We showed up got our room and the first room had bugs on the floor, room reeked of smoke and both beds had nasty stains on both of the beds. Went to take to the lady’s working the front desk for a different room went there and the next room on the other side of the property smelled more like smoke and had even more stains on both beds.

this motel is roach INFESTED!!! STAY AWAY. House keeping is non exist. The front desk lady is RUDE and unhelpful. Expedia has them on their suggested list. BEWARE expedia will not refund for early check out. Health Dept. should shut this motel down.

The heat was out in the first room, the second room was full of roaches the shower had mold and filth all in it the Sheets Were stained the staff was not cooperative. It was the nastiest place I've ever encountered and should not be open for business. They refused to refund my money i had to leave after working all day and drive another 2 hrs home. They should be ashamed of themselves but after seeing the staff i got a good idea they wouldn't be. If you have people who don't care for themselves working for you, you'll probably have a place that isn't cared for as well. Pure trash!

Oh my, I had issues with opening the door, the structure seemed weak and unsafe. Roaches everywhere, even in the beds, headboard and the bathroom door and room window was broken. The whole room reeked of odor, just an awful odor. I heard music outside until 1am. No refrigerator in room, no iron, but microwave is in the front office. I would not accept here ever again. However, I did have a roof over my head and bed to sleep other than condition.

Waite until I got there to tell me they DNR me in July but I’ve stayed there multiple times since July also said because the owner said it was bcs of soiled sheets sheets weren’t soiled it was soda from my toddlers bottle.very rude and they have roaches BAD floors be dirty as hell and whoever they have for housekeeping needs to be fired cause the sheets and towels be dirty and they don’t clean the fridge sir take out the trashes sometimes

The room was clean but did have a musty smell to it. The room was very hot when we went into it in my opinion all AC units shoukd be left on at about 70°that way it does keep the rooms from smelling closed up and musty. The AC innour room really didn't work all that well it barely blowed..We had to turn the AC off and reser it to get it to blow harder and it still didn't actually cool off goid in our room until about 1am and we arrived at 9am checked in and got into our room about 9:10pm and had to turn the unit down to 62° due to it being so stuffy in the room and it took along time to cool it off and the room wasn't a big room at all. If i had to guess I'd say 200-300 square feet. It was clean but just took along time to cool off. Staff was kind and polite I had a reservation so it only took about 5mins to check in and the gentleman that checked me in was nice and the property was clean. It was kinda difficult to get into the hotel entrance because of tge hwy construction but that's definitely not the hotel's fault. I will stay there again just going to ask for a different room next time due to the AC ussue only.

The place looks creepy. When I first entered the room there was a lot of lil bugs by the entrance, bed sheet where torn I asked to be changed rooms which they did. Now the card given didn’t work so they moved me to another room. The 3room was ok better than the first one I asked if they can put new sheets n they told me no. That they were clean just the stains didn’t take off. I will not recommend this place n never again I will stay here.

YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR A FRIG & MICROWAVE or you wont get a room with one .
Construction is immense here in this part of town .
Walmart across hwy. And laundromat too. Gas station at walmart is good. Please know there is NO elevator, and a lot of guests smoke pot. IT STUNK while we were there,i had to put a towel down on floor to eliminate some of the smell.
Laundry machines are no good on property. HOUSEKEEPING IS FOR linens and such. They dont change bed sheets or any housekeeping services while you are there. MOTEL 6 DOESNT DO this anymore

This property offered a good price, but the condition of the property was very poor. The main room had no light..., no light at all. No ceiling light or lamp. The computer desk had no where to plug in your laptop. The bathroom shower curtain was tattered and frayed. There were roaches in the room. The TV remote control did not work. Upon check in I was greeting very nicely, but the property was in very poor shape.

