimasto però un po' male X il fatto che secondo me l'acqua era un po' fredda.
