The hotel is brilliantly located for exploring the main sites in Rome; the rooms are well-appointed; the breakfast is delicious; and the staff are friendly and helpful. Hello we stayed for 4 days in December but room we got was very small for 4 people the bathroom was open to room and there was only one curtain so no privacy when you are berthing there should be sliding doors for the bathroom and for toilet the staff was good but small things makes huge difference

Staff was helpful, informative, and friendly. The breakfast was ample. The only window in our room looked into a light well, but we really didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so it was fine. And the bed was comfortable.

Our stay was perfect for our 3 days in Rome. The area is busy but not too crazy and so it was quiet at night yet close to all the great areas for dining and shopping. The management was poor at the desk. Slow check in, didn’t communicate when they failed to make a dinner reservation at 2 restaurants, never received a wake-up call, rooftop bar food fair at best, shower stall was a casket-so tiny it was difficult to b nd over, water easily ran out, and way over priced.

The location of this hotel is ideal, but everything else fell very short. The hotel itself is pretty small, which based on its location in Rome I would expect, but I feel the price just doesn’t justify the experience of staying there. The room has a strong artificial fragrance that seemed to be sprayed on the sheets, the hallways were almost always filled with piles of dirty towels and cleaning carts (pretty much our entire stay), and when we returned from dinner in the evening the hallway to our room smelled of sewage.
The positives were that the location is wonderful and the rooftop was great, nevertheless I simply wouldn’t recommend for your stay in Rome at this price point. Unfortunately after an incredible trip throughout Italy this was a disappointing end.

2. I must say: although this isn’t the hotel’s problem, the bar staff at The Gin Corner (the rooftop bar) is not exactly great. I’ll leave that one for the Google review, but overall, the hotel didn’t leave me with a ‘Yes! Definitely coming back feeling!). If anything, I found it to be a little pricey for what it is.

We stayed here in a three-person suite with my husband and sister. The room itself was spacious and had a loft area, but the layout was very odd. Upstairs there was a headboard on the wall with lamps on either side, a dining table, a china cabinet, and even a toilet/sink combo—but no bed. The entire middle of the loft was just empty space, making it feel unfinished and unusable.
Downstairs, there was one large bed plus a sofa/day bed that served as the third sleeping option. When we asked if a bed or even a cot could be added upstairs, the front desk said no, which was disappointing given we booked a three-person suite and expected the loft to serve that purpose.
The hotel overall felt dated, with mismatched furniture and a disjointed design. In my opinion, this was not a four-star experience—more like a 2.5 to 3 star at best. I would not return and would suggest sticking to a chain hotel if you prefer more consistent, U.S.-style accommodations

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had good amount of variety. The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is convenient for walking and enjoying touring the city of Roma. There was a hotel guest that was having a conflict with a partner and was yelling and loud at night. But other than that, we had a great stay.