There was no toilet paper. The bath towels were dingy along with the yellow bedsheets. There were dead bugs all over the floor. The room was so infested with roaches that anything that was left open even in the refrigerator had roaches in it when we woke up the floor definitely look like no one cleaned it. The door to the room look like it was kicked in about five times. It did not want to properly close I would never in my life. Stay here again. It definitely needs to be shut down. while the guy in the office is sitting there chilling, he needs to get up and go clean some of these rooms. oh, and let’s not forget how nasty these showers look.

The place was filthy. The safety latch on the door was barely hanging on. The bathroom door jam was covered in rust. The shower curtain was falling off. The bathroom sink was loose and moving. The vanity was peeling. The room was NOT like the photo. It was advertised as a queen bed but was actually a double. The mattress was sagging in the middle. Normally have no issues but we checked in and go the keys and went to check the room. Opened the door and roaches were everywhere. We killed 4 at our feet there was 3 on the bed and 3 cralling up the wall and the bathroom had 2 on the walls and 1 infront of the toilet. The property obviously has a issue they need to handel. The did refund us after offering another room. We just got a new room at a cleaner hotel.

First of all, there was no remote and noticed the shower was filthy. The night clerk was very apologetic and gave me a remote and a bottle of disinfectant/bleach! The overnight clerk was exceptionally polite and very helpful. The morning of our event, I returned the non working remote to the morning clerk who fed me nothing but lies. She took the remote and wen it did not work for her, she grabbed another remote from the cabinet and told me all the remote needed was a battery. Wow, I’m a few days shy of 66 and I know it was a totally different remote. I also told her about the uncleanliness of the shower. She stated it was paint overspray which is totally false. Overspray paint would not budge with a general cleanser. I informed of the fact I know paint from filth! I asked to speak to a manager and she told me each clerk was essentially the manager and there wasn’t an owner. During the late evening, she told me she was as refunding $15 for having to clean and disinfect the shower! Wow! When I returned to the hotel, a man was standing blocking the parking spot closest to the stairwell. After about 15 to 20 seconds , I tapped the horn and tacitly gestured I need to park. You think that would think a fully grown man would move. After another minute or more, he strolls away without even a gesture of apology! Later I see this same man in the office with the night clerk. I assumed. he was the “non existent” manager/owner. I am in stroke recovery! Room 210 was a hike for me!

Young man who checked me in was polite and professional. You could tell he was busy because it was family weekend for sam houston. Room, bed, bathroom was clean. AC worked well. Comforter had cigarette burn in it but bed was clean. Larger pillows would be nice. Clean up area by container, there is dog feces all over there. I would stay again for a short stay.

Well, as cliche as it sounds, I got what I paid for. It was literally just a bed and a bathroom. There wasn't a mini fridge, micromave or even a coffee pot. The front door leading out of the room was warped where it bent inwards enough on the top and bottom that you could see the outside sunshine. When I came back on Saturday night from visiting a friend, you could smell that someone was smoking marijuana.

Also, the property looks nothing like the pictures on the website! They do have a pool but it is very, very tiny and the size of the property was less than half of what it looks on the website. To say the least, I will be doing more diligent research the next time I head for Huntsville!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. I have very limited knowledge on the Huntsville area and needed to book a room for move in weekend at SHSU to get my daughter moved in, and situated, to her dorm room. After we checked in we were walking to our motel room and there was a man in the parking lot that walked straight to my car and attempted to open the driver side door. The room itself smelled like cigarette smoke even though we requested a nonsmoking room. When my husband was getting out of the shower he saw several roaches coming out of the ceiling. He went to the front desk and they did move us to another room. By the time we were leaving the first room, there were roaches scurrying across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. Unfortunately,it was a conjoining room and I have no idea what the people next to us were doing but it involved power tools and was super sketchy. We contacted Expedia immediately and were able to checkout and get a full refund. There was no way I was going to let my daughter stay in that dump.

This place is awful! Sheets were stained/dirty, the shower & toilet were either dirty or stained, the room stunk. The property was not well-kept….tall grass & trash everywhere. The smell of marijuana was overpowering. This entire place was absolutely disgusting & did not feel safe at all!! I booked 4 nights and only stayed 2.
