Very noisy neighbors, no windows, no reception, TV very small, toilet very narrow, very old cushions and mattress, no coffee or tea etc for 4 days, no bed side table, very small and very cold noisy fridge, I could hear the bathroom next door, loose shower, I had to carry 4 keys, there's a door Bell that rings from noon to midnight, and we had no electricity from just after midnight untill 09.00 on 1st of January, I have photos and recordings if needed...

Great location, especially to catch early morning train: directly across street from station, south side (higher track numbers). Spotlessly clean and comfortably decorated. Strong wifi. Contactless check-in arranged through WhatsApp, I liked: reliable, timely communication and clear instructions. For shopping district and old town, you can go through station tunnel, or walk short distance east to northbound pedestrian bridge, putting you right on Corso Cavour. This is the shadier side of the station, which might put off the timid solo traveller, but I had no problems. There are lots of people at all hours, and rooms are well secured behind four locked doors. Despite facing train station, soundproofing is excellent; all's quiet with door closed. Good heat and hot water.

Good for a one night stay

It was a good room for a one night stay. The window seals worked very well and kept out most of the street and station noise so we slept well. Very handy for our 07:03 train as we could fall out of bed, make coffee, shower and be on the train in less than an hour! It was also handy for finding somewhere to eat; even though the closest pizzeria was shut for holidays, we found one (I Mancini) a few streets away and the quality was amazing.

We rented a room with 2 single bed and there was barely a window. Including the washroom, the entire space is under 200 square feet! The photos of the other rooms seemed much bigger than ours. This place is across the train station which super convenient but the area is not good! Better to stay in the Vecchia area! Constructive started at 6am, the drilling of concrete! Overall I would sacrifice convenience for a better area next time!

The location was undeniably strategic, but it came with a major downside: constant noise. To make matters worse, the noise wasn’t limited to outside — even inside the house, it was disturbingly loud. The lack of soundproofing in the room made it feel like there was no privacy at all.
If you are passing by Bari for one night it should be fine but more than that I would not recommend.

It's very sketchy at first. There is no reception and you're not made aware of how to check-in until AFTER you've made a reservation. You have to stand on the street and call the property who then buzzes you in the gate, stand outside rhe building and they buzz you in the building, walk up a flight of stairs and they give you a code to enter to open that door, then they tell you which room your in and you find a full set of keys hanging on the inside. You have to walk this Maxwell Smart labyrinth of doors anytime you come and go without the need to call again. At check-out you're told to lock the room and leave your keys at the desk by the self-locking door and follow the instructions on how to get out to the street which there are no instructions. There's an obscure button to open the gate. There is no room cleaning during your stay.

It was a nice and clean room and the staff are friendly. It just feels sketchy and not typical for what travelers are or would expect.

The whole process should be stated upfront before booking.

Good facility close to the raiway

Lovely modern room and great to get extras like snacks! I found the street though that we were on to feel quite unsafe and not very nice. It was also very noisy in the mornings from traffic outside. I think the place is perfect if you want to be by the station as it’s opposite but wouldn’t stay any longer than 1 night

It was a lovely room! Had a lot of problems getting into the hotel but that was only because Expedia didn’t send the message not the hotels fault or staffs fault! It is not like a normal hotel, you have to be buzzed in through a gate, which is where my confusion came from!

Lovely room and so convenient for train station. My reason for choosing. Initially difficult to find as was going by address and expected it to be street facing with sign. It was tucked behind security gates. However, our host was quickly on hand when I messaged to guide us in.

Nice room close to station

The hotel is located within an apartment building & our check-in time was advised when the booking was made so someone was there to let us in on arrival. Service was super friendly & helpful with explaining access (keys).
The room is a good size for 2 friends & the bathroom is sparkling clean - great shower & water pressure! The beds are fine but the pillows a little to high profile for us. There is a small window for fresh air & the room has an air-conditioner that’s great for the hot summer days.
The location is super convenient if you’re travelling to / from Bari on the bus or train as the station is across the street & the flix bus stops super close by, near the supermarket that’s less than a 5min walk away - the supermarket is great for snacks but note there isn’t a mini fridge in the room.

