You need one remote to turn the channel on the tv, and the other remote to change the channel?
You had to mess with the wire on the AC to get it to turn on. Im not an electrican, but that seems like a hazard.
No shampoo or soap
Beds sounds as if a herd of elephants are running on the floor every turn you make

This was a motel that had a \"lipstick\" job done. You could see it was rush job. It is bare bones. No updated heating/cooling or bathroom. No phone, so if you needed front desk you had to go there. No amenities (no soap, shampoo, conditioner) the tv had no volume adjuster so it stayed low. It was clean. The desk agent was nice

I will say you definitely get what you pay for. I’m currently furloughed and stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. I ALWAYS reclean when I stay at any hotel, but I had to deep clean with bleach wipes. The lighting had viable dusk as well as head board having visible fingerprints with other gunk. The towels were just thrown in the bathroom and didn’t look clean. Toilet tissue literally placed in a broken fixture with a half used roll for a replacement. I feel it’s a safety hazard because the room had no phone, so if I had an emergency and didn’t have a cell phone I would be in trouble. The television screen will display false advertisers because they have no iron either. There where a few roaches that where seen, but again you get what you pay for. I would not recommend for anyone with small children, but was okay for what I needed it for.

The room smelled like smoke. I could barely drown it out with air freshener and Lysol. There were a couple dead bugs around the sink area, and the microwave. Surface level it was decent, but could have been cleaner. There were stains from feces on the outside of the toilet. The hotel has been renovated, and the renovations are nice but overall they can do better with cleanliness. The outside was sketchy, I constantly looked out the window to make sure my car was okay.

The front desk staff Pammie was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It is a non smoking hotel but everyone is smoking and the rooms reek of smoke. They would not issue a refund even though I am pregnant and can not be around cigarette smoke.

Travel with your own linen and towels

The bed linen was very dirty soiled with prior body fluids and dirt, the towels was dirty looked and smelled like cooking oil as if the they are using the linen to clean with. Roach infested and black mold on the ceiling and bathroom. The air conditioner has no ventilation it causes the room floor to be very moist and slippery. When I got out of bed I slipped because of the moisture, I told the manager all of these concerns and he looked like “so what”. There was no telephone, no coffee pot or cups, no iron or ironing board, the tv has only one channel the only thing you could do with the remote was turn the volume up or down. I would never stay here again and will not refer any of my associates to lodge here. So glad I travel with bed linen and my own towels and wash cloths.

Keep in mind you get what you pay for i knowingly paid $62 and got what i paid for so wasn't upset at all! Biggest oddities was the $60 cash only deposit that i got back when i checked out but nobody checked the room so not sure the point and there are 0 drinks available i mean not even water to buy i had to drive to a gas station to buy water for the evening. If you are a male there for business its cheap and good enough but would i have my family stay there (never) remember you get what you pay for if its a one day business trip for a dude sure $62 fine expecting more this isnt the place for you

Just wasn't ideal for me. Rooms were half assed on the cleaning, suspicious guests constantly sitting outside and talking loud where we could hear in our room, shower head was covered in scum, false lashes were found in a few places of the room, towels were very limited even upon request and didnt smell \"properly\" washed (shouldnt smell stale or like it was ran through washer without detergent), bed was super uncomfortable and felt like it was on top of a filing cabinet? The constant banging with every movement was annoying! Overall, it served its purpose for our 2 night stay.

Laughed at the girl and said. No one carries cash
She waived the fee. Room was clean but had holes in the wall

last stay was bad compare to my previous experience with the Hotel. I have a problem with my down stairs room. The room was so wet i couldn't sleep. I couldn't take a shower. The upstairs bedroom is wonderful. But the room 111 is very bad with the humidity.

I usually do not leave bad reviews but please do not stay here. I saw bad reviews about staff and such she was great but the property is really run down and it is definitely not clean at all. I will try and post pictures to show. We had 3 rooms and all 3 was bad so it wasn’t just one. If I hadn’t already paid in full I would have left and again I never do that. I have stayed in many cheap lodging and this was by far the worst.

My wife and I booked a room here on our trip. First impression, the outside of the building didn’t look inviting at all. Outside smelled horrible like rotting garbage. When we went to the office to check in there was no one there. A man ran over from a parking lot on the other side of the street and we eventually got our room key. The smell as previously mentioned from outside filled the room. When we looked around the bedding had MULTIPLE stains and dirt marks all over it. Looked like it hadn’t been washed in a LONG time. There were hand prints and smudges all over the headboard. There was dirt all over the floor and dead bugs on the ground and in the light fixtures. The bathroom had MOLD in the shower. The tabletops were also sticky and dirty. Needless to say we packed everything back up into our car and left. Would NOT recommend this place at ALL and I’ve slept in dirty sh!t covered fields with cattle and I would rather sleep there then in this hotel.

Had refrigerator and microwave but no coffee pot but a cup and instant coffee and you are good to go.

Bed was comfortable but has a weird noise everytime you sit or get up.

The remote was not working. And front dest did not have any batteries to replace. However the ladies on the front desk gave me a remote from another room. The problem was, that it was not configured with the TV. The smell on the hotel wasn't pleasant either. I checked out 1 night ahead of time.

The cops were called on the people staying next to us for getting into a fight over drugs. We had to ask management for the remote for the television twice since there was none in the room and then the first one they gave us didn't work. The refrigerator had milk spilled in it and was not cleaned they're also dead bugs smooshed all over the bathroom door.

Upon checking into my room, I discovered that the room had not been turned over. There were towels laying around, trash, bedding was disturbed. At that time I returned the keys and declined any further stay at the property. I will be seeking a refund through expedia. I think If there's not enough staff to turn over rooms, that is a problem. Also there was no \"MOD\" indicated, as the placard in the lobby was blank. Whoever is the manager is responsible for this shortcoming. The lobby attendant was great, no complaints from her.

The place is being renovated, the bathroom was not done, the light in the bathroom did not work, there were no USB outlets nor were the plugs very accessible for charging items, the refrigerator didn't work very well, the door was hard to open and close, I was charges a deposit for a non smoking room, someone above my unit was hammering on something for 39 minutes at 10 pm, and I woke up in the night to cockroaches crawling over the bed and headboard.

Nothing new about the new OYO Hotel!

The main reason i decided to stay at this hotel is because they were supposed to be a \"new\" hotel. That was a lie. They just gabe this old hotel a new name and didnt change a thing about it. This room was old...holes in the wall, old dirty furniture, shower was bad every time we used it it sounded like the pipes were going to burst and you could actually close the shower curtain..it would just keep sliding down so when you finished your shower the floors were soaking wet. There was even a couple roaches! They didnt even bother with changing the name on their products. The phone and ice bucket still had the old hotel on it! If your going to take over an old hotel then you should change everything! Not just the hotel sign. Oh and the staff was rude and not welcoming at all! The only good thing i can say is that the beds were comfortable. Thats it!

Great customer service and very clean. The staff is ver friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that they don’t provide breakfast due to the pandemic. It’s not their fault but I would have booked another location. Things get kind of costly when you are traveling with your family.