Ottima sistemazione a 2 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale ed a 10 dalla città vecchia e dal lungomare. Camera spaziosa e pulita dotata di terrazzino, personale cortese e disponibile.

Practical, it's near the main train station. Walkable to the main attractions too. It's all self service but no problem at all. We were provided with water cooker and assorted teas but the coffee capsule did not really work as it should be!

The location was ok as the train station is right in front of the apartment, the room was quite clean and they provided free breakfast box
One thing that bothered us was the quality and size of the cushions, they were very big and uncomfortable

Tæt på stationen, men leverer ikke på det lovede

Godt hotel når man skal på stationen, men lever ikke op til det de lover og lokaliteten er på den mindre pæne side af Bari. Kan ikke anbefales for turister, da der er langt op til seværdigheder og strand og parkering er et mareridt. Hotellet var svarede ikke på vores beskeder om indtjekning i 2 dage hvorefter vi selv måtte ringe og blev meget uprofessionelt mødt. Vinduet kunne heller ikke rigtig åbnes og der bliver derfor meget fugtigt på værelse

Nice and clean, loud mornings

Nice and clean room, close to the train station and central Bari. Air conditioner and fridge stocked with drinks and snacks. Coffee machine with complementary coffee.

A lot of noice from cleaning the other 3 rooms from 8-10 in the morning - if you’re a late sleeper, consider this, as it is impossible to sleep through. Also a tourist tax of 2€ per person pr day.

You need to contact the owner in order to get in, as you have to go through 4 doors - and no one answers the bell from street level. Recommend to contact in advance

Lors de la réservation il avait spécifié la nécessité d’avoir deux lits distincts, mais cette demande n’a pas été satisfaite. Le propriétaire de l’hotel n’a rien fait pour tenter de trouver une solution. Il s’est même montré méprisant alors que je parlais italien (« parlez clairement, je n’en comprends rien à ce que vous racontez! »), il répétait que je ne savais pas utiliser le site et qu’il aurait fallu que je fasse une demande spéciale (chose que j’avais faite, ma réservation le prouve, mais il n’en a pas été tenu compte). Le propriétaire a été très agressif voire menaçant si jamais je postais une recension négative (« si vous faites une recension négative, je porterai plainte »). Pour finir, il m’a raccroché au nez. Il est à noter que le check-in se fait sans voir personne.

チェックインの時間を言っていたがスタッフがいなくて宿に1時間入れなかった。すぐ目の前が駅なのでそこのカフェで1時間待ち電話とメールしてやっとスタッフが車で来てくれて外のゲートの鍵や部屋の鍵を貰いチェックインできた。チェックイン以外は問題なく部屋も綺麗で立地も凄く良い。前もって何時に着いてそこにスタッフが何時に来てくれるのかなど確認していた方が良い。

観光で２泊利用しました。飛行機が遅れ、到着が深夜近くになりましたが、事前に連絡を入れたので、対応して頂けました。Ownerとの会話は英語になりますので、ある程度英語が理解できないと、セルフチェックインが難しいかもしれません。
部屋にはエアコンもあり、冷蔵庫には水、ジュースなども用意されており、助かりました。WIFIも問題有りません。駅の正面で、長距離バス停にも近く便利でした。

Buona posizione ma un pò rumorosa

La posizione e la stanza sono strategici perchè di fronte alla stazione, ma anche molto rumoroso.
Le donne delle pulizie andavamo molto di fretta anche se il check out era alle 10 di mattina mi hanno bussato alle 9:48 mettendomi fretta.
Tuttavia stanza molto pulita e strategica perchè proprio di fronte alla stazione.
